Park needs a lot of work, was not in this condition when KOA purchased it. the restaurant is closed grass is 90% dead positive was the lady at the front desk at check in Too many full time units with JUNK everywhere

At 10:30 a group of 6 campers came in and made a bunch of noise getting settled in. At 1243 they decided to sing/chant a cheer before getting quiet. I know it’s not your fault. Lots of weeds in some areas but otherwise ok.

We needed a pull through for our 5th wheel close to the 99 frwy for our trip from San Diego to Kings Canyon for 1 night each way. Journey KOA was super easy to access and the bathrooms, pool and showers were spotless. The pool and showers were refreshing after a long, hot drive and allowed us to relax. There are many great restaurants in the area to choose from for dinner too.

I booked last minute during July 4th weekend. The general manager made it easy and seamless to check in after hours. The bathrooms were clean, the grass was nice for our dogs to hang out, and the hookups were updated. Definitely would stay here again

Much better kept up property compared to last year. Trees were hanging over brushing against RV. Leaves need to be raked more often. Friendly staff. Miss the restaurant.

Came in late for a drive day stopover. Inside KOA nice. Great showers, gym, pool, spacious and quite! Area/location- not the best, but the KOA is gated. Ants were present at our space.

We had a wonderful time. Showers had hot water. Staff was very helpful and friendly. That's why we appreciate are KOA's camping. Thank you so much.

Sad to see a place we have frequented in such poor shape. The grounds have not been mowed and or taken care of. The place we also enjoyed was the restaurant. Now it has been closed. We were told it just didn't pencil out and that they are looking into food trucks. Not what we are looking for. Sorry but we will look for another place to stay. Spoke to others and they said the same,

It served the purpose for our trip to go to the NASCAR Races. Just too hot to do anything during the day though. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and accommodating for us.

Quiet, clean, well maintained. Amenities are all working and available. Next time we will rent a spot with the private dog park attached. Such a great idea!

Staff was curious, kind and helpful. I was sad to see that the restaurant had closed. I would like to see a better dog area. Almost everyone around us, us included had a dog(s) but there was no where to walk them without their paws getting burned the K9 camp area needs to improvement and a dog walking track area with green grass needs to be added

Extremely clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We booked the site with the dog enclosure, and it was great! I wish more places offered this. Great sites all around, and everything was landscaped and maintained so nicely. It also felt like a very safe place to stay. We will be back!

Very disappointing you closed the Crest restaurant. The food and service were very good, and that was a deciding factor in our selecting your KOA each year. We’re likely to try another park next year. Sorry!

My sister booked for us whilst we were driving north. The lady was so helpful and found us a beautiful site. Great spot when driving from LA to Lake Tahoe

Everyone is always friendly. We always stay here when we're passing through this way. It was hot and we have dogs... This was the first time we decided to get the paw pen site for the babies. So worth it. I'm hooked. And the babies loved it.

Looks like they are beautifying the campsites, that’s good. The pool is very nice. Too bad they don’t have the restaurant anymore. Nice to have the campground gated. The check in people are always very nice and friendly and helpful.

Very nice gated park and very clean! Definitely had a good time! The only problem we had was the park says it has cable but it needs to be downloaded on your TV using WiFi. A lot of seniors like us don’t have a Smart TV or know how to do the WiFi so it would have been nice to have good old fashioned cable to connect at the power box in the RV space we rented. Everything else was great!

The grounds aren’t well maintained, lots of weeds adjust kit spot. Also the lark is hard to find, there are several large trees that block their sign. Besides a pool, no activities for kids.

A very nice park. The girl checking in was absolutely great at her job and the park was one of the nicest we’ve been at in California so far. A good stop before heading up north or going south over the Grape Vine.

We had a reservation coming in on a Thursday& had truck problems. When I called to cancel our reservation Becca suggested pushing the reso back. We actually had the truck fixed & I called Becca back and she fixed our reso to arrive the next day Friday & held our favorite spot. She was very helpful. We also missed the Crest with friendly staff & great food.

This place is still amazing! Resort quality everything. Sorry, but the restaurant closed. We really loved the food! Still highly recommended.

Love it, Wonderful environment, great service. The little general store has almost everything you'd need at reasonable prices for a general store, nearby lots of food, stores, and just great area. Highly recommend will be back for sure! 😁
