Relaxing large site with water views, pool and if you have kids a splash pad area. My pet enjoyed the Kamp K9 large area and plenty of stations around the park for an out bag. Fished off the pier and swing in a hammock by the sound. Bring lots of bug spray so you can enjoy the beautiful campground and relax at fire pit.

Very nice campground very clean grounds were kept very nice. Staff was awesome flies and mosquitoes were bad but we got through that.

I stayed in deluxe cabin #13 for 4 nights and enjoyed the cabin very much, especially the screened in porch. The only issue I had was the lack of drainage of water in the parking area of the cabin. I was walking in water to enter or exit my vehicle for most of my stay there.

All was good, except very buggy. A lot of standing water in ditches throughout the park. Nice camp store. Staff very friendly. Dumpsters quite far from sites trash should be curb side pickup at sites. Everyone does not own a golf cart.

Quick overnight stay.. We found park clean & very quiet even though there was a lot of campers in sites. It seems they were seasonal.. We were also informed, restaurant & splash pad closed Sunday thru Thursday.. guessing after Labor Day is the reason.. Thing we really didn’t like.. very buggy! Come prepared!

We love it! This is our first year staying at Tall Pines, we rent the cabins. Everything is very clean, well maintained and we’ve had no issues in the 7 times we’ve stayed this year. All the workers are so friendly and campers as well, never met a rude/mean person. One thing I loved, in the splash pad, every kid & parent was polite and would go out of their way to share.

We checked out a day early; there was a roach infestation in the kitchen, there was extremely poor W-Fi reception, so TV did not work, and we had no cell phone service (Cabin 17)

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were all very friendly. The site was well maintained. The amenities were great. This is a beautiful place and a must stay.

Enjoyed our stay and great views of the river. Campground is well kept and has an awesome water access with docks and beach. Areas that disappointed: Snack Bar was busy and even with 3-4 employees, getting two ice cream cones took 30 min. We gave it another chance but it was worse. The gravel roads are hard for bike riding. Maybe having a family bathroom could keep the kids from pool separate.

Very nice campground and amenities. The music and live band in the evening was too loud. Without this is would have been a 5 star weekend and highly recommended.

Sites are spacious, Baths are super clean. The Sunsets incredible. Just be prepared for Black flies and mosquitoes. Very Sandy at my site. And must watch for the Pine tree roots, overall, I would recommend; also, great little Snack bar on Thursday- Sunday am, Hurricane Grill, food and service excellent. KOA staff too, very nice and helpful.

We absolutely love Tall Pines and have been going yearly for several years. We rent an RV to get the full camping experience. The campground offers tons of amenities and activities for all ages. It gives a warm family atmosphere and feels safe for my children.

We booked this specifically for the beach campsites to be near the water and in a quieter part of camp. Upon arriving we learned that these sites were moved and don’t exist anymore despite being on the map and reservable. The new site we were placed at was near a loud pump. A place to wash camp dishes was very far away.

We only stayed one night on our way to North Carolina, but it was nice, huge campsite, splash pad is nice and the pools, private beach access to Atlantic Ocean it’s a sound catching crabs and hanging out. Nice playground for the kids too. We added it to our list to stay longer next time.

Since becoming a KOA campground I was disapointed to see some amenities have been taken away. They used to escort you to your site when you checked in which they no longer do. They also used to pick up your trash bags from the campsite which they also no longer do. The last two days of our stay they were weed eating all day in the row in front of us, our row and the row in behind us.

The grand kids and I had a great time! Lots of things to do. Mosquitoes were bad but after the spray rig went through it was a lot better.

Had a great week perfect location on the water great campground with plenty to do..only downfall was a lot of mosquitoes at night but not much they can do about it do too proximity to water.

The stay was fantastic except for the mosquitos! They ate us alive. The campground did spray once, an hour after dark. But really, it did not help much. Can I recommend Mosquito Shield of the Eastern Shore? They treat my 50 acres, and I have not seen a blood sucker since early June. I am in the Denton, MD area of the eastern shore. Whatever it is that you are doing is not working. Our group was 16

Love this campground. Very kid friendly. Spacious and amenities are centrally located for easy access. We will continue camping with Tall Pines for years to come.

