This is truly a resort and a fantastic value. I loved my private dog yard, our very spacious site, and I was able to do laps in the pool! It has a nice bar and restaurant on site. I highly recommend anyone stay here if in the area. It was over the top nice and one of the least expensive KOAs we have stayed in. Best value of any campground we have visited over the past 12 years.

Overall, we had a good stay. The shady Paw Pen was great. Restaurant was good and convenient. Our site was okay - it was very unlevel and we prefer concrete pads. While we appreciate the nice foliage at each site, the tree on the neighboring site needs to be trimmed - it is hanging over the site we were in and is in the way when entering the pull thru site.

The resort was nice and well maintained but I can't understand why they would put us in the front of the resort where all the traffic goes in and out on top of others campers coming and going nightly when the campground was at least 80% empty and there were plenty of other more desirable sites available of the same type that we paid for.

Absolutely perfect! Nicest people, beautiful grounds, and something I can afford. Everything is clean including the streets. It was such fun to walk my dog and enjoy it.

Clean and very convenient to all shopping and recreation. Excellent location and peaceful. The on site restaurant is an added bonus. Access is convenient to I-10 (happens to be major freeway re-construction at the moment) but Benson Highway which passes adjacent to property is an even better alternative. Also, minutes to the airport but not anywhere near the flight path. Very quiet place.

Great visit. Spent a month under the parasols (highly recommend) without any issues. The full timers have a tendency to speed (nobody is expected to do 9.5 mph but some of them drive ridiculously fast) and with no enforcement everything will be fine until a child gets hit. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and we thoroughly enjoyed the visit!

My friend was there for the first time with his Rv we ask for 2 spots together and there were a ton spots all weekend the Rude counter lady said no it would be 50 more to do that I think thsys crazy hopefully my friend goes back.

Amazing! Sky deck, patio, gazebo under sky deck and all were fabulous. Staff welcoming. Laundry was great, clean and well maintained. Dinner in restaurant was simple and delicious. Enjoyed our stay and would return.

We had a great stay. It was a stop over on our way home to TX , however, the staff, location and amenities made it one of the best. Enjoyed the pool and the many fruit trees on the property, that we could eat fresh fruits. Very clean and highly recommend.

The facilities were nice. Bathrooms were somewhat clean. The staff, however, was an early rude. Several staff members went by in golf cart and didn’t bother waving. In the store and it was zero acknowledgment at one point I asked the staff member a question and her response was essentially I have no idea that made no effort to answer my question about a product was for sale. Not helpful, rude

The stay was great, my only comment was that the first impression is important. The ladies in the front office and store are not very friendly. My wife was walked in and spent time there and noone engaged with a friendly hello or can i help you.

I have stayed at the resort in Tucson and have always loved how pet friendly you guys are. The main pool always looks cloudy maybe too many kids peeing in it. It would be nice to have an adults only pool i can never swim without 50 kids splashing around just a thought for us adults. This place is great and staff is fabulous!!!

As usual my stay was excellent. Over the years KOA has made significant improvements (I have been coming here since 2004 before it became part of KOA). Staff is always friendly and helpful. Park is extremely pet friendly.

We have been to this KOA many times. It has changed a lot and we are not sure if it the management has changed or what but, we rented the buddy site 1689/1688 we called on the first day to say that the gas grill was not working and we smelled gas the guy that came said he didn't know how it worked and he would send someone from maintenance . No one came. It was the holiday weekend no train.

Very nice park, we stayed on site 1462 in a 45 ft class A, towing a vehicle. That particular site is very small, we barely fit into that site and had to unhook our towed vehicle. With as many other sites that were available, I feel a better choice would have been another one which was longer.

We had a fantastic time! There was plenty of things to do here to keep us and our kids entertained. There was a little bit of a delay and issue when it came to renting the pedal bikes and the golf cart, but other than that we had a great time and really enjoyed our time there.

We have stayed at this KOA many times and the one thing that seems to happen each time is the person directing us to the site arrives in the golf cart and leads us to our site. They barely slow down. They do not help directing us into our site, we only had to back up twice to get it right. The sewer drain cap was very hard to remove and we had to flag down another employee on a cart to help us.

The site was kept very clean, staff was helpful and friendly. Food in the restaurant was outstanding. Will be staying again.

In row 15, under the solar parasol, in the first row of panels (from the south) in the 8th panel from the west end, that panel looks like the weld broke and the panel dropped down onto the support beam. You might want to check it before it falls off completely and damages an RV.

We had a good stay. However, I would strongly recommend that the water spigot for the pad site I was in be spray painted with some fluorescent paint. it's very low to the ground and I came very close to running it over.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
