Enjoyed our stay and great views of the river. Campground is well kept and has an awesome water access with docks and beach. Areas that disappointed: Snack Bar was busy and even with 3-4 employees, getting two ice cream cones took 30 min. We gave it another chance but it was worse. The gravel roads are hard for bike riding. Maybe having a family bathroom could keep the kids from pool separate.

Very nice campground and amenities. The music and live band in the evening was too loud. Without this is would have been a 5 star weekend and highly recommended.

Very clean campground. All of their seasonal sites kept very neat and tidy and clean. Pool and beach were kept clean. Highly recommend this campground!!

Sites are spacious, Baths are super clean. The Sunsets incredible. Just be prepared for Black flies and mosquitoes. Very Sandy at my site. And must watch for the Pine tree roots, overall, I would recommend; also, great little Snack bar on Thursday- Sunday am, Hurricane Grill, food and service excellent. KOA staff too, very nice and helpful.

We only stayed one night on our way to North Carolina, but it was nice, huge campsite, splash pad is nice and the pools, private beach access to Atlantic Ocean it’s a sound catching crabs and hanging out. Nice playground for the kids too. We added it to our list to stay longer next time.

Since becoming a KOA campground I was disapointed to see some amenities have been taken away. They used to escort you to your site when you checked in which they no longer do. They also used to pick up your trash bags from the campsite which they also no longer do. The last two days of our stay they were weed eating all day in the row in front of us, our row and the row in behind us.

The grand kids and I had a great time! Lots of things to do. Mosquitoes were bad but after the spray rig went through it was a lot better.

Had a great week perfect location on the water great campground with plenty to do..only downfall was a lot of mosquitoes at night but not much they can do about it do too proximity to water.

The stay was fantastic except for the mosquitos! They ate us alive. The campground did spray once, an hour after dark. But really, it did not help much. Can I recommend Mosquito Shield of the Eastern Shore? They treat my 50 acres, and I have not seen a blood sucker since early June. I am in the Denton, MD area of the eastern shore. Whatever it is that you are doing is not working. Our group was 16

Love this campground. Very kid friendly. Spacious and amenities are centrally located for easy access. We will continue camping with Tall Pines for years to come.

Our first RV camping trip was excellent. Check-in was easy and fast. Our location was beautiful. We learned a lot for our next adventure. Check-out was easy and fast.

Grass at our waterfront site was a foot tall and firepit not clean. With a 3 hour gap between check out and check in, no excuse for that. Site was not level side to side. Water toy rentals advertised a snack bar were not open, which I don't expect in peak summer season. Prices at the store very high with t-shirts $30 and hats $35. Waterfront sunrise/sunsets were nice.

This was only our 2nd camping trip in our Class A. The site was very level, pool was so clean and fun with the water sounds from the splash pad were so relaxing! The property is huge and very well maintained. The mosquitos are bad, but that’s anywhere near standing water. We loved Tall Pines!

We had a very nice stay. We stayed in site #60. We had some trouble getting into this site. There are a couple of concrete pads and we had trouble getting our 30 foot trailer in the spot and the tires not on the edge of the concrete. We ended up with one side on and the other side off which we then had to level. So not the greatest spot for our trailer. The view was great, though.

Quiet. Large spaces. Needs more bridges to cut across the ditches to walk out to the water. Need info in handouts at checking about kayak rentals, and crabbing off the piers. 11am is far too early for checking out of a campground. It's like like you have beds to make, and rooms to clean. Should be 1pm.

This was our first KOA stay, and our first RV experience. We had an AH-MAZING time!! We rented our RV to try out the camping life, and KOA showed us that we definitely want to do this again. And definitely with KOA!

A very nice campsite. Everything is very clean. Hammocks by the water... unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. Next time, we’ll stay longer... it’s a great place to relax.

Quickly becoming our favorite campground. Large, beautiful sites at a very reasonable price. Grandkids love the pool and splash area. Friendly staff. The only negative things is the poor phone/WiFi reception and the charge to bring in our own golf cart. I'll still give this campground a 9.9 out of 10!!

This was our first time staying here and love the campground. It’s so clean. The RV sites are so spacious! Everyone on staff we met are so nice and accommodating. The pool is clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay with you again.

