Rented a camping cabin and was highly disappointed. Cabin was clean and close to the facilities. The issue I have was the air conditioner not working. It was 90 degrees and it was almost impossible to use the cabin. Sleeping was very difficult as it did not cool off until 3:00 in the morning. Very disappointed and will not stay here again.

We arrived very late at night, but we couldn't have had a more peaceful night. The glowworms in front of our camping cabin were pretty awesome - I know that's not a "normal" feature, but the kids definitely remembered it! A good night's sleep and a convenient location can't be beat after nearly 3 weeks on the road.

Cabin has a fridge with the biggest freezer in any cabin we've been in! We were able to cook food on the grill for the next week, froze dinners in Tupperware, while the rest of our KOA cabins on our road trip all have fridges and mw. Suggestion: Get a local farmer to provide meats, store in fridge in store to sell to campers to cook on grills because the closest grocer is 6 miles away.

I thought the cabins and restroom (men's) was a bit run down from the last time we stayed there. Easy check-in and friendly staff person.

Cabin was clean and comfortable. Game room activities had signs on heavy use, but didn’t effect our stay. Grounds are well cared for. Very convenient location.

We had a great time at Capital City KOA. The property is well maintained and clean. We used the laundry facilities and everything was in good working conditi0on. Nice pool. Friendly staff.

As always, Charlie and the rest of the staff keep the grounds clean and safe. The customer service we receive here are FAR above and beyond. We love staying at this campground and it's a go to for us to get away.

I stayed at a little cabin with my dogs just driving thru to Kentucky. Everybody was nice, even the people staying there!! The sunset was gorgeous!!

I was supposed to be charged $16 for my stay after using my points. I was still charged $66 and lost my koa points. I'll never return to this koa.

Very accommodating and friendly staff, both in person and on phone. We stayed in bunkhouse(due to pets) , unfortunately there is no direct pathway thru campers to restrooms. We needed to walk around end of loop, during the darkness was a safety concern of my wife. We noted many long term campers. Microwave in cabin possibly. Only stayed 1 night but overall nice campground. Would stay again.

Stopped for a night on the way back home to WV. This was the nicest camp we stayed at from WV to Utah. The people inside were friendly. Grounds were well maintained. Nice clean showers. The only thing I would have changed was the shower head in the shower. It seemed to be more of a mist instead of a heavier shower of water but when you just need a nice hot shower, feels like Heaven either way. I loved all of the decorations and the farm feel of the whole place. I wish we could have stayed longer. My kids and I LOVED the pool! It was warmer water. Very clean and open until dark. My kids also loved catching frogs here. My oldest is frog crazy and he even brought one to show me in the shower! He was so excited! Thanks for being excellent hosts and I am writing this review so we can remember this place to stop next year on our way through again!
