What ruined it for me was the showers were not clean when i arrived or the day of departure. The handicapped shower had clumps of hair, not pieces, clumps and more were there the next day as well. The shower handle that works the water was stiff and made a terrible groan when trying to turn it on. I needed two hands which meant i had to let go of the cane bc i am disabled. Disappointing.

Cute little get away. Very clean and well kept esp considering the surrounding areas. Felt very safe. Loved the citrus trees and the dog park area they put us in had a very spacious yard for the dogs. Felt like a vacation

Plus: the staff is very friendly. Minus: sites are poorly maintained. There seems to be no maintenance person(s) with little to no site maintenance. Our site and patio was filthy with dead leaves; there were weeds growing all over the site and around the patio; trees need pruning to avoid rubbing against the RV's. Sadly - this is one of the most poorly maintained RV parks we've stayed in.

Pulled in at 7pm and left next morning. Only contact was gate attendant who was very nice and gave good directions to lot. Site was nice and clean. Could have been a little longer for pull through we had 40ft coach & tow vehicle.

I would give it a five stars but the pool was closed

This is an amazing place to stay! Clean, beautiful, lovely amenities, super friendly and helpful staff, great restaurant, and our campsite was perfect. Can't say enough about this place.

The stay was amazing, but the front desk experience was very disappointing. A staff member named Debbie (older lady with gray hair) was rude and unprofessional. She was on her personal phone, arguing with someone, and I had to wait several minutes before being acknowledged. Even after that, she was not helpful, and I had to find assistance elsewhere. The front desk service really needs improving.

Campground was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Need to limit # of dogs per site. A site near us had 4 dogs and they barked at everything!

Extremely friendly & helpful staff, nice sites, big dog area, large laundry room with plenty of washers & dryers, nice restroom & shower area. pool & hot tub were nice as well. Loved the on site restaurant, food was delicious !! staff was extremely friendly.

Great front office staff, quick check in, put us per our request close to laundry. Laundry had a few drivers our of service but we had no issues with washers or dryers. We even got a workout in the next.morning in the nicely equipped fitness center. My only complaint is with campgrounds(resorts) that use river rock or gravel for their site base. Never compacts and is almost always undeveloped.

We enjoyed our stay at this KOA. We were centrally located to all the places we like to visit. We were especially impressed with the onsite restaurant. We ate there twice and both time the service and the food were perfect. We will visit again in the next couple or years.

What a wonderful campground/resort! Every part of park was immaculately clean and well maintained. There a vast array of activities available for all ages. The personnel were gracious, kind, and extremely polite and helpful, going well out of their way to be of assistance. I must commend 3 individuals, Darien, Christina and Marina, that went the extra mile to make my stay especially special,

Check in person was very unfriendly. Did not greet me or say hello. “What’s your last name?” Was the first sentence without looking up. Rest of check in was short and unfriendly. I definitely felt like I was bothering her by checking in.

Awesome stay! We appreciate having laundry, store, little library, garbage pick up and the beautiful grounds. Enjoyed the patio and table. Our nights we finished with a relaxing hot tub session. Park was so clean. Great amenities ! Big shout out to Sue, Odessa, and Cher for excellent service. We came for three nights & added a 4th because we couldn’t refuse the special. Thanks Tucson KOA.

We have stayed here in the past. Sites are roomy and level, employees are helpful. We will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Very large "oasis" in the middle of a somewhat shabby area of Tucson. Fenced and gated. Beautifully kept, paved lots and roads with bushes, fruit trees, flowers and grassy areas. Loved our buddy site! Some overhead plane noise but not bothersome. Overall, a great stay for 4 nights!

Although we were very skeptical of the surrounding area when we first pulled in, the campground was spectacular with plenty to do. Very safe, very secure and most of all, the staff was amazing. We absolutely loved the privacy of each site, being enclosed by 6+ foot high hedges. There was also a bonus fruit tree on each site. I'm not sure if our tree was a grapefruit, or orange. This resort was full of surprises. The sites were clean and spacious. The pool, hot tub, and laundry were clean and easily accessible. We were able to pick fresh fruit at our site and nearby sites. The restaurant offered good food and a western theme atmosphere.

Beautiful park. Only complaint is staff consideration for customers. Check-in staff member was not very informative unlike other KOA's. Trees need to be pruned on some sights. Tree limbs against one of slides. Did not confirm problem until fully setup. Only +/- 8 inches from electrical box. Staff refused to trim small branches on tree touching slide. No consideration for our investment or time.

The site was very private with hedges separating the campsites, with a slab patio and a table and chairs. The main office is open late, and stocks all of the essentials, including fresh and frozen foods. There is a fantastic restaurant on-site that also delivers to the RV campsite. All of the hookups were convenient. The drive lanes were wide and easy to navigate. Excellent experience!

Perfect get away for snowbirds. Has all the amenities you desire plus a very nice steakhouse with a full bar and really good food. Lots of entertainment to keep you busy and a nice small breakfast every morning with an ice cream social hour daily. Nice pool and gym too

This is a great spot to stay! It is in the middle of everything and is the perfect spot to go to both the East and West Saguaro National Parks!

This is the first 3 I have ever given to our favorite park. We didn't like our site. Couldn't level. Our front wheels were high off the ground. We were next to the pool; lots of kids (as there should be), but we are just two old senior citizens. I was surprised to see the condition of some of the sites. Long term rentals? Lots of junk under and around the RV's. That should be monitored.

This campground has excellent amenities and clean, hot showers. The pools, playgrounds and dog parks are clean and refreshing. I would recommend this campground to all my friends.

One of the very best KOA RV sites we have ever stayed at. The large dog run is wonderful and the bathrooms and showers were first rate. We had fresh grapefruits picked from the tree on our site. We will definitely be back and I can recommend this KOA without reservation. This place was like a resort. The on-site restaurant was good too.

This was not a resort. Numerous (12+) unsupervised kids took over the area near the pool, laundry area with daily lessons. They played truth and dare going into the woman's restroom, were very loud and left crayons and art trash in the area. Guests had to repeatedly ask them to move. KOA Staff present, but did nothing. Kids are fine, but not a large unsupervised group like this.

If you stay on the west side you are likely to hear the street traffic causing a disturbance in your stay it's better to stay in the East side since you can't hear the traffic there

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
