We love our extended stay there. We have great friends and some wonderful caring staff. I just wish everyone knew meaning the higher ups would recognize what they have there. These people up up with a lot of difficult consumers and yet always take care of the needs. Look forward to many more trips

Great campground with the exception that they do not care nor do they do anything about vehicles speeding through the facilities! As a result watch your children and pets very closely.

This is our go to place while in Tucson. Love the neighbors and the super employees. All the facilities are fantastic. Will be back.

This is our 6th month long stay. Staff was friendly and professional. We really enjoyed the morning pastries and coffee. Great addition and Cody is so friendly! A suggestion for extended stays. Please email all the paperwork ahead of time or save the info from year to year. After long days on the road the last thing guests want when checking in is to fill out reams of paperwork.

What an amazing campground, how refreshing that you have fruit trees at all most all the spaces and you allow people to take them.

Great campground, BUT speed limit is not adhered to; people do not pick up after their pets. Fruit trees and Olive trees not pruned or cared for and weeds all over rock areas in camp sites. Laundry rooms outdated and dirty. Exercise equipment broken and restaurant poor at best.

Beautiful campground; everything was clean and well maintained. Others have complained about noise, but we did not find this to be a problem at all, even when sitting outside. My only complaint: I received a "surprise" charge on my credit card of $154 after we checked out. This was for a metered electric fee. Our site was a full hookup, which I assumed meant electric was included in full.

We always stop here on our way across the country and the staff is usually always friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are always clean and the showers hot. I feel the restaurant is a little pricey but probably not affiliated with KOA so not their problem. The sites are clean and level. Thank you for always being there for us as we travel across America.

Great stay as always. very nice sight. close to pool and laundry. we had a quick check in. used the laundry it was reasonably priced and clean. Everything worked. Pool and hot tub were very nice and enjoyable. Definitely would stay here again.

This is one of our favorite KOA parks. Very clean, friendly staff, well kept pool,restaurant on site, wonderful dog park. This park is close to attractions and shopping. Can’t think of anything that needs improvement.

One night at a double decker site. Loved the grapefruit tree, covered eating space with TV. Pool was within a couple minute walk. Very clean location. Wished we could have stayed multiple nights. Would be a nice addition for a path through the middle to the pool so wouldn't have to walk through sites.

This campground was incredibly clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. It is a huge campground with so many things to do and they have special events throughout the day. Very pet and kid friendly. There are citrus trees all over the property so we picked fresh grapefruit for breakfast. This will definitely be a regular stop for us now.

Weeds and rotten fruit everywhere Stayed Many times in the past and this place was meticulously clean and the grounds were well cared for The prices have also doubled since we were there last time. We don’t mind paying money for a great stay in a beautiful campground, but you need new management or a new owner because this place looked like a dump.

Our stay was great—grapefruit every morning. I even made a small batch of lemon/grapefruit marmalade. Played pickleball every morning, hiked and played golf. My one complaint is your use of the pickleball area for your party/festival. We had to move the canopies to play one day and had no nets and spillage on the courts after the party. You have a great area for your party—the parking lot.

This KOA was great before, now there are weeds everywhere. Also, the men's bathroom had a stall that was clogged with toilet paper and feces (not your fault). I assumed the staff would clean and inspect the facilities twice a day but that is not the case. This toilet was a mess for 3 days, unacceptable. And stop stating average price when prices always exceed that average for any night.

The manager of this campground does not have any adult games she is not friendly at all and we won’t be going back for the winter anymore going to florida instead. We have been going there for 8years and as soon as she took over it has gone down each year I believe she wants families more then full timers

We had a corner site with a patio amd fireplace. Really nice location close to the amenities and surrounded with greenery. Too bad we hit the unreasonably hot weather and could not make as much use of it as we would have liked! Awesome facilities. Lots of activities. On-site restaurant was a bonus. Laundry room was clean and equipment operational! Fitness center was a plus!

I’m on a long road trip with MANY stays, not always KOA, it would have been very considerate of the person checking me in to remind me that there is a $20 fee to check in even 1 hour early. Traffic was light so I arrived almost 1 hour early. If reminded of the fee I would have waited 1 hour to check in. At my other sites there was no fee for early check in so I had forgotten that KOA charges tha

Been here several times since December. Things seem to have taken a dive in the last month... customer service (which, with a few exceptions was fantastic before) is shotty, and rude replies not unusual. Love Sue, Bob, Debbie, Nathan, Ash/Crystal, Ken, Darian/Freddie/Joe Joe, Sher. If Michael for some reason is tenured, he should be repurposed somewhere with zero public interaction or contact.

Beautiful, safe campgrounds. I've spent the winter the past two years and plan to return next year. A plus for cyclists is that's right on the Tucson Loop trail system. Immaculately maintained in all areas.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
