Staff is extremely pleasant and polite. Maintenance for the campground is awful. Water faucet hookup at our site was leaking - exactly as at our last stay about a month ago; weeds are terrible, trees and shrubs are in dire need pruning - overgrown tree limbs rubbing against our coach; dog parks are overgrown with grass then cut with weedeater leaving huge clumps of wet grass after rains/watering.

Seamless at checkin. Although had to change sites due to overhanging tree but they were very accommodating. Sites are very attractive. Park has alot of amenities to enjoy for a long stay.

Have stayed at this KOA several times. Always greeted by friendly staff and the grounds are so clean.

Checked in late after the office closed, the night guard at the gate knew of our stay and had our info and key all set for our cabin. Top notch staff really made a great experience

The man who took up to our site was just awful,screeched at us”what’s the number!!! After showing up our spot he drove off leaving us with a couple questions we would have liked to ask.would not recommend your park for this reason,we don’t vacation anywhere we are treated as tho we are such a inconvenience

It was extremely hot during our stay. Having the overhead cover for shade helped us to be comfortable.

Everything was good apart from neglected paw pen. Grass had not been cut, large weeds and patches of dirt. It was also full of biting insects.

We were absolutely amazed on all of the amenities and how clean the campgrounds were. The staff here were absolutely accommodating and very friendly.

Very nice, clean park. Nice pet pins with shade trees in them. They have their own restaurant and the food is good! We will definitely stay here again! PS. Very reasonably priced for what you get.

We were looking for a convenient overnight stop and this park fit the bill. It is off season and the park was nice just a little rough around the edges. Staff was friendly. The park served its purpose for us.

Very disappointed. We have stayed here twice before, and we're good ambassadors for your park, telling friends about our stays. Not now. Park seems to be in decline. Weeds and plant maintenance not being taken care. Biggest disappointment was the pool. Group of people drinking and smoking in the pool. Flicking cigarette ashes in the water ! They argued with Mary when she confronted them. Bad vib

The Tucson KOA site was a good experience with ease of check in and having all amenities available to accommodate the visit. Having the option to upgrade to a covered site drew my interest.I look forward to visiting again.

Stayed three nights in August, we chose to stay under the parasol to have some shade, only issue was we couldn’t use our Dish playmaker since we didn’t have access to the satellite’s

Our site was full of large weeds including goatheads; the tree was overgrown and rubbing against our RV; water faucet was leaking badly. This place has great potential to be a superb place, but perhaps due lack of management, maintenance is grossly lacking while the facility seems to spend its money on adding “frills” (i.e. trains, rental bikes, etc.)

We arrived and were greeted by a very sweet young girl who helped us check in. An older woman was very rude to her, bullied her in front of us, and then was rude to us when we asked about if the shower facilities were 24/7. Additionally- this is an RV parked but not advertised as so. It is bright from the RVs. It is loud from the planes / helicopters, all night. The showers / bathrooms were clean.

Staff was super friendly, great to see that again. But sites were way overgrown and lots of weeds. Sprinklers need to be adjusted. Flooded our site pad every 4 hours. Just needs some upkeep.

We have been staying there for years. It is our favorite KOA. The facility is always clean and the staff is helpful , knowledgeable, and friendly.

KOA subpar. Dog parks unkept/overgrown/stink. Confusion as to the cabin I was in. Main pool closed & one that was open was green. Reported an ant problem in our cabin (grand daughter awoke to them on her body, scared her) without any concern from customer service person at front desk. I expected some sort of compensation/concern. KOA’s are not normally like this, very disappointing.

need more game amenities, like table tennis, free pool table, clean shuffleboard etc, also some calisthenic equipment in the gym. not everybody lifts weights. the pool was dirty. needs better maintaining.

Very clean and friendly. The sites are level and far enough apart to offer privacy. We even were greeted by a few road runners! The pool was a welcome site since we arrived during a heat wave. The staff were friendly. The area is under construction so getting there was a bit rough, but the campground was wonderful.

The camp ground was very clean and looked nice. I was there in August and the camp ground was half empty, I requested a covered spot for shade was placed away from everyone being the only person in my section and was scolded for parking incorrectly. Most staff were pleasant. Would stay again with less expectations.

Excellent park and much better now that it is a corporate owned facility rather than a franchise. The staff was very accommodating and the park was in very good condition.

Cabin area could use more shade in patio. Mixing Bowls are needed in cabins. Pool area needs more shaded areas. Table and bath tub needs more thorough cleaing.

This is our third stop at the Tucson Koa and it continues to please us……the ice cold Margarita in the bar was a refreshing help with the scorching desert heat.

Very nice. The restaurant was good. The bath house impeccable. My only concern is the rest room was pretty far away from our campsite--made me plan a little better. Overall, though, I can say we most likely will be back.

This is the nicest and largest KOA we’ve ever stayed at. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there are so many amenities; it was like staying at a camping resort. We will definitely stay here again.

First time in a cabin, it's really nice. Super clean, all the pans and utensils you would need. This KOA is wondeful, we usually stay here in our rv, but it's a short work trip.

Absolutely the cleanest KOA we have stayed at ! The sites were level and raked well. The furniture at our site looked brand new and the grounds around it were very well maintained. The activities were great. The staff was always driving in their golf carts to pick up garbage or just to wave HI 👋. We were there for 5 nights as my husband visited one of his offices in town. I felt very safe here and was able to relax in the Arizona sun. 100% recommended
