We accidentally canceled our reservation thinking we canceled a different date. So when we showed up we weren’t on their books. �� Tina took care of our mistake and was so nice about it. Thank You for being so patient with us. We really appreciate you.

Excellent clean KOA campground. One of the best and clean KOA sites. All the sites are neat and tidy even the long term resident sites. Management did a good job of keeping all permanent sites neat and tidy with no junks outside their rigs

We were in town for a graduation and family time. The location was good for shopping and necessities. The grounds were nice and well kept, the bathrooms in the new section are large and clean. The staff was great, good facilities.

Quick overnight,easy on and off from the interstate, the pull thru spaces were great and did not have to unhook our tow vehicle. Showers were beautiful and there was breakfast for $5 on Saturday morning before we hit the road.

Escorted to site by friendly and helpful staff. Great patio spot in the new side. BBQ and fire pit very nice. Bathrooms and showers very clean. There was Hwy noise and the pool quite small. But overall a great KOA%

Patio site was wonderful. Enjoyed the space between trailers. The bathroom/showers were the best we have ever seen. Your sprinkler heads need replaced with low spraying heads. They not only water the grass, but the very nice patio furniture, our trailer and our truck. Not real happy with the water spots left on our trailer and truck. You are also destroying the nice patio furniture & grills.

very friendly staff! Clean and well maintained. Mostly full timers in the campground. Great for a quick stop over. it’s very hot in the summer and no tree coverage so expect to get roasted. you can hear the freeway if the windows are open. Overall it’s quiet and a nice, safe place to stay. we were working and wifi was just fine for us.

Very nice park. The employees are very nice and helpful. We were in the new section and it was very nice. Bathrooms are some of the nicest we’ve seen.

has been very nice overall, there are many areas that would get an 8 or 9 star rating (New manger, office personnel, the cleaning ladies) while there are many that would only receive a 2 or 3 star rating ( washers & dryers, many of the grounds maintnance personnel) & how the rules are completly different for employee & guests !

Great place for a short stay. We tend to avoid Rv parks with a lot of full timers. It’s a different experience. Not bad, just different. Thirty feet for a sewer connection was a surprise. Luckily I had an extra sewer hose. There was a large part of the park not on our map. Not sure what that was about. If I pass through Pasco again I will certainly consider Pasco KOA. Thank you.

Had a great time at koa Pasco, wa. Plenty of activities to keep our kids and puppy entertained. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Would definitely go back again!

Stayed at KOA Pasco wa and it was very quiet and well maintained, the new side was s great addition to the park, we have stayed their many times both on old and now new side, and have never had any problems,

We were initially assigned to the new section, which only had small trees. Since it was very hot, we asked to be moved to the older section with established trees. Thanks to worker Nick, with his support, we were able to do just that. Kudos to him for all he does to help the campers. Bailey in the office was very nice.

Clean and easy to get in and out of sites. Friendly staff. 50 amp service appreciated because temp was in low 90s and we had the A/C on late into the evening. No hesitation to come back on my next trip to the Pasco area!

Staff was friendly, efficient, and very responsive to requests. Site was big enough for our 35-ft Class A and towed Wrangler. All connections were well-maintained and functioned well. We didn't use the pool, spa, laundry, or weight room. Showers and restroom were clean.

This was a pleasant enough park. Staff very friendly both when following up on my reservation and on arrival. Very clean and pretty quite although the freeway noise was noticeable at times.My only complaint would be the placement of the sewer pipe. Way away from my dump site toward the rear of the trailer. I would have had to pull my truck out into the roadway to be able to use it. RAR

most pleasant! however, on our next stay, we need to have a site where the sewer inlet is below the trailer's dump valve . our site 42 has the inlet uphill. and clearing the blackwater was challenging.

We reserved late, that was no challenge, but we brought our dog. My husband couldn't find a place to walk her other than around our site. We had a place in the new area. On our last visit last summer the side gate was open and he could take her across the road and walk her there. Is was very inconvenient to not have a place to walk her.

The camp site was nice. The bathrooms and the laundry were clean and functional. We stayed in the new section which had no WI-FY. The road noise was an issue throughout the entire camp.

We were here in Mid April. We enjoyed our stay except we had a window chipped by a rock thrown by a lawn mower. Tina the manager took ownership of the problem and got us a new window. It took a few weeks to get it in but gave us a great premium site for our stay the day it was replaced. Great professional and friendly staff. Highly recommend this KOA.

We had a great time. The sites were spacious and clean. The bathrooms were very nice and clean as well. All the staff was so friendly anytime we interacted. We actually book another long weekend there next months just hours after we left yesterday.

Although Pasco/Tri-Cities KOA seems to be a very clean and well planned RV resort I was very disappointed in my stay. I feel that it is unacceptable to not provide quality Wi-Fi. I was only able to get on the Wi-Fi one time. If you’re not going to provide quality Wi-Fi then don’t advertise that you do.

We were very impressed with the KOA campground. It was so clean and everything was so organized. Easy check in. Detailed map of the campground. We had an escort to the assigned site! Plan to go back on our next trip to the Pasco area.

Stayed here early Aug 2022 Would stay again: Yes. Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. The following are things that are important to us and up to you to assess if they matter to you. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 7 nights Site #41 Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (2 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G) THE GOOD Friendly staff. Management is welcoming and accommodating. Location: It is right off of the highway but is relatively quiet. Close to groceries, gas, and restaurants. Office: Normal KOA store inside with decent assortment of what you might need, and some extras. Sites: Well-maintained pull-through gravel sites with grass living areas. The older section of the park has larger trees for shade, while the newer side does not have mature trees sufficient enough for any shade at all. The newer side is a bit nicer though. So, choose based on availability and preference. Cell service: Good for Verizon and AT&T Facilities: Clean showers. Not private, but works well enough. Near highway: Yes

We couldn't find a hotel room at the last minute, so we got a spot at the KOA and drive down with our little trailer. The place was clean and easy to find, with clean bathrooms and facilities. Not a very interesting or pretty location, but it is convenient to the Tri-Cities area.
