We arrived with a flat trailer tire and the man who drove us to the site knew a tire service guy that showed up immediately and fixed the tire. Very thankful for his service!

Wonderful Staff AND you even provided "toys" for my Cats!! They LOVE the toys.....thank you for being SO THOUGHTFUL. Sites were nice and great location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you!

Staff are extremely friendly, guide you to your site in golf cart, make sure you fit. They took my propane tank to fill and returned it, plus helped grease our hitch as it was very squeaky and it stopped. Stayed there 2 nights over a 10 day period, one of best KOA’s around!

We called ahead and asked if the KOA if had a repair man on site as we had some minor issues with our trailer that we wanted repaired. The KOA said they had a repair man on site and that he would be able to service our trailer for us. The repair man charged us, did not repair our trailer succesfully, we followed up with the KOA manager and we did not hear back fm them.

Second time I've stayed at the Sheridan WY KOA. No real complaints except for the sewer on my site. It was extremely high and even a hose support was lower. I had to manually hold the hose higher than the sewer. Especially tricky since my camper (Airstream) sewer outlet was a bit lower than the campgrounds sewer. No everyone has a tall, huge RV.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Sites are very large with plenty of room, but the sewer drains are a little high, and ours was quite far from an ideal location. The campground exit is confusing and poorly marked, not even clear on the map. A proper exit requires a long.drive completely around the campground on somewhat rough and very dusty roads. Very good wifi

Easy access, but the highway noise was pretty bad (jake brakes). Sites need leveling work. Overall appearance of the park is not great, especially the lot where the longer term campers are.

This campground is clean and well kept. The bathrooms were reasonably clean, and the grounds were well maintained. Most of the campground has mature trees that provide great shade. The occupancy was high when we were there, but it never felt crowded. The only drawback is that it is near I-90 and you can hear the trucks braking on the off-ramp. Other than that, I highly recommend this KOA!

This is a very nice KOA that is well maintained and has very friendly staff. If you are traveling with kids this would be a good place to stay. Only downfall of the campground is that it is close to the interstate so it can be quite noisy.

I would like to see a little more pride taken in the campground. I stayed in site C7 and the weeds in the rock areas were terrible. Not to mention the rock borders were all in disarray. Rocks were also all over the fake grass area.

The location is perfect to get to many places in the west. The campground is located near an interstate which can have some impact on sound. It’s my understanding that the owners live in other states and are not on site, which may have some disadvantages. The grounds are not maintained as well as other KOAs and general maintenance on buildings could be improved. The workers are friendly & helpfu

Staff is friendly. Entrance road has 2 big pot holes and road very uneven. Needs replacement. Fences need scraping and painting. If you are offering laundry, having 2 out of 4 dryers is unacceptable.

Very nice and clean park, the highway is a little bit noisy, and should’ve left trees in the new area with Patio sites. It is completely barren. Was a little disappointed in the laundry room as two dryers were out of order. But overall, every site was level and there is an area that has lots of shading from trees, and the staff is amazing.

Great location and although near proximity to the highway it was quiet at night. Excellent communication from management on office hours, inclement weather etc. They called before we arrived and moved us to a better site. Sparkling clean pool and nice dog park. Friendly staff and great service.

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
