We've stayed there before. The showers are great and clean. Very quiet the girl at front desk was very nice. I'm so impressed with the booking system last year and this year so easy.

All gravel no trees or grass in the 50 amp area. Grass only by the office area. Train goes through below the park so you do get the train rumbles as it comes through but does not blast the horn. Bathrooms are old and kinda clean. We stayed here in a large 5th wheel would stay again for just a night passing through.

Not good

Check in was friendly and helpful. The park is old and lacks landscaping. It is a typical desert park situated conveniently near the highway and local services.

The campground is unfortunately in need of a little love and care, however due to its location it is a perfect one nigh5 stop. The sites are completely unlevel , no grass but there is a bit of grass in a few spots around the park. I always rate on ease for my dogs. Dog parks that are gravel or rock are not dog parks in my opinion. I doubt that we will stay again, especially for the pice as well.

Nice KOA RV park, easy check in, and helpful staff. The showers and restrooms were dated but very clean facilities. Restaurants and casinos within walking distance.

Public spaces are clean, very basic campsite, great if traveling through or to play at the casino. It’s convenient, reasonably priced. I will stay again on my overnight Wendover excursions. Not fancy and not a lot to see but very adequate for a trip to the casino.

The campground was kind of dirty. Flies everywhere. The dumpsters were coated with an oily substance. The pool was filthy. Obviously no one was bothering to keep the pool clear. The chairs and tables dirty and stained. A very unattractive KOA. The store seemed fine.

The camp sites were very clean along with the restrooms and other amenities. Thanks again will be back.

Location is convenient.

This KOA was very clean, but it’s a parking lot with power and water and they only have six spots for 50 amp we would not have come if we realized this the staff is very nice

I pulled in late at night, found the only site left. I had a reservation for the following night, but due to unforeseen events, l came in a night early. Kathy, in the office, did a wonderful job taking care of my issues.

Would be nice to have more 50 amp sites, especially during the summer when its HOT. The K9 KAMP was nce but some people did not pick up their dog waste GRRR The staff was great!

Convenient Wendover location. Walking distance to most things. Quite lean on grass - mostly gravel. But the pool was brisk and lovely, the bathrooms were clean, the showers great, lots of kids' areas and dog areas. Quiet location.

the park is clean, swimming pool was great after we used the net and cleared all the leaves out of it .this is a nice park and will use again, however i have 2 major complaints. the sticker bushes all over on the ground were terrible (i called them goat heads) they ended up in the dogs feet and all over our trailer. also their is no water at the spout at the dump station just a weird sprayer

We stop there twice every year on our way to Oregon. When I made the reservation for our return stay over, they told me they only had a 30 amp site. I don't remember the name of the lady who took the reservation, but she placed me on the waiting list for a 50 amp site. She called me twice to keep me updated and we got the 50 amp site. VERY GOOD customer service!

Not very much privacy. Wasn't aware it's so close to so much lights and noise from the main road. Bathrooms get pretty warm. Liked the pool for the kids.

Overall, it is a convenient location. No internet. Nice facility. Needs a larger dog playground.

Sites are not all level, I had to use blocks, first time at a KOA this summer trip. (60 days)

We just stopped for one quick night on our way West. Park was clean but it is the desert, so I did not expect an oasis. Would stay again if in the area!

I needed to work remotely during my stay so required great internet. The Wi-Fi coverage was poor at distances from the office. The staff helped me get a campsite right next to the office to ensure I could work. Friendly staff.

At $51 for water/electric only, it is severely overpriced. Got there at 3:22 and the office was closed, note on door said back at 4pm. Clerk came back at 3:55. We found our site assignment on the door and went and parked. Decided to unhook because it was easier than getting out several stacks of levelers to raise the back. Did two loads of laundry, $3 per load, very reasonable. All machines were working. Washers are newer. Dryers are like from the 1970's but still work! Bathrooms screamed 1970's but were clean and everything was working, though all the drain stoppers had been removed. Showers were clean and did get hot, but be careful because the water gets scalding. Recreation room locked up and just being used for storage. Pool closed for season. Mini-Golf fell into disrepair and long since abandoned. The dumpster area doesn't have a dumpster, just 4 trash cans. Cheaper than a dumpster I guess. Walked by the cabins and peeked in, noticed how clean the windows all were. Everything is clean. But maintenance is neglected. Picnic tables are weather worn and peeling. Broken screens on cabins. Door to sink room broken. Some outside lights don't work and looks like copper has been stolen from some street lights. The place was mostly deserted, we were on the north side which is water/electric only and by morning there were just 3 occupied sites out of 6 entire rows. The full hook-up sites on the south side were fuller but there were still 4 empty rows. Maybe the place is more seasonal. Place is located behind the Red Garter Casino but is very quiet. There is a 'Night Watchman' booth at the entrance but it is abandoned. There is a yellow KOA standard sign on the wall with the phone number to the manager but it is so old that it doesn't have the area code. Not even sure if you could dial 7-digits and have a call connect? Went into the office once the clerk came back and got officially checked in. All the coolers and freezers in the store are empty and un-plugged. Very little for sale in the store. Again, maybe they are more seasonal. A young couple who were car camping came in and asked how much it was for just a shower and how much for a tent-site. $10 for a shower, $40 for a tent site. I almost invited them to pay for an extra vehicle and stay in our site but they left before I was done checking in. I felt bad for them. This place was only ever 20% occupied. I'd have given them a tent site with showers for $20 if I were that clerk. Adjacent to the park on the south side is another section of trailers and mobile homes for permanent residents. To be able to use the dump site you have to drive out via the in-lane. Then you have to go past the abandoned night watchman shack to turn around and drive back in via the out-lane. And whoever does maintenance is un-skilled. I saw several sidewalks with plumbing running on top of the original sidewalk and then more concrete slathered on top of that so that you don't trip on the pipes. Who does that?

Spring 2024 - My husband and I spent a few days at the Wendover KOA in early spring, so the park wasn't bustling with activity. While we didn't utilize many of the amenities on offer, we found it to be quiet with average interior roads and access easy to navigate, albeit showing signs of wear typical of many KOAs. Our AT&T cell service worked great.
