We had a wonderful stay. The service was above and beyond. Thank you Bill for picking up our propa e tank to fill up and dropping it off again. The interactions with our children was great. They really loved it. We will defi itely stay again for longer when we are back in the area. Hats off to the staff!.

Have to say Stacey, the manager, goes above and beyond with customer service! She sends invites to Ice Cream Socials and Pancake Breakfasts�. We were there for our sons’ wedding when the wildfires broke out on 8/23/24. We had friends coming from 4 states. Stacey sent an email explaining the road closures. Luckily our people were able to navigate around the closed roads. Thank goodness for Sta

Would get 5 stars but the mud after rain was terrible, rain cant be helped but you have to watch whete you walk.The new section is really spacious and a lot of thought went into planning . The staff are very nice and friendly and Nate did a good job of parking us. Will definitely go back and recommend other campers check it out.

Enjoyed the long sites and the friendly staff. The park even had a fund raiser with pizza delivery benefitting childhood cancer when we were there. Even though this is close to I-90 your fan could drown out the noise. Clean restrooms, lots of dumpsters, and darkness at night… We will come again!

The staff were phenomenal, we had a little mechanical issue and they went out of their way to make sure we were able to deal with it comfortably.

We enjoyed our stay great location and very friendly staff. We are definitely going to return. We met a very hard working, polite and enjoyable young man by the name of Sawyer it was a pleasure to speak with him.

Our assigned spot was in the never section, which we were aware of when booking. Yet the traffic from the freeway was very loud and made our nights quite sleepless!. Trees/vegetation are a must along the freeway!

The park was very nice. Out only issue was the lack of air conditioning in the cabin. We were traveling with dogs and the weather was very warm and the cabins could not be left ope. To decrease the heat.

We were in the newer section that is an in-progress section. This did not deter us from enjoying the campground nor the people (very friendly). The campground was clean, level, and easy to get into and out of. We will be back for future stays!

Site was too close to the next one. There were other sites that were further apart and looked nicer. Awning would have been closer than I like to next spot if I had put it out. Facilities were clean and staff friendly.

Everything about this location has been clean and well maintained during both of our stays. Easy on and off the highway and the staff was all very welcoming.

Grounds were clean. Bathrooms large, bright, clean, attended regularly. As a camper with a tent, it is always hard to be hosted in spots that are really close to a busy freeway, so noise was an issue. Tent sites had covered picnic tables, which are always a treat. Great place to stay! I definitely recommend it for a quick stop or a longer stay.

Our sight was very janky. It was not straight and way too close to adjacent sites.We were subjected to a marketing quiz when we checked in. Ice cream social was promoted. But the $5 pp for 2 scoops of melted ice cream was not mentioned. Outrageous. We would not stay here again.No trash pick up. Barely adequate park, charges top dollar. Very disappointing.

We stayed for a week. The campround is very well matained.The staff is very friendly and helpful, Great Customer Service! Showers and restrooms were very clean. It is near some good hiking trails, don’t miss hiking the Big Horn Canyon. Thank you!

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
