Our 1st stay here was just wonderful...! Loved having a dog park for our dog. Everything was kept very clean and everyone that worked there was very friendly and always ready to help if needed. PLUS.., We had a fantastic pancake breakfast on Saturday morning..!

This was our second stay, and we will be back. The staff is friendly and helpful, the amenities are plentiful, the grounds are well-kept, and the location is close to the bike trail that leads to Avila Beach. Nice place!

Our stay was very relaxing and we enjoyed the things you can do around camp. We even rented the BBQ one night n made Hamburgers. Plus my granddaughter loves the cookies!! We found all the employees very friendly and helpful. We will be back!!�ϋ� Thank you!!!!

Best place to stay in the area! Kids love the amenities the most with heated pool to basketball to bob jones bike trail to the beach. 5th time here and will continue to go! Clean restrooms and showers are the best

Great campsite with many amenities. Our spot was great. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spa. We enjoyed the game room.

The pool and jacuzzi were not heated due to a gas leak. I wish we would have been notified of this ahead of time. Park was clean. The ladies restroom was under some sort of construction.

Great KOA! Staff is very freindly and they gave us cookies when we checked in! Had a wonderful time - we stayed in spot 83 which was very nice with trees in the back. Some spots have even have fire pits!! We had a great time and we will stay here again.

The park is very nice. They have made plenty of improvements over the last year and they seem to be continuing to upgrade and make the park better. The WIFI is excellent, the facilities are clean, and the special events were great. Movie nights and breakfast were excellent and well run. Staff was great and worked hard to make the stay enjoyable.

Good. Campground was clean. Our spot was a little narrow. Only recommendation I would make is to make it easier for groups to get spots closer together. We had 6 RV's in our group and we were scattered all over the park.

The stay was exceptional. We camp at Avila KOA twice a year and will continue for years to come.

Campground is clean and the staff is excellent. Sites are super tight to navigate. There is one bath house that is difficult to get to when all the sites are full. One must circumnavigate the outer edges of the park to get to the bath house in the center. There are no cut thru paths. It was very annoying.

The campground was great and everyone was friendly. My kids loved the playground and everything worked out smoothly. The store was well stocked and staff was friendly. The campground is close to restaurants and stores and the beach. Overall a great place to stay.

The grounds were well kept and the staff was wonderful. The location was perfect to access Bob Taylor Trail and all surrounding beach areas.

My friend booked two RV sites for us I was nervous at first seeing the reviews but they def changed management bc the staff couldn't be nicer. They gave our kids a bunch of free toys and were very accommodating. All facilities were spotless and the best of all the Pool (which was pretty big) and jacuzzi were both heated. We went in early Feb when it was cold and my boys are squeamish in cold water but the pool was warm enough for them even at night. Heated pools are huge for us. Super convenient to everything, 5 out of 5, we will be back for sure!

This is a good Koa RV Park. Location is good, it's quiet, the staff is friendly, and both Avila and Pismo Beach are nearby. A bit pricey. Why are people complaining about the freeway noise? We're in spot 81 backed up to Highway 101, and it's not noisy at all. This place is well run and a great place to stay.

We stay here once a year during Christmas time with family and extended family. The cabins are tiny little perfect getaways nothing special, but have all the amenities that you need. The area around has plenty room for kids to play, they have jungle gyms, and walking path for dogs. there is also the Bob Jones trail that you can walk or ride your bike or whatever you feel like all the way down into Avila. We will keep coming back here every year for Christmas.
