I'm so glad it's a koa and not a sun place anymore. The soul of camping has returned! Same good people, no more lame corporatist logo. Such a great place.

We love the campground, been there several times throughout the years. Not having cellular or WiFi service hinders getting away while working.

We had a wonderful site and a great view of the Pokomoke. We just weren’t prepared for the number of golf carts that kept going around and around and around. Not having Wi-Fi was part of our rating as well.

The wifi and cell service is terrible, none was mentioned before booking and made it difficult for me to conduct my business. The bugs were also horrendous, however that did not affect my rating. The staff at desk need to be reeducated because they do not understand simple concepts nor able to adapt to new circumstances. Fire all the women working at desk.

Nice campground, well maintained and great views. WiFi doesn’t not work and limited cell service. A large number of spaces seem to be permanent residents.

We came in late. Directions to site were through middle of field that was blocked, hard to find our site in dark. A kind lady came out to check on us. Was very clean and would defiantly stay at again. Everyone was so very nice and helpful.

Staff and facilities are top of the line. My only suggestion is to work on drainage. Our entire site was underwater after a rain event.

We would go back but Would select different sites. We were in WV 10, it was raining and the site didn’t drain. All the sites in that row were flooding . We had to walk through at least 2 inches of standing water to get to the cargo bay and hook ups. Even after it stopped raining, the water never drained. The staff was very nice.

Considering the season has just started, the camp store was well stocked. Our showerhead broke and they had a replacement showerhead in the campstore. And it was not ridiculously overpriced! Well appreciated! Fun activities throughout the weekend despite the cold rain.

Nice campground but the wind on the water made us cut our trip short. Had a wonderful site backed within feet of the shore. Eagles landed next to us and the views were wonderful. Friendly staff and very well kept. Summertime will be wonderful there. We visited in April when temperatures were all over the place. Looks like lots of fun for kids in the nice weather.

WiFi is unexcusable along with cell phone reception. What's it going to be like when there are more campers there. It was never great before but it's considerably worse now.

The campground as quiet and clean.

The campground will be nice once everything is up and running. There was a lot of standing water and the camp store was bare. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Wish there weee trails to walk.

We stayed at site RF8, which is right across from the comfort station and basically a grass field with hooks up. The site was $44 /night for electric and water hook ups. I did not mind the “grass field” at all. We had a family in a tent next to us, a couple traveling in an SUV with a bed in it on the other side, and another couple in a smaller class B. For the price we paid, it was perfect, and it's nice to see the diversity of campers. The showers, which are located in the comfort station, are very clean. The shower heads did suck but otherwise the water is hot and the cleanliness is a big plus. It's not a far walk to the water and the dog park. It was still cold during our visit (end of March) so the pool wasn't open and couldn't get in the water at the beach. I can imagine this place is very lively during the summer. I think they have a lot of “permanent” residents but they keep their sites cute and clean so you don't really notice it. I loved seeing all of the families out and about and the kids playing. It seemed like the residents adhere to the quiet hours cause it was very lively until about 10pm and then it seemed to be quiet after that… meaning I was able to sleep without a bunch of noise keeping me awake. Barbara at the front desk was sweet and the check-in and check-out process was easy. They tell you when you check in that the wifi is spotty and that is the full truth. The wifi is terrible. We are new to RVing so we don't have Starlink or anything yet so with the little bit of cell service we had we were about to stream to our tv. The park is kind of in the “sticks” so cell service is touch and go as well. Conclusion, the park is adorable, the comfort station is very clean, the water is beautiful, and we enjoyed how family oriented it is.

We did another overnight stay in the 500s sites. Large pull through, plenty of room for 45' + toad. Check in quick and efficient, staff is 5 stars. Only wish that the Wifi worked.
