Verÿ clean and nice, unfortunately the Pool was not open.

We have been staying here for over 15 years. Very disappointed with the changes to the restaurant. No more breakfast and closing at 8pm makes us leave the property for meals. There are many other choices in the area that we would also need to leave for meals. With that in mind why would we choose to stay here?

Pool was down, its 106 when we go to check in, no pool, I asked girl if we would get a discount, nope she says, you can go somewhere else, let's see go somewhere else at 530, really! That's not customer service, rigs are stacked on top of each other, no privacy, no shade trees. Over priced for what you get. Wont ever be back. The resturaunt was the nice thing about this KOA. Lousy Customer Service

No pool!! Very disappointed The sites seem to be deterating, been going to this RV Park for 7 years. Ever since KOA took over, it is going downhill. Losing it's appeal. However, we love the bar and grill!! Great food and great service!!

Kind of disappointed. This was my first RV trip since covid. and the first time since it went KOA. I took my special needs daughter because it was our plan to relax and hang by the pool. We have went there many times before KOA took over and the pool was always the major part of the visit. It seemed that since it has been KOA it has been a somewhat regular occurrence.

Stay was fine, except we like being in the back of the park better. They seem to put the one nighters up front and the sites are fine but the street noise is awful. I’d rather have the occasional train noise than the constant racing that goes on on Wible.

This was just a halfway travel point for us so just stayed overnight. Pool area was very nice though the water was a bit warm for trying to cool off in the 100 degree heat! Very clean.

We had a great site, pool was nice and the restaurant was really good. The people were nice. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. Make sure you take a photo of the gate code because it could be locked, we took a photo and got back in.

Excellent campground, very nice and clean with grassy plots, great facilities, good WiFi, and nice staff. Convenient location in the city.

We have been staying here for years on our travel from SoCal to NorCal and back. Employees are terrific and The Crest Restaurant/Bar is great! Park is clean and a great choice. We just stayed there and loved it. The only negative was the 115°. NOT their fault �

We had a relaxing time very quiet bathrooms and showers were clean and the swimming pool was great. We even tried the the restaurant had some great food thank you KOA

Very nice KOA. Well maintained with spacious spaces. Easy access in/out. Convenient restaurant with good food and great service. Will definitely recommend this campground and will stay there again when passing through.

Just an overnight while on a road trip. The facility is very nice and has many conveniences. I would say the only downside is we had the windows open during the night and it is in a stinky part if town. Smells like a mix of cow/agricultural sprays.

The manager that was on duty is a horrible person. No customer service skills and mean. She threatened to call the police on me and threw us off the property. Would not accept USAA certificate insurance. How were we suppose to leave without a working truck & a trailer with a flat tire? Ford was wonderful got us in & fixed. The service person went ahead & changed our tire, thank God a good man.

KOA Journey is a great little getaway. Nice people, pool and other amenities. The Crest Bar & Grill still serves good food and is very convenient. We will see you again soon.

The park is very nice and well maintained. My only suggestion would be to hose off the patio and furniture before someone arrives so it's clean and can be used right away.

Very lovely place but the first KOA that we have stayed at with no firering or grill/barbecue and no propane fill up. Nice pool area og Well kept Campground. We did not understand why we were not allowed to dump Black and Grey water from a Cruise America RV, when we payed for full hookup. This was no problem anywhere else and the dumping system was the same.
