The lady who I made the reservation with was really nice. I think her name was Rachael. The check-in process was really good and fast. I didn’t like having to wait for the guy in the cart to follow to my campsite. I thought that was unnecessary. Although the guy in the golf cart was very nice and a really hard worker it was nice doing my laundry there and a bag of ice for three dollars was excel

As overnighters, we were situated in the new area of the KOA park. It was not full during the week. The sites are great, and the restrooms are new and private. When I walked around the park, I noticed that there were four or five times as many permanent residence, then overnighters. Nothing wrong with this. It just looks like eventually a lot of parks will be filled up with full-time.

Fantastic! Large pull thru site, gas grill and fire barrel, very clean and neat grounds. Very nice showering facilities. Would definitely stay again

We had an infestation of sugar ants at our patio site. It was obvious they had built homes under the bricks of the patio and soon marched their way in to our trailer. We even carried some with us on our stabilizer jack to our next camp site! Some pest control would be appreciated. Also, this campground is very noisy.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

We spray for bugs quite frequently. We could have easily taken care of this if a call was made to the office and maintenance would have been right over to your site. As for the noise we are right next to the interstate unfortunately. Thank you

Stayed for 3 nights and the service and staff were top notch. Highly recommend when in the tri cities area.

Everyone was helpful, pleasant and so professional. We needed shade and got it! And the new facilities are beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting to various exploring options from it .

Liked the park but was disappointed with the premium pad on the end of the row. No privacy whatsoever. Didn’t use the patio because of high traffic, dogs and the full timers violating rules. Spend a few bucks and install a fence.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

In the near future I would like to put in fences on those sites. It would be a great addition for the site. We hope you will be back to our campground soon.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of room for 30 ft travel trailer and vehicle in spaces. Space between your neighbors.

They accommodated our request for a pull-thru to allow for our car to stay hooked up. The park was so very clean and well shaded.

Nice stop. Make sure you request to stay in the new side.. the old side is full timers and very tight spots.

This is , in my humble opinion, the best KOA we’ve stayed at! Great location, well built and designed, with spacious slots, and well maintained campgrounds! Don’t pass this one up if you’re in the area!

"Rooms" are individual RV sites. This RV park is one of the very best RV parks we've patronized. The sites were spacious and the restrooms all had showers and were luxuriously large and clean as were their laundry facilities. We didn't require much interaction with the staff, but they were friendly and professional.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
