The person at the front desk was rude, direct, and short with us. WiFi policy was weird. Campground smelled like cigarettes the entire time we were there. My kids didn’t feel welcome either.

you where in a tent site and our policy is for all kids are to be accompany the children to the restrooms or store and we had to watch them with our construction zone due to no adults where with them. other wise kids are always welcome. As for cigarettes we are not non smoking place. country life.

It was a fairly small place. The tent sites were nice. The bathroom was clean. The price was surprisingly high. The employee at the desk was a bit rude, so that is the reason for my lack more stars.

Yes we are small but we make sure our customers are taken care of. As for prices we have not changed them in a couple of years even with the cost of everything going up.

The campground provided us a comfortable and safe nights rest. Located near the interstate, but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. Sites are large and shaded (trees have been trimmed). Good overnight stop. Thanks!

It is okay for the night... quite a lot of road noise but did quiet some after 10 pm. Has the essentials... shower rooms could be a little cleaner but still better than no shower at all. Electric is at the back of the pad and fortunately had a long enough extension cord and host said I could back my camper onto the grass to get closer. Spots are somewhat shady which was good. Felt safe!

Rather expensive for a tent spot at over $65. Not worth it.

Very nice and well kept. The bathrooms were clean and warm. This was one of the quietest KOA’s we’ve stayed at!

I would rate this 4.75. This is our second time at Pocatello KOA while travelling through from Canada. We have loved it both times. Location is close to town yet quiet. Tent spots are large and level. Staff is friendly and laundry room is clean. Washrooms are clean but dated. With some washroom updating this location would be a solid 5

Staff was amazing, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Check in was flawless and prior communication regarding our space was timely and informative. The campgrounds were clean and our tent space was more than we could have hoped for. There was a strong desire by staff to make us feel at home. We left knowing we would come back. We love Rose and her crew!

The good: staff was very friendly and helpful in accommodating us coming in later. Restrooms nice and clean. Not so good: the site we camped on was VERY in level and not comfortable. Also we were told we had a water hook up (and paid for one) but could not find one anywhere.

The tent campsite was clean, shady, and nicely laid out. It had a nice picnic table. The bathrooms were close, showers were nice and clean. We loved the dog park for off-leash potty with 4 dogs.

This was our second time staying @ Pocatello, 1st time was 2022. Tom is a great host! We tent camped both times. The facilities were clean. The grounds were well kept. The only thing is people think that letting their dogs use the tent area to potty is ok. I had to clean up dog poop right where we were to set our tent! I can’t blame the host. We will stay again if in area

Tom, the host, was outstanding. The fresh coffee was hot, the shower water was hot and the bathrooms (and the entire facilities and grounds) were immaculate. Earmarking this Pocatello facility as my go-to for future travels in this part of the country. Also very much appreciate the Veterans Discount

We arrived late and left early the next morning, but it looked like a great park with clean bathrooms and showers. Wish we had gotten to enjoy more time there. Grassy tent spots were wonderful!

Camping très sympa. Pas trop grand et ombragé. Et calme. Les emplacements ne sont pas immenses mais c'est pas problématique non plus. Les services fonctionnent très bien. Le wifi n'est pas hyper performant. Juste pour le minimum. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment à changer entièrement. Elle est vraiment obsolète. Le personnel est très sympa. Il y a deux petits lodges en bois très mignon.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Smaller campground which is well maintained except for the trees. Taller RVs WILL have to have trees run across their tops. The outside loop has a tree that went right across our windshield.
