I needed a place for myself, my dog to stay during my remodel on my new home. The Crest KOA was absolutely perfect. I felt safe. Delicious food at the grill. Thank you for a good experience.

My only negative is that I asked for a particular lot and was told someone else was coming in to take it. Why wasn’t I told it was taken when I made the reservation?

We only stayed overnight and so did not use some of the facilities. But we would definitely stay again -- spacious, green, and peaceful.

We needed a long pull thru site for our 5th wheel and a boat. It was nice to leave it all hooked up overnight. We also love the Crest restaurant on site. Great food, reasonable prices and very convenient. This place is our go to place for RV in Bakersfield. We go to World Finals Jet Ski Championships at Lake Havasu AZ. This place is our 1/2 way stop over for that event.

Facilities are clean and food in restaurant is tasty. We asked for a spot with shade for 1 night and were told there were none available so we had a site with no shade, no picnic table, and dirt that turned to mud when the sprinklers went on in the early morning, while there were at least a dozen shady spots unoccupied. We were disappointed that we received inaccurate info that the park was full.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Everything was very clean, the restrooms, property, and pool. The food at Crest Restaurant on site was delicious. The onion rings and beef stroganoff are to die for. Thank you

We have stayed there many times with our camping group. This time we weren’t allowed to use the ice machine and the camp ground was infested with earwigs including the pool. They Need to invest in a pest service and run the skimmer for the pool during the day… if there are enough rigs fir the clubhouse the ice machine should be part of the deal.

We were there with our camping group. The clubhouse kitchen was left cleaner than what we started with. The floor WAS NOT cleaned before we came in. The campground needs to spray for earwigs, they were absolutely horrible. We like to go the the restaurant for breakfast at least once. So it was a disappointment to see it is no longer open on Sat/Sun mornings.

Great facility with many amenities that included a bathroom, showers, gym, pool, play place for kids, and a restaurant. The staff was friendly and the site was immaculate. KOA offered full hookups which was a must for my family and I.

Very well maintained KOA. Having Walmart and Camping World within a few blocks is convenient. Crest Bar & Grill inside this KOA is nice alternative when I didn't feel like cooking.

Did not get 10% discount on meal at restaurant. Service was very slow and inattentive. Employees using handicap parking. Our group will not be staying next year.

Stayed with a group of friends. Office staff were very nice. We were disappointed about the pool closing so early - 8pm. Days were very hot and we could have used later swim times. Dog fencing rules made it difficult for us. They must be taken down when you’re not outside. (Heat!). Otherwise, site was clean and spacious for a KOA Journey.

The grasses are being watered somewhat. The trees need the dead trimmed out of them. It is nearly impossible to use your mobil phone because of interference. The bar and grill are very good!!!! The staff are friendly and professional.

We had a very pleasant 2 day stay. Site was clean and flat. The pool was great. Maybe 5 degrees too warm. All facilities were very clean. We would stay here again

We stayed in a site with a broken sprinkler so it was wet. The staff was very accommodating by putting gravel and plywood down. which we very much appreciated. However, we still ended up having wet tiny gravel everywhere, which was super messy and annoying. Other than that we enjoyed the experience.

Only stayed overnight but campground is very clean and well kept. There is a nice restaurant /bar on campus with happy hour. Pool and spa are nice.

Once again I called and requested a specific spot. I was told it was available no problem. I arrived and was assigned a different spot. The spot we requested open. We asked why we didn't get what we requested were told that no one had made a note of the request and the computer made the selection. They did, however, move us. I don't like your knew dog pen rule.

Lovely campground. Dog park is inconvenient but at least you have one. Awesome showers! This was our second visit there. We will continue to stay here during our travels.

Beautiful, clean campground. The restaurant/bar was wonderful and the food was very good. Laundry room was big and clean with everything in working order. Bathrooms and showers were clean.

KOA Bakersfield was a great one night stopover as we journeyed to Costa Mesa, CA to see our son & family. We so wished there was a KOA near our son as we had to stay in a much more expensive campgrounds the following night and really missed KOA.

Standard RV park. Close spaces. Our electrical outlet had a massive spider infestation in it. There is a nice restaurant on site that is open til 8pm.
