NO refunds for EARLY departures for daily, monthly and long term stay.  For DAILY AND SHORT TERM GUESTS ON-SITE, (2 days BEFORE) 48 hours notice by 11 am.  Campground is NOT responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to any person, equipment, vehicles, or belongings. Indemnity: By making this reservation you are voluntarily engaging in potentially dangerous/deadly activities: including and not limited to camping, swimming, fishing, jumping, walking, running, riding and all potential activities in our campground can be dangerous and you assume all the inherent risks associated with those activities. Under this indemnity, a person injured while participating in such activities fully indemnify the campgrounds from all faults, by the campgrounds or the guests or the wildlife, and agree to be barred from recovering damages from the party responsible for the activities or the premises where they occurred Valid On NEW Reservations Only.
