We had no internet and were unable to make any kind of phone calls. When it rains it completely floods the sites, the mosquitos and flies were horrendous. And lastly the pools are very small

It had rained very hard just before we arrived so the place was flooded. We had to switch our site because it was flooded. I never seen any effort to eliminate the water by the staff. The internet sucked the entire stay. A dry site and decent internet isn't too much to ask for, for the prices you pay. There are a lot of nice amenities.

The amenities (splash pad, jumping pillow, playgrounds, pools) were fantastic; our kids had a blast. The cafe=amazing seafood! You should advertise that it's fresh and local. The bugs are a huge problem. Pls invest in fogging the place; it was miserable. I know it rained and that's out of your control but the entire place was underwater. Our site was unlivable for half of our trip. Thank you.

Sites were flooded even though you had other sites available still put us in flooded site full of water. I had to ask for another site that was dry. Wifi does not work.

The stay was amazing. This campground is exactly what we are looking for. I wish we had been at a different site but for our next visit (which is already booked!) We made sure to secure exactly which site we wanted. We love staying there.

The main bathhouse wasn't as clean as normal and it was always hot i remember it being air-conditioned.

The sites were a decent size but the campground holds water. It actually flooded pretty bad during our stay. The flies were horrendous! But the worst part is they advertise a snack shack and Kayak rentals....maybe if you stay on the weekends. The new pool is nice but you can't get food unless its the weekend. Wifi? They tell you its spotty at best. First time there and likely the last too.

What a fantastic campground! The ladies at check in, the gentleman who escorted us to our spot, the people who pick up trash, the ones who case the grounds, etc were very courteous and professional. We were steps away from the sound and the campsite is beautiful! Thank you for a great stay! Feels like we’ll do it again. Tracy from NJ

When I made the reservation over the phone I was not told of the hidden charges, specifically the Resort Fee, on the fee for selecting a specific site. $65 IN EXTRA FEES. IT rained during our stay and our site had over 2 inches of water covering the site during the entire stay, we cut our stay short due to this. Need to level the site for future. Internet + cell service was sporatic-

We have been coming to this campground for many years. It is clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful. We always get a water view site and the sunsets are beautiful! The fireworks over the 4th of July were great! We will be back in October and look forward to another wonderful week of camping.

very relaxing - one suggestion is a porta potty at the beach site - LOVED the fireworks!! Mosquito spray working - not nearly as many as in the past!! Tried to book for next year but could not do online but office was able to do so.

We were put on a buddy site - with complete strangers. Did not have access to fire pit. Front desk staff did not appear to care about my request for fire pit or nervousness of being so close to another family I didn’t buddy with (at one point told me that was what I booked). Called office twice no response, emailed - no response. Called cooperate twice - still waiting. Very disappointed on KOA.

Really enjoyed our stay. The campground was Clean and very well maintained. The internet service was spotty at best and we had very little phone service. It was very relaxing and the fireworks display for the 4th was awesome! We booked for next year.

Spent 4th of July weekend, and let me tell you this place was so much fun. They had events for kids and adults Thursday Friday and Saturday plus an amazing fireworks display. Clean restrooms well stocked, staff was available who were very friendly. Great access to bay and huge campground. Plenty to do for all walks of life. We will be back!!!

Stay was great. fireworks was the best show i have seen in a long time. Only issue i saw were kids under 16 driving golf carts and the mosquito spraying was done at dinner time while evryone was cooking. That is really it. Staff was wonderful.

The lack of presence of staff around the camp ground and tall grass was discouraging. During check in the young lady (long red hair) was extremely unwelcoming to other guests as they were checking in, our check in was flawless with Barbara. My nephew had to wait appx 1.5 hours to get his water bike rental. NO WIFI!!! in this day that is a necessity for everyone. I'm not trying to go off grid

We have been going to toll Pines for many years. We like the large lots. I believe the maintenance has gone down since the first owners have left. The grass does not seem to be cut, the restrooms are very dirty and the Wi-Fi is terrible. The first owners at least had satellite TV. I believe if KOA improved maintenance, Wi-Fi or at least do a TV that you can watch, Tall Pines would be the best.

This was our first stay here, and we were very pleased with the campground. Good mix of activities for adults and kids. Since it was the 4th of July weekend, they had a fireworks show that was pretty awesome. I would only change a couple things, one being to let people know about the buddy sites prior to booking. We would have preferred our own firepit. Umbrellas at the pool areas would be nice.

Liked the overall campground. Great spot near the water. Two improvement areas are larger adult pool. And hard to do, but flies control. Very nice restaurant down the road.

Overall the campground was nice. Well laid out, decent amenities, mostly clean. My challenge was more so with lack of staff involvement. Very hands off staff compared to other KOAs we have been too. Grounds crew was very on top of things. Music on the bay would have been nice if it stopped at the bay. It vibrated every camper on-site. Prices for food and store were very high.

Overall our stay was nice. Unfortunately there weren't many activities happening cornhole and bingo that was it and nothing for the kids. Also I feel a 4:00 check in for a camper is ridiculous when you have to be out by 11:00. It doesn't take that long to clean out the fire pits and ours wasn't even cleaned. The park was beautiful with great RV sites and beautiful lake front views. However, there is a huge fly infestation! The flies were large and they bit. They were almost impossible to prevent from entering my RV. It was also impossible to eat outside without being overcome by flies. This is the sole reason for my rating. Otherwise it would have been a great experience.

We have had such a great year at the campground! There have been so many positive improvements, and it has honestly just felt like a really great season all around. I am especially happy with our new General Manager, Amanda. She has been so approachable, kind, and communicative, and you can tell she truly wants to be present and involved. Whether she is checking in with campers, joining in on activities, helping her team, or simply being available when needed, her presence has made such a positive difference this year. The entire team has also been wonderful. From the office staff to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. You really feel like people care about the campground and about the families who spend their time here. And having the “Snack Shack” right on property is definitely an added bonus! This is our seventh year camping here, and this place holds so many special memories for our family. We have gotten to make memories year after year while raising our daughter here, and it truly feels like our home away from home. We are so excited for the rest of the season and are already talking about and planning for next year. So thankful for another great year, all of the positive changes, and the many memories still to come!

My favorite place I've traveled to, camped at or experienced. Very relaxing, very friendly people, very convenient. Everything you need in a vacation all in one area on the east coast. Pet friendly. Fun friendly. They have special events and everything. I've made this destination my home away from home and my annual birthday tradition. Like I went camping, in a tent, during a thunderstorm. Not only was I safe, but Mr Trey actually came and checked on us. Everyone was real neighborly. All the staff was friendly and cordial. But Mr Trey is super helpful and energetic. I do recommend.

We rented a cute little clean cabin for a couple of nights. Lots to keep young kids active and involved in the play and pool area.
