Super easy check in. The dog enclosure was great. We even made lemonade with lemons from tree in enclosure.

The facilities are great and most staff was friendly. Management could use some training in “staff-service” it’s not just about customer service…. You must also treat your staff with respect and care and be willing to retrain or remove staff who are lacking customer and staff service skills.

Ladies in registration were extremely helpful and accommodating. We decided to extend our stay. And while unfortunately the site we were staying in was not available for the extra night. They were great at assisting us when we relocated to another site

It was the best camping experience we’ve had in a long time. The staff was excellent and very welcoming. We will definitely do this again!!!! By the way, this was our first ever stay at a KOA but definitely won’t be our last. Thank You All for the wonderful experience!!!

Facilities were clean and the grounds well tended. We enjoyed the proximity to bike trails. Negatives were noise from outside the grounds (traffic, trains). We normally stay in quieter places, but this worked out well to meet up with a friend.

We stayed for a long weekend in Tucson. Camped for three days here. This is a very clean but very big campground. It is very family, friendly and pet friendly. It was relatively close to all of the tourist sites that we wanted to see like Mt lemon, the air and space, museum, saguaro national Park, and a day trip to tombstone. only downfall to this campground is there is a lot of traffic noise.

After staying two months, we did like this park. It’s clean, quiet, nice pools, and facilities. Almost all employees were really friendly, but one guy was always grumpy so we avoided him. We also wished at least one pool opened before 9am. The sites are good sized, and the Wi-Fi is excellent. Yes we will stay again.

Very nice sites! Love the lemon and grapefruit trees, enjoying the fruit. Restaurant is very nice, like the western theme, and menu. Staff is helpful. Entire campground is clean. Like the special events, our stay was during St. Patrick’s theme.

I have stayed at a couple other KOA's before and really enjoyed our stays, so we were excited to see this place in Tucson. Check in was quick and easy. They guided us to our site where we easily set up camp, ate some food at their restaurant, enjoyed live music (what a great surprise), picked fruit from the fruit trees and enjoyed a nice relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Pool was lovely. I wish the schedule of activities was online, I could have planned a bit better ahead of time. All staff were incredibly friendly

Fantastic facilities and very friendly. My only comment is that they need to get a sign put up on the gate that is locked at night saying that this not the entrance to Register (despite what Google maps indicates).

I would never stay here again the front desk is so rude my cabin was ready so they check in and never gave me the keys at 230 because they said you can’t check in until 300.

The physical facility is lovely. The abundance of fragrant trees/bushes add to to the ambience. The food at the grill was good & the proximity to the bike path was nice. The quality and quantity of activities offered is poor. There are Pickleball courts but no published hours for open play. If you come with friends you can play yourself but as a couple we had no way to meet others.

Like the park but could really use an update on the south Jacuzzi. Same broken tile for many years and the epoxy is so worn out on the pebble tech that it hurts your feet. Putting greens need a lot of work also. It would also be great if the restaurant was not changing hands every few years. BBQ Rush was the best so far.

Stayed in cabin 11 this time. Clean everything worked. Pet friendly but no pet this stay. Too pricey for the product . But the resort was packed so prices go up. Remodeled restrooms are nice Firepits are awesome. Plus my unit has an outdoor fireplace. Restaurant is ok Bar food. Should be open later for those looking to eat and drink. Karaoke and sports or live music would be nice. Back soon

Second stay here. Great stay both times. We had mechanical issues and were waiting for parts to arrive. They were completely helpful in extending our stay daily as we waited for UPS. Friendly office staff. Laundry on the expensive side.

Wonderful stay, loved it so much we extended our visit an additional 10 days! The friendly staff made it easy. We were under a solar panel portico which was perfect, nice wide campsite with brick patio, fruit trees and even a driveway for our truck. Great amenities, pool, laundry. Hubby even took advantage of the pet washing station to groom our 2 corgis. Hope to be back again next winter!

Only stayed overnight. Campground was quiet. Bathroom was very clean. Had rude campers in KampK9, two different times. I guess people think it’s their private property. Had dinner at the restaurant, had some stares from fellow diners. Food was very good.

We have been to Tucson KOA for 10 yrs and we were so disappointed this time. The place is not up to the standards of KOA.We spoke to workers and all were very nice. They all told us the GM didn’t care about most of it. Here is a list.No landscaping crew. Lots of weeds and unkept grounds.The bathrooms were way dirty and we checked them all. Dirty, toilet paper all over floors, trash. New GM neede

The biggest issue I had was the flooding around our rig, and the size of the campsite. Also, it would be nice to have one pool be adults and one pool be more kids. Here’s the positives, I love all the fruit trees in the park and being able to utilize the fruit was amazing. The mail room is also well thought out, worked well to pick up packages. The security was good, we felt safe.

When we checked in, our space was far from all of our friends. The next day, they offered a space only 1 row away. That's customer service! We all liked the new restaurant. We were all disappointed that we couldn't make reservations for next year. When the start date was open, we were still restricted by the end date because it fell into the next month.

We only stayed for one night at the Tucson KOA Resort since it wasn't our final destination, but we were so glad we did. The campground was peaceful, beautiful, relaxing, and very clean. Everything was well maintained, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a long day of travel. The Tucson area itself is absolutely gorgeous, with stunning mountain views in every direction. Waking up to the beautiful desert scenery.
