Second year staying. Just wish they would clean the exercise room without complaining how gross it is. Maybe it should be a specific persons responsibility? Otherwise, nice place and mostly great staff.

We had a great time. The KOA offers activities to do and for the most part they are good. They had a texting system for awhile to let you know about activities but stopped it. Then brought it back but weren't good about doing it daily. The restrooms could have used attention as little more often than they got it. The staff with a couple exceptions was very friendly. My only suggestion would be to that KOA tell the architect who designed the bathrooms that a handicapped person should not be required to lean three feet off the toilet to reach the toilet paper. Especially when there is a wall right in front of the stool where the roll could be mounted. Seriously….

We've stayed here in the past and have had pleasant experiences. However, this time was different as it took only one staff member to give us a sour taste at this KOA park while moving early into our booked site with office staff approval. Field staff member yelled at us for moving into the site without his knowledge. Very unprofessional. No communication between KOA staff.

Our favorite KOA! Only negative is the service at the restaurant is very slow. Food is pretty good though, just wish the service was better.

Lovely, secure park with great amenities. On site restaurant, swimming pools and hot tub, fitness center, laundry, dog parks, dog wash station and lovely landscaping that includes fruit bearing trees on many sites. Very quiet at night and early morning. Loved watching the fighter jets zoom past mid morning! Our second stay here and will return.

Quick weekend getaway to Tucson. We love this KOA! Always welcoming & lots to do. Also discovered a hidden gem Mexican restaurant -Mi Nidito. Open late and a 10 min drive.

From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect! The staff is friendly, professional and the campground/resort is maintained so well! 10/10, can’t wait to go back!

One of our favorite campgrounds/resorts. Probably our 7th or 8th time visiting. Staff, utilities and amenities are at the highest levels. So much to do and see in Tucson.

It’s a big park. Lots of folks. Fellow campers walked through sites. The men’s restrooms were well used and not as clean as I would have liked. For a resort the pools and hot tubs are a little small. The onsite restaurant Steak Rush was fantastic! Great service, delicious food served hot.

The Grounds are kept beautifully!! Office staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of ear piercing airplane noise early in the morning. We watched lots of folks completely ignore their non-stop barking dogs which was annoying if were wakened in the morning or trying to enjoy sitting by the fire. The fruit trees are amazing!! Men's shower rooms (according to my husband) smelled like raw sewage

Great spot Near pool and BR, not far to the best dog park I’ve seen. A variety of fruit trees with the sites- with fruit! Moderate sized pool and hot tube with long hrs and shades for sun protection in the pool and on the deck

Our stay was pleasant and the property was great. The staff was excellent and courteous. However, we were approached by an older fellow complaining about our dogs. Obviously he either chose to ignore the fact that pets were allowed or he had nothing better to do with his life than complain about others. We inquired with our neighbors regarding our dogs and none had issues. I hope this isn’t norm

I am disabled veteran with limited mobility. I requested an rv site near a dog park if possible. I was assigned a site immediately next to a wonderful little dog park for 6 days. You’re a lifesaver THANK YOU!!

Nice clean park. Pretty quiet overnight. All hookups were good. Pleasant office staff. Internet sucked bad. Had some important banking to do but 2.5 and 5 G were about 1/2 G.

I only stayed one night. A beautiful park with lots of areas to walk your dog. The staff and campers were all very friendly. I wish I could have stayed longer.

Excellent deluxe camping cabin. Clean,quiet,well serviced Koa deserving of the resort designation. Within a half hour drive to many parks,museums etc. Nice to have a workout room. The property is large providing the opportunity to walk/run the perimeter safely.

The stay for us was excellent. Having the dog runs throughout the park was especially helpful. Facility’s were very clean and staff was pleasant and answered any questions we had. This issue is out of your control, but maybe mention that the public roads around the resort are terrible and your rig will endure a bumpy ride. Tucson roadways in general seem to be in gross disrepair. Thank you.

This was the first time we've stayed here. It is a very nice resort with big sites, some that are very unique. We stayed in a huge end of row site with a fireplace feature, 2 sitting areas, and lots of greenery and decorative walls for privacy. Not much in the immediate area, but it was close to our hiking and only 7 miles to the venue we had at the Linda Ronstadt Music Hall. Will stay again.

Check in was great. Very friendly and helpful hosts. The pool and hot tub were great as was the gym and laundry facility. We enjoyed the live music one evening and loved being able to pick fruit from the trees. Everything was very well maintained and clean. We wish we could have stayed longer. Next time!

Fantastic property, wide streets, many people about and a lot of things to do. The lady at the check-in desk was more preoccupied with the computer than engaging with guests, never once got eye contact or a greeting, definitely need more staff on the front desk. A woman in a golf cart, customer service, was also very gruff, and not even polite, polite words but the inflection was antagonistic.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