The sites are very spacious with plenty of room to spread out. The mosquitos were really bad. We loved the splash pad and the Hurricane grill. Need to do something with the so-called freshwater pond as it is a mosquito breading area along with the drains that the water just sits in. Would suggest putting in some kind of mini golf course. Downside is it is in the middle of nowhere but quiet.

We so enjoyed our stay!!!!! The staff and seasonal folks are so nice and friendly. We enjoyed so much booked for a longer stay next year and even put our name on the list to become a seasonal. Looking forward to next summer.

We enjoyed our stay & the attention to details were evident . Staff provided great customer service and made our stay very enjoyable. Facilities, pool and sites were clean and very well maintained. Although the drive was long from Ohio we hope to return sometime in the future

We enjoyed the property. The bathhouse was clean but needs updating. I'm sure the main pool was nice but way too many kids and noise. The adult pool was quiet but had weird black marks around the perimeter. Our site, 71, had roots sitting up to 4" above ground which made it hard to put out our chairs and was an obstacle course to get around. Property is tired but surrounding area is great.

Nice site, friendly and helpful staff. Pools and splash pad were clean and refreshing. There was always a lovely breeze off the water that made the humid, 90°-plus days feel less oppressive. I would have given the highest ratings except for the lack of bathhouses (only one fully functional, although it was nice), long walk to get there. The closest one to us had the women's side closed. Recommend

very disappointed that the swings were removed from the WF sites. The upkeep of the area. Grass was long and the bushes on the sites were a pain. Cut them back or remove them.

We had a great time. We had a place right on the water. Felt bad for many people because it rained a lot and they were having issues with the water and drainage. I was surprised they didn’t have a place for recycling. Beautiful area

We loved the amenities and location. We were looking for a place close to home. It was great. Not super crowded. Only disappointment was the waterfront options were closed. It does have a lot of bugs due to all the drainage ditches staying full.

The grass on our site and most of the other sites in the water view section was below the knee. I had to ask for someone to cut the grass during our 16-night stay. There have been no improvements made to the property. The splash pad requires repair; paint is peeling; half of the spray fountains do not work; the steps on the pools by the rail are cracked and coming up.

The site was great, cement area, not too buggy there, a few dragon flies, but not awful. The pool area is beautiful. The grill food was delicious, no complaints at all about the food or food prices. Biggest issue, spotty internet/ cell connections. The campground was very peaceful and quiet and the sunsets from the pier were beautiful.

The campground is one of our favorites. The mosquitoes, however, are another thing. They do everything possible to keep them under control, but we were not able to stay out after dusk because of them. We'll probably avoid July and August in the future. We had a wonderful time in the pool with splash pad, and enjoyed the scenery of the Bay and beach. The staff were all very nice and accommodating.

From check in to check out was nothing less than a great time. Our request was honored.Our local family visited, My grand babies had a BLAST!!! The Splash and Pool area is great for the children and adults. Everyone is always really friendly!! There's only one thing... The mosquitos are horrible. (Maybe spray more often) Thanks Tall PInes for a great time!!!!

We have had such a great year at the campground! There have been so many positive improvements, and it has honestly just felt like a really great season all around. I am especially happy with our new General Manager, Amanda. She has been so approachable, kind, and communicative, and you can tell she truly wants to be present and involved. Whether she is checking in with campers, joining in on activities, helping her team, or simply being available when needed, her presence has made such a positive difference this year. The entire team has also been wonderful. From the office staff to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. You really feel like people care about the campground and about the families who spend their time here. And having the “Snack Shack” right on property is definitely an added bonus! This is our seventh year camping here, and this place holds so many special memories for our family. We have gotten to make memories year after year while raising our daughter here, and it truly feels like our home away from home. We are so excited for the rest of the season and are already talking about and planning for next year. So thankful for another great year, all of the positive changes, and the many memories still to come!

My favorite place I've traveled to, camped at or experienced. Very relaxing, very friendly people, very convenient. Everything you need in a vacation all in one area on the east coast. Pet friendly. Fun friendly. They have special events and everything. I've made this destination my home away from home and my annual birthday tradition. Like I went camping, in a tent, during a thunderstorm. Not only was I safe, but Mr Trey actually came and checked on us. Everyone was real neighborly. All the staff was friendly and cordial. But Mr Trey is super helpful and energetic. I do recommend.

We rented a cute little clean cabin for a couple of nights. Lots to keep young kids active and involved in the play and pool area.
