This was our first stay at a KOA. Everyone who worked there was beyond friendly and helpful. The wagon we stayed in was absolutely adorable and incredibly clean. The private bathroom was also very clean. We would stay at a KOA again in a heartbeat.

Great! Was pleasantly surprised. Stayed here 15 years ago and was not thrilled. But I now plan on coming back! Quick check in, friendly staff, clean accommodations.

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
