Perfect! I stayed in a cabin, ate at the grill and enjoyed the surroundings. I can't wait for my next visit.

I've stayed at Tucson KOA several times. It's always a first rate experience. I was disappointed this year with the looks of the Nature Park and pond area. It's so overgrown with reeds and the pond is full of algae. It's not a very appealing place to sit and relax.

Stay was great we were very pleased with the cabin we had and stay in it again. Everyone working at this location was great to deal with all very friendly and professional.

KOA employees are always so friendly and helpful! I rated our stay 4 stars instead of 5 because the shower in our deluxe cabin (#8) was pretty awful. It went from cold to extremely hot (too hot to shower in) and there was no comfortable in between. That meant a couple of nights of cold showers which was really unpleasant. Everything else was as expected!

Our cabin was clean, beautiful, with thoughtful , unexpected amenities. Bed was super comfortable! So many fun activities for everyone. Staff felt like family. Our dogs were were also treated like guests.. Our stay was safe, fun, relaxing, refreshing ,amazing! The rates were family affordable. Thank you to all!

Great resort koa. We stayed in a cabin and it was clean and we'll appointed. Great big dog park and several smaller ones. And plenty of other grassy spots for dogs.

We did just one overnight in the cabin while family was staying at an RV spot. We were all very pleased with the accommodations and the numerous extras that are provided by the staff. We were quite impressed!

What a great KOA! If have a complaint it is the renovations being done at the resort, we know it is off season and stuff needs to get done but 6 am jack hammers refinishing the pool one site over is not really acceptable, possibly another site for us and several others would have made our stay perfect!

1st night ok, but bathroom infested with ants. So we could not eat in the cabin. It was after hours and the reception was not open at that time. 2nd night was worst bc the ac quit working at 1230am it was a hot night. I spoke to the staff in the morning and “we’ll spray the ants, and call for the AC, and there is nothing else we can do”. I have pictures and video. Extremely disappointed. Cal

Lovely styled Spanish villa cabins. ��� Really love the patios. I found plenty to do on KOA grounds. And a dog wash ? Dang ! ������������ Folks are totally hooked up here ����

This KOA campground was the best I've been to so far. The deluxe cabin was spotless. The property was beautiful with so many activities for all ages.

Second stay in two months. Just such a nice KOA and friendly staff. The pool is awesome! Cabins are nicely placed in the campground and nicely maintained. Kitt peak is a must see destination as well! We will be back

While the facility has a couple nice pools and the employees are very friendly. That's about all I can say is the positive. The cabin we had was near the nature pond so the mosquitos were horrible, we couldn't enjoy the enclosed patio. The bed was probably the worst thing I've ever had to try and sleep on. Main reason we drove home early. Finally everything costs extra there to do any activities.

Checked in late after the office closed, the night guard at the gate knew of our stay and had our info and key all set for our cabin. Top notch staff really made a great experience

KOA subpar. Dog parks unkept/overgrown/stink. Confusion as to the cabin I was in. Main pool closed & one that was open was green. Reported an ant problem in our cabin (grand daughter awoke to them on her body, scared her) without any concern from customer service person at front desk. I expected some sort of compensation/concern. KOA’s are not normally like this, very disappointing.

Cabin area could use more shade in patio. Mixing Bowls are needed in cabins. Pool area needs more shaded areas. Table and bath tub needs more thorough cleaing.

The campus was clean and well maintained. The showers in the cabins had either scalding or cold water with no in between.

Absolutely love staying here. Our first overnight at this KOA but we will be back for longer stays. We had a deluxe cabin and it for our needs and the pool and grounds were well kept. Nice KOA team members as well. Consider it as A must stay when visiting AZ.

Nice area & amazing staff but a few exceptions: pool had green water and shower in cabin was either scolding hot or very cold no in between.

We had a fabulous time! Everything was beautiful! We enjoyed the landscaping, the beautiful pools, how clean and neat the cabin was even the drawers that held the kitchen utensils and silverware were neatly arranged. But most importantly, the staff was fabulous! They were cheerful and kind and interested in us. We will come back many times again!!! this came away is a true jewel!

Firstly, great property, very beautiful. Sadly it’s their slow season and we had issues with a power outage and ants in our cabin. This really was unfortunate because we really love KOAs

The staff was so helpful as I was planning a surprise for a birthday - it was successful. We loved the shaded spot for the RV, and the cabin with a large patio, grill and fire pit for the rest of the gang. And the delicious grapefruit straight off the trees! We did not try the restaurant or use the other facilities, so can't comment on those. We would absolutely stay here again.

First our checkin was all mixed up 2nd our golf cart was not given to us 3 hours after check in and still wasnt charged 3rd cabin 3 was infested with ants 4th our food got full of ants thru away like 150 dollars in food they said they were going to credit some of the golf cart rental still hasn't been refunded.No hot water for showers in cabin 2 3 or 4 had to shower our kids with cold water.

Expensive but so worth the money. The restaurant/bar next to the pool was perfect and the girl behind the bar who has been working there for years is wonderful. Check in was 3pm and with no time change in Arizona caused us to be 90 minutes early. We were allowed out of the heat in their game room, so our grandson and puppy played until 3. The Delux cabin was super nice. 5Stars!

Ants were all over the bathroom in the towels and bed. We booked a deluxe cabin which was not cheap and couldn’t even sit on the toilet or sleep in the bigger bed. Very uncomfortable stay would never stay here again.

Room wasn’t ready at 3 pm , Security went to pool area , and singled me and my family out ,asking if I was really staying there and what my cabin number was as if we were lying . Felt like we were racially profiled , security didn’t ask anyone else but us . There was 4 different families and those families weren’t even asked a question , but us . Racism . DONT RECOMMEND!

Cabin 6 was very clean, WiFi and tvs were great bonus. Ceiling fans and Air Conditioning kept the cabin cool. Bathroom had plenty of towels and amenities.Would stay again and recommend.The cabin door was very difficult to lock and It simply needs replacing as it may appear locked but you can yank open which is a security risk for theft or even worse. Woke up to a bed with ants, needs exterminating

Nice first stay at a KOA. Property was nice, cabin was exactly as pictured. Location wasn't great but it was nice to have the security guard/gate for access at night, otherwise I don't think I would have felt safe. All in all an okay trip.

First time in a cabin, it's really nice. Super clean, all the pans and utensils you would need. This KOA is wondeful, we usually stay here in our rv, but it's a short work trip.

Absolutely the cleanest KOA we have stayed at ! The sites were level and raked well. The furniture at our site looked brand new and the grounds around it were very well maintained. The activities were great. The staff was always driving in their golf carts to pick up garbage or just to wave HI 👋. We were there for 5 nights as my husband visited one of his offices in town. I felt very safe here and was able to relax in the Arizona sun. 100% recommended
