Quiet place to stay. Older facility with gravel sites that mated of cement pads. There are several trees that are in need of pruning. There was no way to navigate through the park or site without having branches rub our motorhome. I would try another place if in the area again.

Your sites are not compatible for Big Rigs and you have tree stumps that are not marked.

Thank you for your feedback. The site you were in did not have a stump, so I'm not sure what issue you had with stumps. We are one of the original KOAs, so our sites might be a bit narrow compared to a newer campground. But I believe we provide more than adequately the standards for a KOA Journey.

I gave a “1” because there are no zeros. The front desk staff member was nice. Other than that… old campground.. narrow roads..vehicles sticking out ..tight turns..and if the gentleman across the way hadn’t been nice enough to move his jeep we wouldn’t have been able to get in our spot. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay. Our full hookup sites are limited in length. Combine that with ever increasing sized motorhomes and tow vehicles, it can be a challenge. Our water/electric sites are much longer and more accommodating to the bigger setups.

Great smaller campground. Friendly staff. Well maintained except for the low hanging trees. Lots of them which is an issue for taller rigs.

Nice basic campground though overpriced for the lack of amenities, but close to town and safe.

Great place for a couple nights. However, there is no sewer at the sites. There is a dump station. I would not vacation out of here, but for a few nights it was perfect.

Nice little secluded campground. Local power loss incident, but it the fault of campground.

We are the USA from the south to the north. All across the states our stays at KOA have not been very pleasant. The parks are all in need of work! This resort coast is over $78.00 a night. There were no extras. Just water, sewer and power. We are in Mountain Home in a Good Sam for $15.00 less a night with a pool and hot tub! All working! People who work here are nice and friendly. KOA is not keep!

Very quiet at night and had the feeling of being way out in the country. Cows mooing and roosters crowing in the morning. But not close enough to really hear until you were outside. We loved it!

We had a very quiet one night campground experience. This is a basic, gravel lot campground with generous sized level parking spots. It was easy to set up the hookups-much appreciated after 400 freeway miles. This is not a luxury KOA with patios, grass, pool etc. but a great stop for a good nights sleep.We did not try the showers.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Quickly removed a tree limb that was touching my fifth wheel. WiFi is substandard. An unnecessarily complicated log on process is cumbersome. The WiFi quality is poor rendering the service practically unusable for simple email and banking.

When we arrived, the sprinkler was on and had flooded part of the site making it necessary to park in the mud. When it rained that night, it turned the whole space into a mudhole. The site was not even close to level, and the interior roads were narrow. Finally, some of the trees over the interior roads banged off the top of our coach. The park is designed for lower, smaller RVs. Polite staff.

The campground at pocatello is incredibly well managed. The folks there treated me like family. Its a quiet place with all the amenities you could want. They trim the trees annually to protect your RV. They have an amazing staff. My only regret is not being able to stay longer. Thank you pocatello KOA. I can't wait to come back long term.

We were treated great, staff made lots of accommodations to help us. The day we left out trailer had a major issue, the staff made quite a few adjustments to accommodate our needs. In short what a great group of people! Thank you from Scot & Alicia!

Bad WiFi. Clean campground

Thank you for your feedback. Our Wi-Fi is set up mainly to use as a browser or basic internet. It is not a reliable streaming source, particularly when the usage is high. We have found many of our guests have switched to Starlink if they are streaming. We do look forward to hosting you again.

The people were friendly but I was taken back a bit when they asked to copy my drivers license. We use KOA all over the western United States and this is the first time in about 10 years that I had a copy taken. Maybe it’s just they haven’t updated their procedures in that long. The internet was almost unusable and very dated. Ok for an overnight stay

Host was very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The bathroom was very clean. I had a lovely night in my tent.

Very mature park with lots of attention to details. We liked our spot and it was not to noisy from traffic. Showers were awesome and well thought out for convenience.
