They were very helpful and kind to us and that was greatly appreciated after a long journey that day. The next time I get to Hanover, that's where I'll stay.

Employees need to check campers on water leaks and doing spin outs in the park.

Never made it to the park but trying to cancel on short notice proved unsuccessful. Stuck in California with RV trouble for about 5 days but the office didn’t care. KOA is not what it used to be, all about making money nowadays.

People coming in at midnight using noisy tools and screaming was very annoying in this Wendover KOA campground. Didn't see any difference in using KOA rewards with the weekday rate we had to pay.

Except for the area immediately around the office, the campground looked tired and had a somewhat junky feel about it. Grass was dead and goat heads hid in the gravel, making walking difficult for pets and tracking the prickly heads into the RV inevitable. Not up to KOA expectations. The utilities worked without issues. We did not visit the restrooms or laundry. Money needs to be invested.

With 60 MPH gusts expected across the salt flats we were fortunate enough to be able to park for the night. The facility was clean and the staf were awesome.

Very over priced to start off. Arrived at 3:30 PM to find some kind of celebration right next door with extremely loud amplified Mariachi Music that continued until after 9:00 PM. The music was so loud that even with the coach closed up tight and the AC going you could still hear the music. The girl in the just said there was nothing she could do. Not even a “Very sorry”. For this I paid $8

We have been here before and it was pretty good so this is based on the site(s) we were given. We were given site H8 and the breaker popped immediately W/O any load on it, had to walk back to the office and they moved me to I7, power worked but the entire site was full of so many sticker weeds that I had brought some inside my RV, It is really painful stepping on a sticker with bare feet!!!!

Only slept overnight here. Found out site with ease. We came in very late and they had site info on the door for us. Very Clean.

Nice KOA near the Bonneville Salt flats. Within walking distance to casinos and restaurants. Very quiet. (Except for the garbage truck at 8:00 in the morning.)

Nice clean campground. Great for a stay over. Some nice views with recreation near by. I come here regularly on my trip to Colorado every year.

Great facility. Great location.

Very easy to find. Very clean. Staff so helpful and courteous. A great port in the storm. We had thunder, lightning, and high winds. That was just before we got there. They were waiting for us, though.

Facility = decent. If you advertise that you have WiFi, you need to invest the funds to make sure it works. Travelling people are researching local attractions, weather at next destination, road conditions + things of perhaps critical nature. With lack of "printed materials" nowadays, it is necessary this service be adequate. Your facility is the only one that has let us down (5 weeks on road).

Our site was full of thorns (goat heads). Got all over in our trailer and painful when we stepped on them. Had to wear shoes all the time.

Very clean bathrooms and showers. Very friendly people

Pleasant stay, reasonable prices compared to many other KOAs like SLC (huge ripoff). The campers near me were superb people, just over from Logan, UT. As always the people make for fun trips.

Good short term spot. Need to replace some of the picnic tables. Don’t place people without dogs next to the dog area.

Very nice park, great location, staff very friendly and helpful, being located in high desert the sites are gravel but well maintained, adding a few paved sites would be nice. I’ve stayed here 3 times over the years, I’ll come back.

We brought our 2-dogs, stickers in all the sites as well as the west dog run. Not good if you have dogs. Plus tracking stickers inside the trailer was a mess as well.

Very friendly people. Our site had burrs that got on out shoes, plus weeds.

For a journey it's what to expect. A place to park for a night or 2. Wifi is only available near the office. Something we didn't expect, as this is a KOA. Would like them to upgrade it

At $51 for water/electric only, it is severely overpriced. Got there at 3:22 and the office was closed, note on door said back at 4pm. Clerk came back at 3:55. We found our site assignment on the door and went and parked. Decided to unhook because it was easier than getting out several stacks of levelers to raise the back. Did two loads of laundry, $3 per load, very reasonable. All machines were working. Washers are newer. Dryers are like from the 1970's but still work! Bathrooms screamed 1970's but were clean and everything was working, though all the drain stoppers had been removed. Showers were clean and did get hot, but be careful because the water gets scalding. Recreation room locked up and just being used for storage. Pool closed for season. Mini-Golf fell into disrepair and long since abandoned. The dumpster area doesn't have a dumpster, just 4 trash cans. Cheaper than a dumpster I guess. Walked by the cabins and peeked in, noticed how clean the windows all were. Everything is clean. But maintenance is neglected. Picnic tables are weather worn and peeling. Broken screens on cabins. Door to sink room broken. Some outside lights don't work and looks like copper has been stolen from some street lights. The place was mostly deserted, we were on the north side which is water/electric only and by morning there were just 3 occupied sites out of 6 entire rows. The full hook-up sites on the south side were fuller but there were still 4 empty rows. Maybe the place is more seasonal. Place is located behind the Red Garter Casino but is very quiet. There is a 'Night Watchman' booth at the entrance but it is abandoned. There is a yellow KOA standard sign on the wall with the phone number to the manager but it is so old that it doesn't have the area code. Not even sure if you could dial 7-digits and have a call connect? Went into the office once the clerk came back and got officially checked in. All the coolers and freezers in the store are empty and un-plugged. Very little for sale in the store. Again, maybe they are more seasonal. A young couple who were car camping came in and asked how much it was for just a shower and how much for a tent-site. $10 for a shower, $40 for a tent site. I almost invited them to pay for an extra vehicle and stay in our site but they left before I was done checking in. I felt bad for them. This place was only ever 20% occupied. I'd have given them a tent site with showers for $20 if I were that clerk. Adjacent to the park on the south side is another section of trailers and mobile homes for permanent residents. To be able to use the dump site you have to drive out via the in-lane. Then you have to go past the abandoned night watchman shack to turn around and drive back in via the out-lane. And whoever does maintenance is un-skilled. I saw several sidewalks with plumbing running on top of the original sidewalk and then more concrete slathered on top of that so that you don't trip on the pipes. Who does that?
