The customer service here was lovely. I'd dreamed of taking my horse to the salt flats for years, but neither of us had ever traveled like this. After a 10-hour haul, Lucy the manager set us up in a quiet, empty row so my horse could rest safely in our portable corral, even offering the site next to us. This 10 year dream came true and was likely our last big adventure together. Thank you,!! <3

This KOA ranks at the bottom of the KOAs we’ve stayed at. 100% gravel lot and most sites were severely sloped. 30 amp only and no dumpsters to be found. This is how KOA got it’s bad reputation.

Very welcoming! I arrived late after closing and they had clear instructions on how to pick an open spot and make yourself at home! I was able to pay in the morning! Awesome people!

We stayed one night and it was Okay. Quiet and friendly folks at check in. No grass and a little dusty but that’s the way it is in this part of the country.

Nice campground in a good area. Host at the desk was awesome and really helped give us info on local things to do and see. I didn’t like that everything is gravel so it’s pretty dusty and no grass anywhere. Outside of that, I would definitely stay there again if I were in that area.

Not up to KOA standards in my opinion. Reserved a W/E site without sewer and when I arrived they had me in a site far away form the showers so I asked if I could get a site closer and they put me in a site with sewer and charged me another $6. Almost all of the W/E sites stayed empty that night so why was I moved to a sewer site and charged more?

Nice overnight stay, it's very quiet. All sites are gravel, and the picnic tables are on the older side; no grass between sites. Has a dog area that we didn't use. Gal at the front desk (didn't get her name) was very friendly and helpful. We didn't use any of the amenities, except one of the wooden porch swings at sunset and sunrise. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we needed it.

Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Gave us a shaded site. Short walk to food and amenities. Pool was lovely. Bathroom clean and tidy.

Parking spots are full of debris and have not been prepped from previous users. Trees that are still alive need trimmed to prevent being over the top of RVs. Site mostly level but that is all. Sewer connections are uphill on several sites especially space #A9. Minimal 50 amp sites available and the electrical pedestals require a serious upgrade. Worse KOA we have ever stayed at!!!

We have stayed a few times. This time was NOT good. Got a lecture about 3:00 checkin upon arrival, when I had called ahead to see if we could come in after 1:30 and was told ok. Then to find out they now charge $5.00 per night for pets! It wouldn’t have been so bad, if the pet walk areas were free of stickers and branches on the ground, but trying to walk around all that is crazy.WILL NOT BE BAC

Passing thru on the way to the Bonneville Salt Flats. The hostess was great and provided excellent directions. The campground was great, appreciated the covered area for the tents. I think those were the cleanest bathrooms for any KOA that I have been in.

We only stayed one night, but it was a quiet park a clean park and the staff was very nice. Convenient right off the road in close to the casino so we could walk to get dinner.

Description and pictures are nothing like the facility. It’s mostly a big gravel lot with a few trees around. The Wi-Fi is non-existent so they shouldn’t claim to even have it. Disappointed this is a KOA, definitely shouldn’t be.

Most of rvres have dogs. A little effort and a small amount of money would go along way. Please put grass in the dog park and have 2 separate dog areas for small and large dogs. There is only 1 small area and it is only gravel. Main reason I select RV parks is the we quality of the dog park. Couldn't believe the poor conditions for a KOA dog park, very sad.

It’s Nevada. What more is there to say. Hot, dry, desert. Pool was nice though. Not quite on Mountain time but that’s what they use. GPS and certain cellphones and watches will think you are still on Pacific time so will have to change manually.

Campground was okay - very dusty and hot. My only complaint is that there is no WiFi available to campers except at the office. This is a wide open campground and WiFi should be able to be extended to campers

Clean facilities and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside its Navada during summer with no trees to provide shade.

Terrible place to stay. All dust,dirt and weeds. Not one blade of grass in the park. What a rip-off to pay that kind of money. Next time we will camp in the casino parking lot. So much for KOA.

This is the second time in three months that my son and I have stayed at your KOA for 7+ days at a time. You met all of our expectations. Your staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful on both occasions. Particularly, Lucy and Lori. Both were very professional and outgoing. You have my recommendation to friends and family. I will never be staying at this KOA again, had cockroaches in our campsite, had to sleep in the car to avoid having the bugs get into our stuff, very unsatisfied with the customer service no help at all, I can see why the reviews for the Wendover location were so bad online

Good stay except for the very high winds that came through the area. That was not KOA's fault, but I should have checked the weather report and stayed indoors somewhere in the area.

OMG, of all the RV parks we've stayed in this 2-week trip, this is the BEST! Large, level sites, clean restrooms and showers and the showers had nice stalls where the water doesn't get into the floor, plus several hooks and perfect water and stream! Even the tp wasn't the thin, cheap stuff. We did laundry here , with 8-10 machines and 4 big dryers it was a piece of cake. They have a pool, dog park, playground and an indoor activity area in case of rain. Definitely worth the price and the workers were all very friendly.
