The shower temperature regulation was all too hot or cold. It would be dangerous for a young child to adjust on his or her own.

Just a quick stop over on way to another destination. Arrived after park office was closed. They called to make sure I knew how to find my site. Very friendly staff when called to book. Park is very cute with LOTS of amenities and options for sites/accommodations. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Quite peaceful and super clean, not to mention plenty of hot water in the clean showers and bathrooms! The only gripe I had, has nothing to do with the campground, but when we arrived after office hours and located our site, the neighboring trailer pulled in their site facing the wrong direction and had a large mat rolled out, which took up half of our personal space.

My very first trip with my travel trailer and my very first stay at a KOA. It was wonderful! When I called to make a reservation and upon arrival, everyone I talked to was so so so nice and helpful and friendly. They helped me and made me feel safe, which is important to me as a woman traveling alone. I will definitely be staying at this KOA on my trips to dog shows in Colorado.

There were spots with Trees and grass, we were put in a gravel sites, next to highway. Pool was close. Items in store were on sale one day then next day full price for no reason. Wifi was good. Staff was friendly and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was pleasant. The facilities and grounds are well kept. The showers are excellent.

It was a single night stop off. No issues getting our 43’ camper into the campground or pull through sites. The turn around the office to the left was a little tight. If I was anylonger it might be an issue.

Very clean place to stay. Employees were Very courteous, friendly and helpful. Location is perfect as far as being close to all historical sites, however this is place too close to the highway and crowded. We are. Accustomed to quiet, treed, back country colorado campgrounds.

First, I would give people running it a 10. The location is convenient and good for a pass through. There is just not a lot to do in sheridan. Bike trail is "Ok" at best. VERY loud. Right off interstate. Very clean

CG was fine. One employee hogged all the washers and dryers all morning. If she was doing laundry for the cabins, then have private dedicated laundry for those. We managed to get ours done but another couple from Germany , I believe, went away upset.

Not a fan of rail road tracks. Thought the trees were not trimmed up enough. Tore the rubber in my rain gutter. The sewers could of been closer and lower to the ground

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice park that was clean and well tended. All washers and dryers worked, bathrooms and showers were clean. One of the nicer KOA’s I hav visited this trip.

My stay was excellent once I moved from the original site I had booked. It was next to the interstate and very noisy which was not very clear from the map on the website.

Right off the interstate, which is a plus for the convenience as well as a negative for the traffic noise at some of the newer sites. Friendly and helpful staff (on the weekend!). Nice wide, full hookup sites. We were in the newer part where there isn’t any shade yet, but there are many wonderful shade trees in the established area.

The highway was close and sometimes annoying but luckily, did not disturb our sleep. Our spot was really nice and clean - enjoyed the turf and picnic table.

Very nice KOA, I come here once a year and they do a fantastic job every time. They have pancake feeds and pizza night that are great. Park is clean and accessible to downtown Sheridan.

All too short of a stay, but squeezed in a visit with friends and spent a day in the Bighorns. One of our favorite places.

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
