We had a good stay thanks to your team, especially Tim. We had an issue with our RV and thanks to Tim a real HERO who took the time to show me the problem and gave me the idea of how to fix it. THANK YOU we had a much better rest of the trip.

This is usually a halfway point stopover for us between our home in Montana and our daughter in Colorado. Recently, our truck broke down on the way through and we were stuck in Sheridan for a couple of days. The KOA team took such good care of us -- knowing we were without a vehicle. Thanks so much!

This koa has one of the best stocked stores that I’ve seen. The bathrooms are clean and like new. Unfortunately, they seem to be dog adverse. I was charged an extra fee for my dog, and the only dog park was closed.

Very run down compared to other KOA’s, all dirt and patches of gravel. Have stayed in other KOA’s for less money and were beautiful, this one way too expensive! Right off hwy and noisy, condition of interior roads unkept with pot holes. Positive great Wi-Fi and large 75ft pull thrus for class A motorhome pulling car trailer. Would only stay here again if I was desperate.

Staff were so helpful and nice. One staff member transported our propane tank so we wouldn't have to carry it across the campground. My only wish was that the shower room was heated. It was very cold.

1. Campground was NOT to the usual KOA standards 2. Bathroom ,women’s, always had a wet floor and smelled badly 3. Terrible customer service- 4. Campground was poorly maintained 5. Parts of the campground looked like a homeless encampment 4. False advertising on available amenities 5. It was a horrible campsite….did NOT represent the usual KOA quality 6. If I was KOA, I would shut that

Absolutely wonderful, ! This KOA cabin had everything that I needed to help me feel comfortable and safe . It was well heated and the kitchen was clean and well stocked! A bucket of fresh white towels and clean white sheets was the icing on the cake ,! The staff were friendly and polite, would just like to thank you all for a peaceful visit on my travels and I will be back !

Nice big RV spaces with hookups. Nice grounds with an area for dogs. Covered wagons for some cabins. The only drawback is the campground is adjacent to the freeway-Highway 90.

Our stay was very good. We loved the grassy campsites and trees and the kids loved the playground. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We will be back next year!

Very nice campground and the office staff was personable, helpful, engaging. My only negative was the interaction I had with, I think, was a maintenance man. I had issues with foreign materials in the incoming water filter. I asked his assistance to resolve the problem. He got very defensive and kept saying over and over “our water is good “ . Other than that, a very good experience.

Booked the prairie wagon for a unique stay to celebrate our anniversary. It was awesome. The covered wagon had all the amenities,and there is a private bath house. The staff was great, very accommodating Would definitely stay here again. Brett & Carleen Davis (970) 302-1828

The Sheridan/Bighorn Mountains KOA is a welcoming campground with a friendly staff that is always eager to help and make guests feel at home. Recent improvements, including the addition of deluxe sites with concrete patios, have enhanced the overall camping experience and provide a comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. The campground is conveniently located near Sheridan's historic downtown district and offers easy access to the beautiful Bighorn Mountains, making it an excellent base for sightseeing and outdoor recreation. One area that could use attention is the campground roads. Adding more gravel would help reduce puddling after rainstorms and keep both vehicles and pedestrians out of the mud. Addressing this issue would further improve an already enjoyable stay. Overall, this KOA offers a great combination of friendly service, ongoing improvements, and a convenient location for exploring the Sheridan area. I would gladly stay here again.
