One night at a double decker site. Loved the grapefruit tree, covered eating space with TV. Pool was within a couple minute walk. Very clean location. Wished we could have stayed multiple nights. Would be a nice addition for a path through the middle to the pool so wouldn't have to walk through sites.

This campground was incredibly clean and the staff so friendly and helpful. It is a huge campground with so many things to do and they have special events throughout the day. Very pet and kid friendly. There are citrus trees all over the property so we picked fresh grapefruit for breakfast. This will definitely be a regular stop for us now.

Weeds and rotten fruit everywhere Stayed Many times in the past and this place was meticulously clean and the grounds were well cared for The prices have also doubled since we were there last time. We don’t mind paying money for a great stay in a beautiful campground, but you need new management or a new owner because this place looked like a dump.

It was just for one night, but the Park was beautiful, clean, and the staff were very helpful.

Our stay was great—grapefruit every morning. I even made a small batch of lemon/grapefruit marmalade. Played pickleball every morning, hiked and played golf. My one complaint is your use of the pickleball area for your party/festival. We had to move the canopies to play one day and had no nets and spillage on the courts after the party. You have a great area for your party—the parking lot.

This KOA was great before, now there are weeds everywhere. Also, the men's bathroom had a stall that was clogged with toilet paper and feces (not your fault). I assumed the staff would clean and inspect the facilities twice a day but that is not the case. This toilet was a mess for 3 days, unacceptable. And stop stating average price when prices always exceed that average for any night.

The manager of this campground does not have any adult games she is not friendly at all and we won’t be going back for the winter anymore going to florida instead. We have been going there for 8years and as soon as she took over it has gone down each year I believe she wants families more then full timers

We had a corner site with a patio amd fireplace. Really nice location close to the amenities and surrounded with greenery. Too bad we hit the unreasonably hot weather and could not make as much use of it as we would have liked! Awesome facilities. Lots of activities. On-site restaurant was a bonus. Laundry room was clean and equipment operational! Fitness center was a plus!

I’m on a long road trip with MANY stays, not always KOA, it would have been very considerate of the person checking me in to remind me that there is a $20 fee to check in even 1 hour early. Traffic was light so I arrived almost 1 hour early. If reminded of the fee I would have waited 1 hour to check in. At my other sites there was no fee for early check in so I had forgotten that KOA charges tha

Been here several times since December. Things seem to have taken a dive in the last month... customer service (which, with a few exceptions was fantastic before) is shotty, and rude replies not unusual. Love Sue, Bob, Debbie, Nathan, Ash/Crystal, Ken, Darian/Freddie/Joe Joe, Sher. If Michael for some reason is tenured, he should be repurposed somewhere with zero public interaction or contact.

Beautiful, safe campgrounds. I've spent the winter the past two years and plan to return next year. A plus for cyclists is that's right on the Tucson Loop trail system. Immaculately maintained in all areas.

Tried something new and stayed in a two bedroom cabin instead of our motorhome. We did have an issue with a clunky refrigerator but the GM handled it professionally and to our extreme satisfaction. Pool were great although a little chillier than we prefer. Pools were a bit cloudy too as supported by other swimmers. New restaurant was good and staff great!!! Hamburger and BLT were very tasty

“Winter/spring” rates a little pricey. But location and amenities are at a cost. Kudos to all staff. Manager Mary/Marie in the steakhouse awesome job juggling everything there. Grounds crew on the spot for trash pick ups!

the entry lock should be adjusted (really hard to open and close). Need better daytime security( we did not have our yellow tag in our car window for 2 days and parked several places in park) no one mentioned it. On Sunday I noticed a transient using the pool shower, once again no one either noticed or confronted him ( it was obvious he drove in and parked by the pool) it was clear he did not belo

We are multiple repeat campers to this facility. It is one of the best KOAs we have ever stayed at.

Although the site is fairly well kept, We've never been to a place so unaccommodating to their guests. We reserved a specific cabin to be near our kids (who drove from New Mexico) Emailed and called to verify and thought everything was good. Upon arrival, guess what......that cabin wasn't available so we get put on the other side of the campground. This was a long walk for a senior couple.

It was wonderful especially under the parasol cover. Restaurant on site is an added bonus. Garbage pickup at site is a plus . Loved the KOA.

We experienced an extremely friendly and easy check-in process. We had a one-night stay and did not take advantage of the numerous amenities available. However, we found the bathrooms and showers by the pool to be spacious, clean, and well appointed.

Comfortable, friendly staff. Adult activities more often would be nice. 9 hole putting contest, trivia might, more bingo. We have stayed for month 4 out of the 5 last year's. Most likely will not be back..

We had a standard pull in spacious spot. Gravel with a patio area, a small tree and spot to park our truck at end of road. Close to dog park which was great for our two dogs. We have stayed two times before and always enjoy our stay. We don’t use a lot of amenities but there is lots to do.

Second visit! Really enjoy this park. Lots of amenities, restaurant, bar. Well staffed. Super clean park. As soon as someone leaves the staff in blowing and raking the spot. Plenty of options on site type.

The best campground I have stayed at. Truly a resort. It would be great if there was a towing service or trailer valet from storage to the space we are assigned that we could pay for or rent as long as size, weight restrictions were meet, release from liability, etc. We would be able to stay more often. Please consider adding this as a service.

We have stayed in nearly all of your cabins, I am writing to share some feedback regarding our recent stay. We were disappointed with the condition of Cabin 6. The cabin had a very unpleasant odor, and the bathtub was severely stained, appearing as though a grill had been cleaned in it. Furthermore, the general condition of the furniture in the cabins needs attention

Best KOA I’ve ever stayed at! The facilities and staff are fantastic! Beautiful, friendly, welcoming. The bar and grille was fantastic. More KOA locations should incorporate these type of amenities.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
