The location seemed to be a perfect fit. However the complaints ranging back for many years is still an issue. That being the stench of sewage. I wouldn't stay here again. The pool isn't child friendly, it is to deep for their safety. The location and the pool were why we stayed here. We have a grandson that travels with us and the pool is our big draw.

Campground is very run down. Every one is crammed together. Nothing like what the pictures show. Very misleading.

Sorry you where not happy with your stay. Yes we are older but very well maintained. If your stay was not what you wanted we would have gladly refunded your monies for you to find something better to your liking. We are country setting.

This KOA is a bit further from the freeway than usual. The lady in reception was nice enough. The site was level and there was enough space for the truck after we unhooked from the 5th wheel. Other than along the perimeter where there are trees, this campground is a little austere with no amenities at all except for a few products in the store . I would not stay here again except in a pinch.

Second KOA this week with sits that were not even close to level. Amenities mean nothing when I have to lift the front of my motorhome off the ground to get it level.

We stayed 1 night. The sites were just dead weeds, no lawn or nice rock. Dog area was not mowed, so everyone was using the tent areas. Showers and bathrooms seemed clean but very dated, mat in shower just balled up at my feet. Person that checked me in was very direct and to the point, later when I was in rec area another customer asked where to check in, no one was at desk.

We may not look that its unattended but we are there just not walking around. As posted please use dog area. But making and doing.

Very clean. Boring as there was no tv or pool, but it was a Journey KOA. Expensive for lack of amenities. Nice people. Okay for one night.

Customer service was great, camp spots were ok. No grass and need to work on maintaining the roads inside the camping area. Store selected was good.

There were grassy sites available but we were not offered one. Instead we were in a line of RVs. The bathrooms were undesireable. The stalls were cramped and my knees bumped on the door. Why was this left like this? There was no hand soap and the shower curtains did not fit the opening.

The campground provided us a comfortable and safe nights rest. Located near the interstate, but far enough away not to hear traffic noise. Sites are large and shaded (trees have been trimmed). Good overnight stop. Thanks!

Ez access.. very friendly staff!.. we stayed only one night but may have left our 2 black stabilizer pads!!.. any chance you found them.. or perhaps someone turned them in?

It is okay for the night... quite a lot of road noise but did quiet some after 10 pm. Has the essentials... shower rooms could be a little cleaner but still better than no shower at all. Electric is at the back of the pad and fortunately had a long enough extension cord and host said I could back my camper onto the grass to get closer. Spots are somewhat shady which was good. Felt safe!

Nice place for an overnight spot. Rose was amazing. The playground needs A LOT of attention as the stuff there is circa 1970 and seemed pretty unsafe.

short but your property was very clean. loved the landscaping. But the reservations person could stand to be a bit more professional. Very disappointed that she did not honor my VA discount. i had already been to 4 KOA last week and i received a discount up front when i told them i was a veteran. so good luck with your business

We stay at KOAs because we can generally count on a decent stay. We stayed here at sight 43 for 1 night. The site p a steep hill was not even close to level. I used 2 leveling blocks and it was not close to level. The water an electrical was up a 6 ft steep hill above the site. This was not a new park and the site could have been easily leveled with some gravel.

Oh my goodness, after you setup, go get yourself a soft serve ice cream. They are the best for sure. The park is quaint and quiet. Very peaceful. The guys are very friendly.

On trip one night stay, got a pull through so wouldn’t have to unhitch. But too uneven and had too so could put slides out.

Rather expensive for a tent spot at over $65. Not worth it.

We stayed here a few years ago and it was wonderful. This time the woman in charge was very rude. The assistant and groundskeeper were friendly and helpful but the woman in charge should not be in a position of public relations. Also the wi-fi was spotty at best and the weeds were overgrown. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again.

customer made reservation online and it was for water and electric. we informed her that it was not full hook ups. this what she made. She should have called to confirm that she had the set up but didn't we did move her to accommodate her stay. Sorry that she thought I was rude but call next time

Owner was the nicest person and made sure we had everything we needed. We just stayed one night while traveling through and it was the perfect campground for this.

Spent two nights - it was clean and quiet and all utilities worked. Close to I-15 but no road noise.

This koa is small compared to some of the other ones we stayed at! It also is very well taken care of! The guy that checked us in was very nice, respectful!

I have absolutely loved my stay at this KOA in Pocatello! Quiet and always so clean. Nick and Alicia are wonderful camp hosts that always go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable and have everything you need for your stay!
