The website warns of construction in the area and offers directions to avoid it coming in. The evening staff lady was unhelpful with guidance on the best route to leave the resort saying “use your GPS”.

Our stay was amazing. It's a very beautiful park. Absolutely love the fruit trees . Only problem we had was with the construction didn't make it very easy to get in and out. We understand that is out of your control. We do plan on coming back with our grandkids and daughter. Everything was clean and fresh breakfast was pretty good too just sorry we missed the biscuits and gravy lol.

Staff was rude with every interaction I had. Pushy when checking out. Staff on golf carts would pave my space several times throughout each hour taking notes on my progress to checking out.

Clean, quiet, friendly

The place felt more like a resort than a campground. In over 55 years of camping experiences, the Tucson KOA is now my favorite campground.

Great KOA. Staff was nice. Very clean. Restaurant food was good. Only odd thing is to see boasting about “Texas” food in Arizona. That’s wild. You’re in Arizona and at an AZ KOA. AZ has better Mexican food than Texas and/or is just as good. Can you imagine someone boasting AZ in a Texas restaurant? That would not last too long. Anyhow….AZ can be better marketed within the restaurant. N

Excellent stop with bonus orange and lemon trees. Easy off I-10 and big rig friendly.

Wifi terible when our site was close to the office. Ok in office area? Kinda pricey for what's offered.

We love staying here. The facilities are nice, the people are great, and the citrus in season is awesome!

1. My 4 year old grandson missed out on the train ride because there was insufficient awareness that it was available. 2. I believe I was overcharged for my stay. Stayed 7 nights. Had 25% off for entire stay. When looking later at my receipt, I noticed I was only given credit of $35. My bill for the stay was over $500 dollars, in no ones' math does $35 dollars work out to be 25% of $500.

Amazing!!!! Amenities and customer service were beyond expectations!

At check-in the staff member seemed to be a glass half empty sort. We were early and it wasn't until I asked if we could check-in early that she told us there was an early check-in charge. Then said our site wasn't ready yet. I had to ask her to put us in a similar open site. The entire process was frustrating on our end. If she had offered all this without us pulling teeth, it would've been great

Very large, very commercialized but very clean. Depends on what type of experience you want. Check out time was 11:00, at 11:05 I received a call from the office asking if I needed help packing up even though 2 of my 3 slide outs had already been rolled in and working on the 3rd one. Kinda left a sour taste.

One of the nicest KOA campgrounds in the West. Spacious, flat spaces and long enough not to have to unhitch. All the amenities you would expect from a resort- style park. Highly recommended.

Great campground and staff!

We stayed for 5 nights. Originally we were going to stay for 2 nights and extended for three extra nights. Extending was made easy by the friendly staff. The park is very clean, multiple choices for type of site you’d like. On site restaurant with full bar with a good variety of items to choose from. I had the Salmon, it was delicious. My husband had the carne asada burrito, he loved it. 5 star.

Efficient check in and good adequate space between units. Always love the grapefruit, oranges, lemon and lime trees free to the pickings during the fall season is a really good feature we enjoy. Amenities' are always neat and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. I like the frequent garbage pick up so I don't have to find a dumpster. It is a large facility with two pools/hot tubs and on site food.

This sight was amazing in what was offered. The sites were comfortable to be in by not being close together. The other activities looked great to be involved with. We loved the on site restaurant. The hamburger was tasty and filling- well grilled.

This was the most organized, professional and friendly staff. The rv sites were clean, large & plenty of room to pull in with paved roads. The onsite restaurant was very good and accommodating for gluten free options!! We were impressed and pleased all around!! We’ll be back!

Lovely RV campground, with lots of amenities. Great customer service when we changed plans to stay a few days more.

Best KOA I’ve stayed at yet. Large roomier level sites. Very large grassy dog park along with a couple of smaller runs.

Power surging, lighs kept dimming and flickering. I had a surge protector in place, but site 1398 had some type of issue I have never experienced before. Kept popping the gfci. Got to new rv park in Scottsdale and no issues as usual, except now having issues with ac control flashing "low". Not sure what damage was done from it yet. I did advise staff and was told they would have someone. We left

Wonderful and clean KOA. Amenities will keep all ages as busy as they wish. Would definitely stay again.

We used to stay here for 2 months & more for the winter. Lovely grounds but limited adults activities. I asked for event calendar told to use app. 3 times attempted to download later told there were problems asked for a print out told they can't do that. On 1/5 took my dog for walk,3 times owners had their dogs off leash. Comments made their friendly! Sad folks don't follow rules. Staff was nice.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
