A very nice campground. Wasn't fully open yet but I was glad they had some spots open. Easy to get to, looked well maintained and the gentleman that greeted us to give us our spot was very nice.

Most of camp closed for winter. Pulled up and manager was so kind to take care of us. She set us up in pull thru with full hook up. Laundry open and did get ours done. It is so nice when the manager is kind and helpful after a day of travel.

Perfect location for days of fun in Sheridan and the Big Horns. Nice level parking, wonderful staff, very clean and well-maintained campground, and miles of paved bike trails can be accessed right from the campground. We definitely return here.

What a wonderful experience!! Office staff very friendly. After parking my rig I wanted to go buy a shirt I had seen so my escort gave me a ride to office. They told me about the Sheridan Pathway that was close to my rig. My dog, Princess, and I had a fabulous walk!!

The campground itself is pretty nice. A bit dusty due to all gravel roads and it being really dry but there. My only issue is booking a site. On the phone I specifically asked to be close to the restroom. When we arrived our assigned site was quite far. Since the campground had lots of openings we self relocated to a closer site. This seems to be a common KOA issue. About half the time we relocate

Easy check-in and roads easy to maneuver in our 40ft motorhome towing a jeep. The new sites were plenty spacious. Lots of area to walk and nice dog park. Lots of large trees and if you spend any time here there is a paved walking path to town. We stay Hefeweizen in the spring and fall and never been disappointed.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. The grounds themselves left a lot to be desired. Not well manicured or kept and the road noise from the highway was a lot. The bathroom and shower facilities were very clean and well kept!

You people need to do better for late arrivals. Things happen on the road and cause delays constantly, causing late arrivals. This office closed at 4pm on a Friday, there is no assistance, it is not very well lit, the entrance is confusing from the highway and it is very frustrating, especially when the circumstances prior were beyond our control.

The place is very nice and lots to do around the area. If you stay there meet the Manager she is very nice and does everything. I mean everything. There was a problem with us dumping at our site and she came over to fix it to make sure we had a great visit. In the end she got someone over in about a hour to fix it so we did not have to move. I wish I could say more but it was great.

Continues to improve. Such a nice place with great staff. The new path the city connected to the campground is awesome too.

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
