We have been traveling for almost 3 weeks, staying mainly at KOA’s across the US. This is by far the best KOA we have stayed at thus far. Great service, food, etc. Our only complaint is that the older gentleman that was picking up the trash was EXTREMELY RUDE just before we left. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay!

The campground is very well maintained and the staff is competent, friendly, and cheerful. The showers are clean and the laundry is in excellent condition. They are very pet friendly with waste bag and disposal stations throughout the campground. The playgrounds have great equipment and they are in excellent condition. This is a resort campground. Employees were friendly, amenities were clean and modern, and gates closed at 6 pm for evening security. Some sites have solar panel covers for shade, some have personal dog parks and some have two level patios. What’s your pleasure?

The RV park was clean & everyone was helpful. We were in Tucson to visit friends. Park was close to them so that was nice. We will stay here again when we visit next! Thank you!

The bathhouse was always dirty and smelled bad. I tried two different ones and both were dirty and smelled. I would not use the shower. We will not stay there again.

Maria at the steak house always does an excellent job. She goes above and beyond for customers. The front desk clerks were very accommodating. We love this park and will be back for our next visit soon.

Probably one of the top 5 KOA's we have stayed at. Plenty of room and the citrus trees are a big bonus.

Very cool property with helpful staff. Love that it’s connected to the bike trails! A few suggestions: 1. Give front desk staff chairs—making them stand all day is unreasonable. 2. The laundry room smells terrible—switch to top-loaders or clean machines regularly. 3. Improve pool chlorine levels.

Always a pleasant time here. Maria in the Steak Rush makes the best Prickly Pear Margarita anywhere. Staff are always nice people to work with. Best KOA in Tucson.

The KOA is beautiful. However, we got there a half hour early and the wanted to charge us $30 for early check in. Never had that situation in all the years we’ve used KOA. Outrageous! Also, we had a four day reservation but on Monday afternoon we received a call with a family emergency and had to leave Tuesday morning. They said they wouldn’t refund us the two days we didn’t use. Amazingly friendly staff. The campground is super clean and maintained. The amenities are simply amazing as well - bar and restaurant, swimming pools, really nice fitness center, well-stocked camp store. Also a variety of camp options from open to pavillion covered, some with fireplaces, and lots of fruit trees. We harvested some grapefruit while there. And adjacent is an RV repair facility.

Very clean and quiet campground. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Sites are well laid out and private. Less than a mile to a Camping World which came in handy for some supplies and repair parts we needed.

We have stayed here e few times, and have never been disappointed. It’s always clean and well kept, and the staff are all friendly and welcoming. We’ll surely stay here on our trips back and forth between Texas and California.

The staff is wonderful! The new restaurant, the Grill Rush is an amazing steak house! Laundry and bathrooms were clean. Great place to stay!!

Stay was great as usual. However, when registering I was not greeted with the normal warmth I usually experience. The host seemed annoyed and almost like I was bothering them. I chocked it up as they were probably having a bad day. It just was not the norm I am used to at all KOAs.

Staff were wonderful and the facilities were great. Our one complaint is allowing the RV wash at sites. We were trying to relax and enjoy our stay but had to leave our site for a few hours because RV next to us was getting washed and there was a lot on noise. We know it’s a good service but it is good for the one person and is disruptive for everyone around.A designated area for this would bette

Very disappointed is this years stay. This campground has lost it's Resort feel. Cable removed w/o notification and no compensation for the lack of service. The Wifi was very weak with constant drops. Bathhouse not as clean as in the past. Most events geared to kids. No Gala, Split the Pot Bingo, LRC or adult crafts. Some staff members very unfriendly. Weeds galore. Such as shame.

We were put on a side of the park where families seem to be living. Lots of kids gathering near our camp. I would suggest putting 55+ away from these areas. When I asked to move, I was told "NO." I asked again days later and the rep said, "no problem." How could this be??? The pool closest to us was closed nearly the entire time during our stay. Breakfast bar being open was hit or miss.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
