Arrived after 5pm on Labor Day and only stayed o ernight. The young woman checking us in was so very friendly and explained everything. Happy to speak with someone so friendly and welcoming.

We had battery problems with our motorhome and your personal helped locate battery, tried charging it with his charger and went out of his way to help us. Really went above and beyond.

The park is very nice. Well kept, lots of trees, playground area, fenced dog area and laundry room. Would recommend to everyone.

They have done some really nice upgrades to the rustic cabins! They put in new cement parking pads outside each unit, added nice fan/cooling units in window & throw rug on floor. The cabins are very comfy & clean!!

We stayed twice for one night each. The amenities are clean. The children enjoyed the playground. Their leaflet with things to do in the area was very helpful - I can recommend to watch the grizzly bear in the zoo! It would be even better if every site had a fire ring. �

This was our second time staying @ Pocatello, 1st time was 2022. Tom is a great host! We tent camped both times. The facilities were clean. The grounds were well kept. The only thing is people think that letting their dogs use the tent area to potty is ok. I had to clean up dog poop right where we were to set our tent! I can’t blame the host. We will stay again if in area

Web site was mis leading with photo`s . Tom was rude in the office when asked questions.

We liked this park because they had all services there for the traveler. Gas, propane, and air pump It ws nice to know that your trip would continue on well equipped with the necessary things.

Positives-Very friendly staff, nice store. Negatives - NOT big rig friendly - very tight turns not doable right at entry. Site very unlevel. Whole facility is on a hill. NO landscaping, raw dirt/muddy hills between sites - had to climb a slimy hill to connect power, water. Sewer inlet was UPHILL from our coac. Trash dumpsters could not be farther from sites......all sites. etc. etc.

Thanks for leaving a comment. I know when you first came in you wanted to tell me how I should direct my guests to their site. Then you said if we get rain it might be muddy, no rain so no mud. Dumpsters are not next to the campsites so no flys and no smell. There is gravel in sites. Tom

Another excellent stay while passing through the town. Easy access and the staff is exceptional and very friendly. The best thing here is they have a gas pump which you can easily get in position and fill up before you leave. One of my top 5 KOA parks. Clean restrooms/ showers. We WILL be back…

The rock pull thur was ok. But wished we would of got back in..because they were all grass and had pits for fire.

Quiet great location, bathroom less than ideal however. Outlets didn't work & one shower out of order

Tom, the host, was outstanding. The fresh coffee was hot, the shower water was hot and the bathrooms (and the entire facilities and grounds) were immaculate. Earmarking this Pocatello facility as my go-to for future travels in this part of the country. Also very much appreciate the Veterans Discount

Pro's: Clean and quiet place / Friendly staff / KOA Location is close to city center Con's: Tight drive through RV spaces / No recreational or Club house for children and parents / Would be nice to have a larger dog park space with an option for a partition to create section(s) within the dog park.

Spent 1 night coming and 1 night going from Yellowstone here. It's a great little stopover with a well stocked store and laundry. Showers were clean. Both times our spots were level and easy to pull through. Will be back when traveling in that area again!

We stayed in a sleeper cabin. I frequently stay in these when putting a lot of miles on when travelling. This was the best one of have stayed in so far. TV , Fridge, and Microwave included and have never seen that. Would be 5 star but washroom and grounds need better upkeep. Staff was outstanding.

There was no shade at our camp site. We did have two dead pine trees next to the camper. When we arrived there were lots of flies and we found dog poop. We asked the lawn person to clean it up which he did but then we had to rinse the area with water. When we arrived the staff was complaining about work hours and no sleep.

Thanks for staying, your site had two trees that have been removed and they were sound we made sure to have them checked out. and thanks to our customers we have been busy to remove then during the busy time. As for the flies sorry we are in the country and we don't have a dome over us.

We like to stay at Pocatello as it is a good stop on our way from Bozeman to Springville Utah , near where our son lives. However, on our last stay, there was a small dog barking that woke us up a few times . The managers are very helpful and friendly and we will be staying there in the future.

The Wi-Fi worked really good. But the park looks like it needs some improvement. I thought the price was a little high for what it was.

The KOA was easy to find right off the 15 freeway easy to pull in. Check in super easy. The lady behind the desk couldn’t been more friendlier just a Pleasant stay in a nice little KOA.

Nice small park. Some area grass for smallest campers. But for most part dirt & graves. No cable. Office very friendly. Laundry clean. Close to everything

We arrived late and left early the next morning, but it looked like a great park with clean bathrooms and showers. Wish we had gotten to enjoy more time there. Grassy tent spots were wonderful!

Camping très sympa. Pas trop grand et ombragé. Et calme. Les emplacements ne sont pas immenses mais c'est pas problématique non plus. Les services fonctionnent très bien. Le wifi n'est pas hyper performant. Juste pour le minimum. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment à changer entièrement. Elle est vraiment obsolète. Le personnel est très sympa. Il y a deux petits lodges en bois très mignon.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Smaller campground which is well maintained except for the trees. Taller RVs WILL have to have trees run across their tops. The outside loop has a tree that went right across our windshield.
