Very nice, clean park. Nice pet pins with shade trees in them. They have their own restaurant and the food is good! We will definitely stay here again! PS. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

We were looking for a convenient overnight stop and this park fit the bill. It is off season and the park was nice just a little rough around the edges. Staff was friendly. The park served its purpose for us.

Very disappointed. We have stayed here twice before, and we're good ambassadors for your park, telling friends about our stays. Not now. Park seems to be in decline. Weeds and plant maintenance not being taken care. Biggest disappointment was the pool. Group of people drinking and smoking in the pool. Flicking cigarette ashes in the water ! They argued with Mary when she confronted them. Bad vib

The Tucson KOA site was a good experience with ease of check in and having all amenities available to accommodate the visit. Having the option to upgrade to a covered site drew my interest.I look forward to visiting again.

Stayed three nights in August, we chose to stay under the parasol to have some shade, only issue was we couldn’t use our Dish playmaker since we didn’t have access to the satellite’s

Our site was full of large weeds including goatheads; the tree was overgrown and rubbing against our RV; water faucet was leaking badly. This place has great potential to be a superb place, but perhaps due lack of management, maintenance is grossly lacking while the facility seems to spend its money on adding “frills” (i.e. trains, rental bikes, etc.)

Staff was super friendly, great to see that again. But sites were way overgrown and lots of weeds. Sprinklers need to be adjusted. Flooded our site pad every 4 hours. Just needs some upkeep.

We have been staying there for years. It is our favorite KOA. The facility is always clean and the staff is helpful , knowledgeable, and friendly.

need more game amenities, like table tennis, free pool table, clean shuffleboard etc, also some calisthenic equipment in the gym. not everybody lifts weights. the pool was dirty. needs better maintaining.

Very clean and friendly. The sites are level and far enough apart to offer privacy. We even were greeted by a few road runners! The pool was a welcome site since we arrived during a heat wave. The staff were friendly. The area is under construction so getting there was a bit rough, but the campground was wonderful.

The camp ground was very clean and looked nice. I was there in August and the camp ground was half empty, I requested a covered spot for shade was placed away from everyone being the only person in my section and was scolded for parking incorrectly. Most staff were pleasant. Would stay again with less expectations.

Excellent park and much better now that it is a corporate owned facility rather than a franchise. The staff was very accommodating and the park was in very good condition.

This is our third stop at the Tucson Koa and it continues to please us……the ice cold Margarita in the bar was a refreshing help with the scorching desert heat.

Very nice. The restaurant was good. The bath house impeccable. My only concern is the rest room was pretty far away from our campsite--made me plan a little better. Overall, though, I can say we most likely will be back.

This is the nicest and largest KOA we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are so many amenities; it was like staying at a camping resort. We will definitely stay here again.

We were amazed at all the different types of sites available in the park. Next time we might get the double-decker with dog pen site. Our dogs really loved the big dog park. The restaurant food was wonderful. We had pool time while doing the laundry and all the guests and staff we met were sweet and friendly. We plan to come back again and will recommend this koa to friends and family.

Came in off the wrong street, but found the entrance after realizing we got routed wrong. We only stayed one night but loved the area and had a beautiful sunset that evening we all enjoyed. The grounds were impressive and immaculate.

We had to bring our pets to the vet in Tucson. We were at Catalina State Park, baking in 105° heat. It was a godsend to find a covered spot for our last day there.

We travel for work and this place served its purpose. Below are the + & - + •Large spaces • 2 laundry facilities. - •expensive $ •after peek season gate monitor is terrible • had $300 package taken form mail room told camera dont work • was told utility trailer couldn’t fit in spot. It could. Called to cancel storage. Charges me over $700 in storage fee. Did end up getting

We enjoyed our stay here. The one pool was a little green, but that was our only complaint. The grounds were clean and staff were friendly.

The park is very nice with many amenities. We stayed in a site under the solar panels. Many openings in the summer heat. Our experience for checking in without a reservation. was not pleasant.

Been coming here for years because its so nicely kept but this time I was very disappointed. I stayed four nights within 7 days split into 2 visits. The lawns were not maintained at all. Grass was a foot long with lots of weeds. The grass areas around the front office and the paw pen was grossly over grown and needed weeding. The bottle brush bushes over grown. Trees bushes untrimmed. Pool filthy!

Really enjoyed the stay. Amazed at the diversity of sites. Can't beat the price. Decided to stay an Xtra day. Never saw Herman the Desert Turtle. Also worked on and improved my putting stroke on the covered putting green.If ever back in town, we've found a new home.

We had a wonderful experience at this KOA\! We checked in late, but the security guard was waiting at the front and even personally drove us right to our campsite, which made arriving after a long day of driving so much easier\. The 65ft. pull through sites at this location are shorter than average KOA'S. Most KOA'S I have stayed at pull through sites are 80ft. to 100ft long. My rig is a 45ft Prevost w/towed + bike rack = 75ft. total length. Please trim the large bush on site 1352 so maneuvering bigger rigs is easier. Bush was covering the sewer connection so I trimmed a few branches to access it.

The temperature was very high when we stayed so the pool was very needed. With two pools available it didn't get crowded

Great Campground! Lots of amenities; the spaces are a bit larger than usual RV slot where you are right on top of each other. Good location, easy in and out. Good value for the money. The only complaint is that the oleander bushes touched the coach and caused ants inside the coach. If you get a site with bushes/trees, check to see if bugs are on the trees/bushes.

Big campground with every desired campsite you can think of! Pretty peaceful considering the close proximity to airport but the sounds were not disturbing! Definite do over! Loved my sky site!

I stayed for 4 days and it was great! I felt like I had my own rapport! And the restaurant- especially Mary- was the best!

Firstly, I removed a star because the person next to us had their bike stolen during our stay and when talking to other people in the park many had seen unhoused people roaming the grounds on other occasions. As well as some vandalism that had occurred near the gym. While I don't except KOA Tucson to be responsible for others property, I would expect them to address trespassers. That being said I never felt personally in danger. Other than that our stay was amazing. The pool and hot tub were well kept and wonderful. The bathrooms and showers were clean and working well. The grounds were very well maintained and cleared away of any debris or trash. They have two coin operated laundromats and one that included a washer specifically for pet laundry. Additionally, they have pet washing stations that had walk up ramps for larger dogs. Every staff member we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Special shout out to Cally who worked with us and was absolutely amazing! I will absolutely to be recommending this place to friends and family who travel. Including solo female travelers. Just remember to use good security practices and lock up your stuff.

First time in a cabin, it's really nice. Super clean, all the pans and utensils you would need. This KOA is wondeful, we usually stay here in our rv, but it's a short work trip.
