absolutely perfect but please install some exit signs in your park. it's hard to tell how to get out. Most parks have lots of exit signs. otherwise what a pretty spot

Over all. Was satisfied with the Campground. May suggest. Cleaning pier 2 would be nice. Full of bird pooh. Grass was high.

We love coming and have come for years to this same campground when previous owners had it. The only thing is the bugs are so bad. They used to stay up on it and spray and we don't see this being done anymore. That is our only drawback.

Everything was awesome but the internet service and the tv. I have to sleep with a monitor to keep a check on my heart and it uses internet so i was not happy with the service.Other than that we all had a good time

Love, love Tall Pines Koa. We have been going there fir years. Never disappointed , people are so friendly. Staff is wonderful. Could use a little up keep. More rocks in driveways for cabins. Stray for Mosquitoes they are bad in the cabins. Still love it there just a few ideas. Will continue coming there twice a year.

Bugs were terrible. sand all washed from beach bridge. Big hold in hammock near beach. golf cart back seat too narrow wouldnt fit my dog. very disappointed from previous stay when ray and sherry ran business will not return!!

This was our very first RV experience and it was awesome! The staff was super helpful and friendly (shout out to Barbara, Tracy, Jonah, and Trek), everything at the site worked including WIFI, the water views and piers were great, and the bathrooms/showers were clean and air conditioned. We will definitely be back and I recommend people stay here too.

This was our first visit to Tall Pines. We loved our site, the view and the people were very nice and accommodating. We will be staying there again.

We had a water view site and the view was outstanding. I'm beyond disappointed that there is no K-9 camp when the campground map clearly shows one. One of our dogs is high energy and runs every day. Too much standing water all over that is a breeding ground for mosquitos. That being said, we will consider returning.

I thought it was beautiful and I was very glad there was a restaurant/snack bar on site bc our site did not have a grill like others so we were unable to grill our meats.

Mosquito were horrific. Only sprayed 1 time in my 4 days stay and that seemed to make them worse. We rented 3 cabins. I do not understand if I am paying for a cabin why I am expected to broom sweep before leaving or be charged. I have been traveling since 9/1 and renting this is the first place I have ever had to do this. Thought cleaning fees where in the rental price???

Only complaint I have is the grass needed cutting doesn’t help with the mosquitoes. Other than that everything was good.

We had a great time. Only issue we had was a smell in the rv, couldn’t get rid of it. Then on Saturday we realized that our septic tank was full and we could not flush the toilet. We notify the koa and they came and pumped it within an hour. I just think this should have been done prior to our arrival and check in to avoid issues such as this from happening.

My only complaint would be about the internet service. It's not a showstopper, but I feel like in 2025 internet service should be much better than it was.

The campground has somewhat inattentive, rather rude staff (Barbara) and the camp doing itself has such a bad mosquito problem that we could not sit outside. Swarms of HUGE mosquitos. We had to wear long pants/sleeves to walk the dogs (no dog park either) and hurry back to try to avoid getting bitten. It was pretty miserable. We had a waterfront site that gave us a tremendous view of the water, especially sunsets, and also made a great backdrop for evening fire pit sitting! Our RV was less than 10' from the bulkhead on the water. We endured the heavy winds (30 MPH) during a one day storm event but all was well! We understand that they are a new entry to KOA and our planning some improvements during the winter.

Great spot for our camping experience. Very quiet. Enjoyed our location. Very nice pool facility also. However, the bugs were horrible, which I know you can't help....had a gnat/no seeums invasion in our camper. Internet and antenna connection was not very good either.

We stayed in a pull thru site under the tall pines, it was perfect! The sites were quite large. The campground was very clean with lots of great amenities. Looking forward to the dog park, it will be a great addition. Next time we are hoping for a site on the water.

Good time there .went for the car show , Also think maybe as a suggestion that have a golf cart show added the same time so would be great that way the ones camping can get involved and have fun decorating a joining in Just as a suggestion As a member the eastern shore cruise local car club we can help next year with a show or I can get next year schedule help plan a date that has no shows

Your website says this is a resort and charged me extra for resort amenities, of which I saw none. The tent spot was a mile from the bathroom, the grill was closed and the website misleading. I feel ripped off.

This is our third KOA we have been too and the best one that we have been to! Our tent site was right on a private beach with hammocks, a fishing pier, then your arcade and pool etc and all of the prices are super reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

No internet which meant no tv mosquitoes were awful hopefully they improve internet and maybe have someone come in and spray for mosquitoes Tracy was amazing.

NIce campground, friendly staff. Many seasonal campers (who are very friendly). Did not take advantage of any of the amenities but there appear to be many.

While the grounds and the amenities were very nice there were two things we disliked. The lack of a safe fire pit or ring on our site and the total lack of both cellular AND WiFi signals.

The water view site was spacious. Friendly staff. The two pools gave you option of activities for kids or a quieter swim. The fishing piers were nice and gave a great view of sunsets. Definitely worth the trip!

Very nice campground. We had a waterfront site and the views were stunning. Awesome pool and splash pad for kids. They and a smaller deeper pool for adults, though they closed it after we were there only 2 days (end of season). Would definitely go back.

I have my 41' coach and 20' closed trailer. The size is not a problem. Plenty of room and things to do very clean iv been several times and plan to return..

We stayed at site RF8, which is right across from the comfort station and basically a grass field with hooks up. The site was $44 /night for electric and water hook ups. I did not mind the “grass field” at all. We had a family in a tent next to us, a couple traveling in an SUV with a bed in it on the other side, and another couple in a smaller class B. For the price we paid, it was perfect, and it's nice to see the diversity of campers. The showers, which are located in the comfort station, are very clean. The shower heads did suck but otherwise the water is hot and the cleanliness is a big plus. It's not a far walk to the water and the dog park. It was still cold during our visit (end of March) so the pool wasn't open and couldn't get in the water at the beach. I can imagine this place is very lively during the summer. I think they have a lot of “permanent” residents but they keep their sites cute and clean so you don't really notice it. I loved seeing all of the families out and about and the kids playing. It seemed like the residents adhere to the quiet hours cause it was very lively until about 10pm and then it seemed to be quiet after that… meaning I was able to sleep without a bunch of noise keeping me awake. Barbara at the front desk was sweet and the check-in and check-out process was easy. They tell you when you check in that the wifi is spotty and that is the full truth. The wifi is terrible. We are new to RVing so we don't have Starlink or anything yet so with the little bit of cell service we had we were about to stream to our tv. The park is kind of in the “sticks” so cell service is touch and go as well. Conclusion, the park is adorable, the comfort station is very clean, the water is beautiful, and we enjoyed how family oriented it is.

We did another overnight stay in the 500s sites. Large pull through, plenty of room for 45' + toad. Check in quick and efficient, staff is 5 stars. Only wish that the Wifi worked.
