Needs new washers and dryers in main building laundry. Well managed and operated facility. We have stayed there 5 times including 3 extended visits. will return next winter.

This is our 4th time at Tucson KOA. We very much enjoyed our stay. The staff is so helpful, friendly and they work hard to keep the resort immaculate, which we appreciate. We will be back again very soon.

Have stayed here before Great service and amenities. Only thing was the wall along Benson hwy was extremely noisy with cars, trucks and bikes At all hours of the night

Your breakfast was horrible! Cold food, self serve and you should be ashamed to charge $28 for that lousy meal! Same thing charging what you did for a coffee and a muffin that you bought at the grocery store and marked it up 1000%!! Never again!!

Our stay was awesome. We enjoyed our stay our Grandchildren got to ride the train with a very safe driver and they enjoyed it and were not scared to ride alone. We didn't get any notifications this time with the activities that were happening. We will be back in March as this is our go to campground in AZ.

Very unfriendly staff and the noise from the train and the highway during the night was insane! We had our sound machine all the way up and we could still hear it. Went and got coffee and a muffin one morning and the coffee was ice cold and the muffin was frozen. Waste of $10. I was driving 12 miles an hour and I had a guy scream at me from his golf cart. Wish I could get a refund.

Lots of amenities and good location with level, open sites. Located next to two busy and noisy roads as well as the airport. Strangely boring, not sure why. Still don't understand why they allow small children in the hot tubs.

We were pleased that our site that was a pull through with grass and trees and bushes , and maintenance TRIMED the hedges for pulling into the sight. A time before I had a hard time pulling in and once in there was No room to open cargo doors for electric and water. We really appreciate there really no restrictions on age of the units and nobody squawks about having 4 little fur babies .

This is our second time staying at this campground. We absolutely love it! The kids love the pools. They are heated. Also enjoy the fruit trees on our campsites.

We love the amenities, and the place felt safe and comfortable but the downside was the staff. We’ve stayed at several KOAs and this was the rudest staff we’ve encountered with the exception of a few nice people. This was a daily occurrence that we noticed around the campground especially in the office. Some customer support training is needed for this KOA.

Very clean and friendly park. Staff was great. Not the greatest area around the camp but the park was great. Loved the premium sites with furniture and fireplace.

Other than the VERY perfunctory and curt check-in by Amy, the staff were all pleasant and helpful. The campground is huge, but the amenities are kept clean as are the sites. Hedges and trees provide privacy to many of the sites. Of course I enjoyed picking some fresh citrus in the morning. I would stay here again if I needed to stay in central Tucson in my camper van.

Had a wonderful stay in a buddy site with our friends. Loved the shared covered patio and outside tv. Everything was clean and beautifully maintained. Only issue was with the water supply - it was too close to the ground - had to dig up some gravel to get our water filter connected. Also, a bit noisy with trains, highway, etc. But would definitely stay again!

The campground was great- it had all the things for a good vacation. The pool was great, the laundry always clean, clean bathrooms& my dog liked her pen. There were even fruit trees to pick a snack.The staff was helpful and there were little extra events like a coffee cart & Super Bowl pool

Sites were well kept and included delicious fruit trees. Park was very clean and organized and there was always helpful staff available. Restaurant on site was okay but slow. A nice and safe (entirely fenced, including razor wire) park in a rough part of town but worth staying there again. Next to two RV businesses in case you need RV repair.

My stay was great until the last day. I pulled my van up in front of the showers and noticed a golf cart pulled next to me. I took time to get my shower items and the golf cart came back. Rather than check for my permit displayed in my front windshield, the man asked “Are you a guest here?” I said “ I am.” He then asked if I had a permit. I said”I do.” He then asked where my permit

We were gone a lot so didn’t use the amenities. It is clean and well maintained and organized. Loved the garbage pick up system. Nice large sites. Roads paved. Our site backed up to the highway which was a bit noisy. Also jet noise from near by Air Force base and train noise from nearby train track. Also massive construction in the area. All said tho, we’d stay here again. Nice campground.

The facilities are wonderful, my only complaint is the noise from the nearby Air Force Base (we were told that was probably the culprit). It was a very loud industrial sound at night, so loud we had to close up the windows, and it didn't stop until 11:30 PM, then started up again in the morning. I don't remember that being the case from a previous visit, so it might not be all the time.

This was our first stay at a KOA and will definitely stay again. Not only does it offer a variety of extended amenities, but the place feels safe. The fruit trees are lovely. We had fresh lemonade daily!

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
