Everything was pleasant, communication with property, check in and out and the entire facility. Everything was clean and well kept! I have recommended this property to family and friends already. We stayed in the covered wagon and it did not disappoint.

This KOA is perfect. Clean, quiet, lots of activities. The KOA team running the campground are friendly, professional, and experts at what the do. I highly recommend this KOA.

The grounds were well-maintained and pleasant. Bathrooms clean and tidy. While the cabin in which I stayed is beginning to so its age, it served my needs just fine. The store might be better served by adding a few more essentials such as bread, milk, and foods that may be cooked over an open fire.

We stayed in one of the simple camping cabins and were prepared for a rustic stay but we were overwhelmed with moths most of the night and it was sweltering hot. The ceiling fan didn’t provide much relief. We thought the cabin description said there would be air conditioning. Facilities seemed a little run down but mostly clean and kept up. Good location for Sheridan activities.

Absolutely wonderful, ! This KOA cabin had everything that I needed to help me feel comfortable and safe . It was well heated and the kitchen was clean and well stocked! A bucket of fresh white towels and clean white sheets was the icing on the cake ,! The staff were friendly and polite, would just like to thank you all for a peaceful visit on my travels and I will be back !

Booked the prairie wagon for a unique stay to celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome. The covered wagon had all the amenities,and there is a private bath house. The staff was great, very accommodating Would definitely stay here again. Brett & Carleen Davis (970) 302-1828

Traveling through. We went to Pitchfork Fondue and Musical. Cabin was great. Only thing I would suggest is better lighting to the bathrooms. When walking from the cabins it is a little bit of a walk when your older to get up and walk there at night,

People are nice. Cabin needed cleaning candy wrappers under main bed. Very noisy traffic and train. Reservation for 4 with only one bed made. The bunks twin sheets with full blanket and full sheets with twin blanket in package. Front ramp a little unlevel could trip.

We had a great stay over Labor Day weekend. Initially booked a tent spot but the weather was calling for rain so I was able to quickly change my reservation over the phone to a camping cabin. This campground has lots of stuff for kids to do, my six year old was never bored. The location is great because you are just minutes away from all that the City of Sheridan has to offer. We will be back!

Traveling alone and stayed in a camping cabin. It was very cozy and quiet, although the mattress I slept on was well-worn and didn't provide much cushion compared to other KOA cabins I've stayed in... definitely time to be replaced! The staff was friendly and accommodating and everything was clean and well-kept. Would stay here again!

Not the cleanest room. Bootprints on the mattress and smelled musty in the room. Mattress extremely worn, didn't appear clean. Overall a decent stay, but may not return. Loose dogs running around. I know you can't control everyone.

Our proximity to the national park was excellent. The cabin we stayed in was clean, but I noticed it lacked a screen door, unlike the other cabins. I wish this KOA had WiFi - but all other amenities were great.

Loved our stay at the KOA. Yes it's near the highway, that's how we got there. The staff are outstanding.. the store is amazing for nik nacs. Gifts, etc. It does need some sight maintenance. BUT it's FABULOUS. The deluxe cabins top notch. The wagons are superb. The log cabins are fabulous. Dog park needs to be bigger. We had a great time. Showers are spot less

Great campground. Stayed in the Cloud Peak Deluxe cabin, 2 adults and 2 children. Plenty of room and everything you need to stay comfortably. Great staff! We will be back soon for another great stay!

This KOA is maintained wonderfully, down To every detail! Perfect stay for us on our way to Mount Rushmore from Yellowstone. We stayed in a wagon. I can't say enough how enjoyable this was! And private bathroom/shower.

We arrived for a one night stay, didn't want to put the tent up and they had a cabin available. It was so clean and seemed brand new! We made a campfire, ordered takeout that night and also cooked smores. Beds and linens were great. The pool had been closed by lightning to the disappointment of my kids, but the manager left it open an hour past normal after they were cleared to reopen so the kids could get worn out. There was a bluegrass band playing in the evening, the facilities were clean, and laundry room worked well. We made breakfast and enjoyed the complimentary coffee with the k-cups in the cabin. Excellent stop on the road.

Staff were phenomenal! Elizabeth at the front desk was joy! So nice and explained everything. Our escort was great! Had lots of recommendations and brought me a small birthday gift when he found out it was my birthday. Very clean, camp store stocked, pool was amazing, quiet, and value for your dollar. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!
