We had trouble finding the KOA, but the staff was very helpful and guided there. Didn’t get to enjoy the camp area, as it was raining when we got there and all night.

Such a great team working at this KOA! They even provided some tools and a part when we had an issue with our water tank. This KOA is always beautiful & well kept. Thank you for all you do!!

Friendly, helpful staff. The campsite was clean, wide and long. There's lots to see and do in the area. It's our go to campground on our way to Montana.

Wonderful friendly personnel, but the campground could use a few minor updates. Everything was in working order and our site was long and level. Great location to explore the Big Horn Mountains and the city of Sheridan.

Joyce & Peter were exceptionally kind and helpful. We spent one night to charge batteries & empty tanks before heading back into the mountains. The Sheridan KOA is comfortable & conveniently located. It’s a nice spot for a 1-3 night stay to allow you to re-charge & enjoy Sheridan.

This is a great KOA located close to I-90 in northern Wyoming. We had a rest day here after a 5 day pull from Ontario, Canada. Nice level site, and quite quiet for it's proximity to I-90 and the train. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a nice shady campground with easy access to the Bighorn Mountains. The parking is level and the bathrooms are clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.

The staff was wonderful. The cabin we stayed in was fantastic, very clean. One suggestion, there were no departure instructions about how to leave the cabin. We took the trash out, strip the bed, put any towels we used together in the tub/shower area did a general clean up, and washed any kitchenware we used.

Location is very close to the Interstate so lots of traffic noise. We were in a space near the trash bins. The trash truck arrived at 6:40 AM to empty four trash containers. Needles to say, our sleep was over.

Expensive for what you have at this KOA. Dirt roads and pads with lots of dust from all traffic moving around campgrounds. Lots of road noise.

This place is beautiful. The staff was AWESOME! We stayed 3 nights, relaxed, ate ice cream at the social and rode the bike trail all through the town. The grounds are clean, the store is well stocked and the showers/bathrooms are clean. Highly recommend this KOA, they are very good at communicating events and checking in/out.

Very friendly and courteous staff. Restrooms were clean and great showers. The spot we were in (131), had a unit with a slideout that did not allow us to sit on our side of our unit or even put our chairs out. Will need to rethink staying there in the future.

From the minute we arrived to the minute we left it was a great experience and the Sheridan/Big Horn Mountain KOA. The office staff were super welcoming and attentive when we needed something for our 2 night stay. They have fun Ice-cream socials at night during the week and had a pancake breakfast Saturday morning (for a small donation). I look forward to stay there again.

Winter time self check in was perfect. Allowed us to check out a little later. Great location with an amazing path system that goes for miles.

Was a great experience! Spent almost 6 weeks while at KOA while buying our new house in Wyoming and getting it set up. Stacy was amazing helping us with monthly rental and finding right spot. She also was a great local guide ensuring we knew all the places to check out. The park is very clean, washers and dryers clean and work well, and playground was great for kids. The location was near highway but pretty quiet with the exception of the occasional Jake brake from a semi. Nearby truck stop has pretty cheap gas and diesel as well as cheapest adult beverages in town.

Stacy was extremely helpful and accommodating. She was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us, and we felt as if she treated us as more than just a customer. We would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
