Disappointed in slanted slot for our trailer and no streaming service available. Nice to have trees, dog park, on-site gas station & all other amenities.

Staff was amazing, they went out of their way to accommodate us. Check in was flawless and prior communication regarding our space was timely and informative. The campgrounds were clean and our tent space was more than we could have hoped for. There was a strong desire by staff to make us feel at home. We left knowing we would come back. We love Rose and her crew!

Was looking forward to this rv park, was very disappointed I level sites wasn’t able to level rv. All gravel sites. Didn’t use restrooms or showers.5th wheel next door had to move our picnic table to park truck.

We enjoy staying at the Pocatello KOA. Friendly staff and the campground is located in a quiet location. It is also easy to get to from the interstate.

Stayed 3 nights in September. Very quiet and clean campground. No complaints about anything except we didn't have a firepit, which would have been nice.

I was a good stay. service was quick and friendly. I only wish you guys would level your campsites up. I am always several bubbles out when I camp there. This requires pulling up on a leveling device.

Thank you for staying with us. As for the leveling of sites we do it in the spring and fall. during our season its hard to bring in a loader with gravel with a bunch of rigs in. customer kinda frown on gravel flying around there rigs.

Staff was awesome. Management may want to rethink renting a site that has 2 large obviously dead trees. As a retired Commercial Insurance Claim Investgator the liability of the KOA should an obviously dead tree cause property damage or injury or death is certain. The trees did not die yesterday, it is long term. The income from the site vs. the risk is too great and certainly verifiable.

The campground itself is beautiful, but the spaces are pretty bad: uneven and muddy when it rains.

Staff was unable to figure out how to apply my email (paper) gift card to my bill. After I emailed the corporate office the Pocatello staff was instructed on how to apply the gift card and I received the credit to my bill.

Thank you for coming and for us to see a printed grift card well it was the first and we showed you that the message stated that there was no funds on it. You stated that you would give your family member a call to see what the issues were. We just go by what we see on our computer system.

This is a great KOA away from the sounds of the highways and city noises. Nice dog park with thick grass, the rv site we were in was more than enough for our 42' 5th wheel. Office staff was very friendly and the store is stocked with lots of great items. Will definitely choose this KOA again.

The good: staff was very friendly and helpful in accommodating us coming in later. Restrooms nice and clean. Not so good: the site we camped on was VERY in level and not comfortable. Also we were told we had a water hook up (and paid for one) but could not find one anywhere.

Reservation dates were wrong but staff helped me out anyway. Spaces very close together Half of sites had no sewer hookup.

Interesting layout of pull through sites…kinda “buddy” style. Lots of stone, dust/dirt which would be a huge mud problem in the rain. Nice touch are the gas pumps on site. Too bad they don’t have diesel. It was an ok place for one night.

Our stay wasn't intended to happen until my truck broke down. Then the owner and management did everything they could to make us feel welcome and helped us find the right services to get back on the road. We enjoyed a nice clean well run RV park at the Pocatello KOA. Can't thank them enough.

I was greeted by a less than friendly employee. She looked at my 40' toy hauler and told me I should have called to confirm it would fit in the site I reserved online. I queried why the website would allow me to book a site that my trailer wouldn't fit in, just a sneer as a reply. The site was very narrow, with barely room for a picnic table. The adjoining site had the picnic table on a hillside,

sorry you felt that you were greeted less than friendly but all that was being told was that you where not going to fit in the site that was done on line and we will put you where you would be comfortable. And to make sure you get what you need we recommend that you call and check.

The tent campsite was clean, shady, and nicely laid out. It had a nice picnic table. The bathrooms were close, showers were nice and clean. We loved the dog park for off-leash potty with 4 dogs.

Nice stay, people were awesome the cabin I stayed in nice. The park is an older park but kept in good condition. The setup is weird though. I stayed in a cabin (first time) and found it odd that rooms that have no bathrooms are the furthest from the bathrooms for the premium price you pay. Other than that a nice stay.

This is our first time ever staying at a KOA and we’ve been living in our van for 13 months now. Everything was fine, but not worth a five star because the sites were not paved nor fully graveled. It was very messy because it had recently rained and the sites were washed out. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was fine, but I couldn’t lock the 1st stall.

We have been busy this year and to bring in a load of gravel in a big dump truck will I don't think our customers would like the noise or the mess unloading gravel, we are in the process of leveling the sites again which we do on the set of the new season

Camping très sympa. Pas trop grand et ombragé. Et calme. Les emplacements ne sont pas immenses mais c'est pas problématique non plus. Les services fonctionnent très bien. Le wifi n'est pas hyper performant. Juste pour le minimum. L'aire de jeux pour les enfants est vraiment à changer entièrement. Elle est vraiment obsolète. Le personnel est très sympa. Il y a deux petits lodges en bois très mignon.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Smaller campground which is well maintained except for the trees. Taller RVs WILL have to have trees run across their tops. The outside loop has a tree that went right across our windshield.
