Staff were friendly and helpful and the facilities (laundry and game rooms) were clean and well maintained. However access was poor at best. There are two ways in...a dusty dirt road and the other is a potholed road. The park itself needs upgrades to parking sites and roadways. The entire roads are dirt without pavement or gravel. This park needs work.

Sites were super tight to each other and the power box that was shared by both sites was at one end instead of in the middle. Had to pull my camper almost out to the road just to connect. We also stayed at a KOA in WaKeeney, KS and that one was very accommodating and we had no issues with. Will probably stay again just because the location works out with our trip to Colorado.

I love the activities on the ground. However, this was the only KOA that did not email/text prior to my arrival. I got an email after. I could not find where the office hours were.

This is such a pretty KOA, with attractive landscaping, and 3 ponds to enjoy. Our site 58 was level, but the concrete pad was deteriorated. The noise from the abutting highway 75 was distracting at times, but not too bad during the night. Kind of a challenge to find. Best way is through an industrial park. The KOA is set up with families in mind, and the staff are super nice!

Dog at one site not on a leash. Although seemed to be controlled was not comfortable walking our dog Our site was sloped and made it difficult to hook up fifth wheel, would request a different site next time Overall was very nice and well maintained.

Always a great stay! Fireworks were beautiful on the 4th! Love the fishing ponds and pool. Clean & peaceful campground. Had a small hiccup at arrival but Charlie was on it. He had it figured out quickly and went above and beyond to make it right! Will definitely return for more fun!

It is a nice park. The staff was friendly and helpful. They put on a nice 4th of July fireworks show. We would stay at this park again.

The campground is nice; however, I was not welcomed very warmly (like I am used to at almost all KOAs). When I arrived at around 2-2:30 pm there office was empty (which is fine) and paper left with my name for sight number. (which was great!) but when I went to check in at 3:30 it was just odd and uncomfortable. Oh and the laundry room shower needs an exhaust fan because there is none working.

The staff is always welcoming and accommodating. The grounds are clean and very well maintained. We stay here year after year. We will be back next year! We recommend this campground to anyone visiting the Topeka area.

Pool was amazing, fun game room, great playground, nice swing area for adults to relax. Overall a great stay! Somethings to consider…no shade, smaller camp sites, and they charged my card without asking when we got there for the remainder balance. I’ve never had a campsite do that…just glad that I was not using someone else’s card and that I had enough money in that account….we would go

I think it’s probably what we should expect for a KOA journey. Really it was just a place to stay for the night passing through and it worked fine for that. The signage was fantastic and easy to find even at midnight.

Very nice campground ; the only thing I would say is that they’re trash dumpster was on the exit on way out of the KOA, which was a pretty good walk. It would be nice to see trash cans around the property closer to the RVs like, we had that other one so far. They were very friendly and very helpful and they even have a storm shelter. It was raining, but we did not need the storm shelter.

Everything was great except one pet peeve. No soap or towels or hand dryers in the restrooms. That is a fair expectation from my perspective. But overall, the campground has great facilities (LOVE the game room, etc.) and is well maintained.

2nd one night stay in 2 weeks. 1st week site was very level, easy set up. This time, site 12 was terrible! Bad pitch, couldn't get level, tree branches were a little low, need trimming. Need grading to level. Overall very pretty KOA, a little maintenance needed. When doing one night should be hassle free.

We stayed in the deluxe cabin and had a fun time. The tent area is now more of a goose area. It's quiet even though it is close to the highway. All in all I enjoyed it.

We had a great stay! Charlie and his staff were very helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this spot if you're traveling along I-70.
