The laundry is only open from 8am-6pm. Really impacted my travels as I had to leave early the next morning. I won't be staying at this campground again.

Very comfortable stay. We stayed in a Kabin and we love the ease and chair swing. The reason I gave it an 8 was the cat pee smells from the neighborhood (which they cant do anything about but should be noted for those sensitive people). the Kabin was clean and comfortable. We arrived after hours and check in was easy. Bathrooms were clean and spider free.

Alicia who checked us in was wonderful. The friendliest and most helpful than any receptionist we have experienced dealing with. The park itself appearance wise is not appealing. It was not a full hookup site, which is expected for a site that accommodate a a big rig.

2 druggies hanging around the bathroom scared the heck out of my 15 year old. They were harassing her for the bathroom code. She was forced to give them the code then locked herself in the bathroom until my husband came. You May want to change your codes. We have never felt unsafe at any other koa.

We are sorry your daughter had this experience. Our campground has security cameras and is noted for being quiet and safe. Unfortunately we had some rouge people wander through. We have taken care of the issue with these particular individuals. Once again, please accept our apologies.

My husband I have been staying at KOAs for vacations for several years. We particularly enjoy renting the cabins. We were pleasantly suprised that yours came with air-conditioning! And the added touch of carpet, made them even more homey. The cabins, restrooms/showers and campsite were all cleaned and well maintained. The owner was informative and welcoming. 10 out a 10!

The information on the website didn't match reality. I booked this campground specifically for the laundry facility that was advertised as open all night. The store also advertised to be open until 8:00 was closed. We were arriving late and check in info was left hanging on the board which was ok but the combo to the bathroom wasn't communicated with us. Had to get that from a fellow camper.

Older KOA with a little bit tight spots. We had a pull thru that was long and level. Sites were close and we had to share our water with the neighbor which made low flows when his was on. There were a lot of grassy areas. Pet area and play area were grassy and nice. Many permanent residents. The park was quiet at night. Owner very nice.

Did not get 50 amp site; reservation made several weeks in advance. 5th wheel was scrapped by low hanging tree branches in several areas driving in & out. Water handle broken; shared water with adjoin site. The only positive; the town of Poncatelle had a lot to enjoy. Would not recommend!!!!

The campground is nice and people were very friendly. My only complaint is they need to trim their trees. For camper with class A or large 5th wheels the trees scrap the sides and roofs.

CAMP BATHROOMS NEED A LOT OF WORK. I WAS VERY TICKED OFF TO ARRIVED AT 930 PM TO A CABIN WELL OVER 90 DEGREES INSIDE. WHEN THE DAY TIME TEMP IS OVER 100 IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A COOL CABIN TO ARRIVE TO. WE SLEPT WITH OUR DOOR OPEN UNTIL 2AM AS IT WAS SO HOT IN THE CABIN. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER THIS MORNING AND SHE SAID IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN TURNED ON BUT SHE DID NOT WANT TO CABIN TO BE COLD ??

Site 46 had no shade and no WiFi. Very disappointed. 44 was fine, the week before. Very clean restrooms and store and office.

Every year we make a pit stop here for laundry, hook ups and showering and it’s always a pleasant stay, clean and love the dog area. Staff is always super helpful and kind. Thank you

First time staying at a KOA and I enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and the place was great. Will stay again next time I’m visiting the area.

Staff was extremely friendly when checking us in. Stopped here on our road trip for just one night to sleep. I took a shower here and the bathroom/showers were very clean. I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

It was a great ground. Except there seemed to be no enforcement of quiet hour. Kids running around and screaming until 1 am.

Area was nice overall. We stayed 3 nights. Staff was friendly although we wanted to do our laundry but unfortunately we were told they close at 8pm and we didn’t have enough time, which we understood but the owners were out early the day we arrived and in late the next day so we were not able to get laundry done. That being said the area was very nice!

Pleasantly surprised! Our previous stay in Pocatello was less than adequate. This KOA is tucked into a small valley. It’s very quiet and has very large shade trees. Birds, squirrels abound! Only drawback is how they park the RVs. After parking your RV opens up to your neighbors RV. No privacy here unless you get to park away from others. We will come back

No amenities, laundry and office closed at 2:30 pm. Spaces very narrow and small, but cost as much as parks much nicer and with amenities

Overall it's a convenient location we've used five times traveling to and from Montana. There was an issue with the space assignment this time due to the online corporate reservation system. I talked to the manager in the morning and learned that when booking online, 50/30 amp does not mean both amperage connections at a site, it's only 50 amp. I was refunded the difference and left satisfied.

Very mature park with lots of attention to details. We liked our spot and it was not to noisy from traffic. Showers were awesome and well thought out for convenience.
