Very friendly and courteous staff. Restrooms were clean and great showers. The spot we were in (131), had a unit with a slideout that did not allow us to sit on our side of our unit or even put our chairs out. Will need to rethink staying there in the future.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was a great experience and the Sheridan/Big Horn Mountain KOA. The office staff were super welcoming and attentive when we needed something for our 2 night stay. They have fun Ice-cream socials at night during the week and had a pancake breakfast Saturday morning (for a small donation). I look forward to stay there again.

Kids loved the pool and playroom activities. Do not rely on camp store for any food items.

The campground was clean and orderly, the bathrooms were clean and well cared for. They rented covers wagons and we toured one. They are a nice alternative to cabins.

The park was clean, with spacious parking, great wifi, and the staff very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again :)

A great KOA! The cabin was super clean and fully stocked with towels, blankets, BBQ stuff, etc. The pool was clean and the staff were very kind and helpful, even opening the mini golf especially for us so our family could play. Had a great time and will definitely stay here again when passing through!

Very very nice and helpful staff! Long level pull through that was easy to get in and out of without unhooking the car.

Very Nice campground. Is a little too close to I90 (Truck and Train noise), but Great Bathroom and WIFI. The staff tries very hard to make your stay welcoming and enjoyable. Would definitely return and stay again

Sheridan/Big Horn was a great place to stay.The staff was very friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend a stay at this RV park.

Lots of shade trees (but mosquito's were awful). I know because the creek was moving along, but the bugs were biting as I walked my dog out to the dog walk area. I would stay there again because the owners are friendly. The wildlife of rabbits and squirrels teased my dog "Squirrel" !

Very nice campground and the staff were super helpful. They even directed us into our campsite.

The only reason we gave it a 4 is due to loud highway traffic. The campground staff could not do anything about it, but it was detracting. Staff was very nice and accommodating. There was plenty of room to walk the dogs. There were plenty of activities going on (Ice Cream Social and the like). Easy access to the campground.

One of my favorite KOAs at one of my favorite towns. Even though the tent area has changed, it is still a good campground for tenters. Love the big trees.

It was a great way to disconnect from your busy lives and enjoy a great vacation spot. Super clean bathroom and plenty of room for a family of 4.

Sites are a little tight but ok for a night or two. Pleasant staff, park seems to be well maintained.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
