it was a wonderful week.We visited family and they visited us. The kids played on or with everything! They loved the Gem panning, mini golf, and the playground. The staff were amazing and friendly. The laundry room was great.

The staff at the KOA Sheridan site could not have been more welcoming and helpful. We had a problem with our holiday arrangements and they immediately totally solved it. The site and our accommodation were delightful. We had a deluxe cabin beside a pretty river. We used the launderette and that was excellent too. If we visit the area again we will definitely book this site and accommodation.

Was in town for an agility seminar for three days. Found Stacy easy to work with, especially since I wasn’t there during store hours. Showers were very nice and spotless. I did hear a bit of traffic from the interstate at night, but not to the point it was disturbing. Access to the walking path allowed for plenty of places to go with the dogs for exercise. The experience i had at the KOA/Sheridan was phenomenal! The staff was friendly,courteous and professional. I would never stay at a hotel/motel again. The cabin was clean, private and quiet. When your long distance away from your home you never know what to expect coming to a new city. Our stay here was "Home Away from Home". I do reviews so other patrons will have the same Great experience I had!

Late check in was confirmed by host! Baths were clean and the stay was unremarkable. Only suggestion would be to install a full length mirror in the ladies room. Thanks for another positive experience!

Great stop along our way north. Got of the highway and hooked up electric for the spring storm. Due to snow and wind we stayed a second night to let the weather pass. Staff was great.

Everyone there was unbelievable nice and very helpful! The place was clean and welcoming! We had some problems with our motorhome and they even had a RV Technician there!!! If we could we would give them over the top rating because of their service! We’ll definitely stop there next time we go through Sheridan Wyoming!!

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
