The people was so nice and the checking in was easy and the breakfast was awesome we had a good time for one night Susan the employer that lives there was so helpful that lives there. It's so sweet thank you again

We are becoming frequent fliers here as it is next door to where we purchased our RV. With maintenance, upgrades to be done, this KOA is very convenient for us, and the staff is extremely welcoming!

Two of the bathrooms in the shower house could not provide hot water. My husband and I had to wait until the showers on the other side of the building were open to shower. I suggest adding a second tankless water heater to allow all four showers to have hot water. Shower house is clean and well taken care of. I wish the freeway noise wasn’t so loud. Off leash area has no grass.

Hello. We do have 2 tankless water heaters for those four restrooms. The water issue was fixed within a few minutes of your call to us. A battery needed replaced. Unfortunately our park park is right off the freeway so yes it can be noisy.

This is the nicest KOA park we’ve stayed at. Each space was roomy, some of the spaces had nice chairs and other amenities, the restroom/shower building was great. My only slight complaint was the temperature of the pool; a little TOO cool given it being indoors.

I love the easy accessibility and tidyness of this KOA. Seems they are always making improvements. The visibility and friendliness of the KOA staff is also a huge plus.

Stayed while my dad was in thebhospital then at the Avalon Rehabilitation center. The staff was very accommodating to our needs of having robsrayvfir an extended time. Very friendly staff.

everything was great site was a bit small for my truck and trailer, only mark down i was inclined to make, especially for a local holiday weekend. Was quieter than I expected next to Interstate, but was great overall, would stay there and recommend it for travelers to the Tri-Cities. Well maintained and staff was helpful as needed.

Love this campground. They’ve updated with a huge area with fancy spots. Restrooms/showers are really nice and clean. Glad to see the bathrooms now have a sharps containers for those he need to safely dispose of needles (diabetes, etc). As always, kind and helpful staff. Pool’s really small, but not an issue for us, kids still had fun. Great job KOA, we love you.

We've stayed at this particular KOA at least three times. The grounds are well kept. Plenty of space in between other travelers. Very nice lounge areas and clean spacious bathrooms. Perfect location to main shopping areas and old town. Easy highway access which is nice. We love this KOA.

The pool was closed, bathroom next to the pool smell horrible and unusable, and there was no wifi at all on the new side.

Hi Brenda. The pool is only closed if there is a problem with the heater or it needed to shocked and cleaned. Unfortunately that's why is was closed on that day.

Our stay was fine, space was tight for having 2 slides and we couldn’t put our awning out. It’s a shame we couldn’t get a better site but one wasn’t available. Next time we will try and get a different site. Otherwise, our experience was fine.

It was over 100° both days ��. Not the park's problem. lol �. These are problems we see in almost every park we go to --dogs! Many dog owners watch their dog(s) barking and do nothing about it. Have no problem with good dogs. Another problem, I laugh when I see the speed limit signs of 5 mph but very few follow that rule. The staff is great, the park is nice. Will stay there again. Jim

Very nice and clean park. RV spaces are wide and big for our truck and travel trailer. Staff was helpful and very nice. This is our 2nd time being here. Love that they have a gentleman in his golf cart to escort you to your campsite. Close to get on and off the freeway.

The grounds were immaculate and they had trash service at our site. We also had the option to take our garbage to the dumpster. There is always someone running around maintaining the grounds. Very very very nice campground. We were running late on getting restocked for a long journey home to Alaska and they allowed us to stay over an hour. That was very much appreciated.

My wife and I were in the Tri-Cities to visit friends and family and the KOA campground was conveniently located. We appreciated the easy access and nicely maintained campground and facilities.

Stayed here early Aug 2022 Would stay again: Yes. Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. The following are things that are important to us and up to you to assess if they matter to you. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 7 nights Site #41 Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (2 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G) THE GOOD Friendly staff. Management is welcoming and accommodating. Location: It is right off of the highway but is relatively quiet. Close to groceries, gas, and restaurants. Office: Normal KOA store inside with decent assortment of what you might need, and some extras. Sites: Well-maintained pull-through gravel sites with grass living areas. The older section of the park has larger trees for shade, while the newer side does not have mature trees sufficient enough for any shade at all. The newer side is a bit nicer though. So, choose based on availability and preference. Cell service: Good for Verizon and AT&T Facilities: Clean showers. Not private, but works well enough. Near highway: Yes

We couldn't find a hotel room at the last minute, so we got a spot at the KOA and drive down with our little trailer. The place was clean and easy to find, with clean bathrooms and facilities. Not a very interesting or pretty location, but it is convenient to the Tri-Cities area.