We had a great stay. It seems that the campground offers many different types of camping options (cabin, more rustic type cabins, tents and rv). The splash pad was great and so much fun- my family’s favorite part of the stay. I saw online it was supposed to be surfs up weekend but I didn’t see any advertisement at the campground about this and didn’t see any activities for it

Our first RV camping trip was excellent. Check-in was easy and fast. Our location was beautiful. We learned a lot for our next adventure. Check-out was easy and fast.

Grass at our waterfront site was a foot tall and firepit not clean. With a 3 hour gap between check out and check in, no excuse for that. Site was not level side to side. Water toy rentals advertised a snack bar were not open, which I don't expect in peak summer season. Prices at the store very high with t-shirts $30 and hats $35. Waterfront sunrise/sunsets were nice.

This was only our 2nd camping trip in our Class A. The site was very level, pool was so clean and fun with the water sounds from the splash pad were so relaxing! The property is huge and very well maintained. The mosquitos are bad, but that’s anywhere near standing water. We loved Tall Pines!

We had a very nice stay. We stayed in site #60. We had some trouble getting into this site. There are a couple of concrete pads and we had trouble getting our 30 foot trailer in the spot and the tires not on the edge of the concrete. We ended up with one side on and the other side off which we then had to level. So not the greatest spot for our trailer. The view was great, though.

Quiet. Large spaces. Needs more bridges to cut across the ditches to walk out to the water. Need info in handouts at checking about kayak rentals, and crabbing off the piers. 11am is far too early for checking out of a campground. It's like like you have beds to make, and rooms to clean. Should be 1pm.

Very nice campground. Very clean and kept up well. Suggest. The screen porch on the cottage is not completely enclosed. Suggest filling in the gaps between the cottage and the porch posts and around the bottom. The mosquitoes are very active. The actual pool is quite small. Suggest enlarging it. Enjoyed my stay.

This was our first KOA stay, and our first RV experience. We had an AH-MAZING time!! We rented our RV to try out the camping life, and KOA showed us that we definitely want to do this again. And definitely with KOA!

A very nice campsite. Everything is very clean. Hammocks by the water... unfortunately, we only stayed for one night. Next time, we’ll stay longer... it’s a great place to relax.

Quickly becoming our favorite campground. Large, beautiful sites at a very reasonable price. Grandkids love the pool and splash area. Friendly staff. The only negative things is the poor phone/WiFi reception and the charge to bring in our own golf cart. I'll still give this campground a 9.9 out of 10!!

We have had such a great year at the campground! There have been so many positive improvements, and it has honestly just felt like a really great season all around. I am especially happy with our new General Manager, Amanda. She has been so approachable, kind, and communicative, and you can tell she truly wants to be present and involved. Whether she is checking in with campers, joining in on activities, helping her team, or simply being available when needed, her presence has made such a positive difference this year. The entire team has also been wonderful. From the office staff to maintenance and housekeeping, everyone is always so friendly and welcoming. You really feel like people care about the campground and about the families who spend their time here. And having the “Snack Shack” right on property is definitely an added bonus! This is our seventh year camping here, and this place holds so many special memories for our family. We have gotten to make memories year after year while raising our daughter here, and it truly feels like our home away from home. We are so excited for the rest of the season and are already talking about and planning for next year. So thankful for another great year, all of the positive changes, and the many memories still to come!

My favorite place I've traveled to, camped at or experienced. Very relaxing, very friendly people, very convenient. Everything you need in a vacation all in one area on the east coast. Pet friendly. Fun friendly. They have special events and everything. I've made this destination my home away from home and my annual birthday tradition. Like I went camping, in a tent, during a thunderstorm. Not only was I safe, but Mr Trey actually came and checked on us. Everyone was real neighborly. All the staff was friendly and cordial. But Mr Trey is super helpful and energetic. I do recommend.

We rented a cute little clean cabin for a couple of nights. Lots to keep young kids active and involved in the play and pool area.
