We had such a great stay. The whole park was clean. My kids were a little upset that the pool was down for maintenance the day we left but that's ok.

Their customer service is the best. We were in town for a golf tournament and didn't finish up until well after check out time. We stayed in communication with Laura and were not charged an extra night. There is now whete else that we will stay when we're in the Tri City area.

Quick reservation & check - in (after hours). Campground is well maintained, sites are level, grassy and easily accessed. We were there for 1 night only as we continued on our trip but have made reservations to return later this year.

We are right on the freeway. The traffic noise is almost unbearable at times. Looking for a different spot or park.

Hi Eric, you are in an extended stay site on the freeway temporarily as we had talked. You did not have a problem with that. We offered you a different spot opening in May and you said yes to it. The spot you were in before was just a temp spot to be vacated April 1 as it was a seasonal spot.

The campground was clean and after hour check in was great, unfortunately it was far from quiet from the surroundings outside of the campground! Not a place I would return too!

Hi Tammi, Most Journey KOA's are located close to the freeways and/or other streets for easy access to the parks. I have suggested to other guest to run there fan at night as it helps. I do in my RV too. I'm glad your stay was nice even with the freeway noise, We hope to see you again soon.

Well kept park with a large new (3-4 years ago?) addition. Have staid here 3 times. Helpful staff.

A nice stay, all we needed and more. Only the freeway noise was the minor negative.

The hot tub was wonderful hot and the park was a hit with the little. Shower were very clean and the staff was friendly. We love going and staying here.

I called the office and "complained" that the pull through site was the very first site we had ever driven into--and what was I going to do with all the cribbing we carried. The park was perfect for us. Good Job!

This stay was not great. The hot tub was out of commission, we booked a patio spot and no chairs were provided and the fire pit was wrapped up. Paid extra for the spot and couldn’t use amenities. The sewer cap was busted so we couldn’t dump. Over all not the best .

Wonderful park, easy to find and get into the park. Guided to site (over 85 feet pull through) in the new area. Private unisex bathrooms with shower amazing. One to the top ten parks we have stayed in. Easy to nagivate for big rig (we are a Prevost with Pickup in tow).

Although our visit was short (one night) we felt very comfortable and safe. The amenities were clean and within a short walk. The pad was level, so parking was a snap. We will definitely include Pasco/Tricties KOA on our next journey.

Great campsite, clean bathrooms and laundry area. Staff was nice and helpful. Thought my power bill was a little high for a rv space. But over all a great rv park.

Unfortunately it was just an oversight stay but the grounds were clean and very well maintained. Well lit for night arrival and easily navigated. Nice big spots some concrete some gravel, so you have a choice. Their remote bathrooms were large individual family units impeccably clean. I wish the hot tub was open later, but im guessing hours are for safety and staffing purposes. I will be back.

Crowded "RV Park" at best. I'll never return here.

Hi Robert. Our old tent sites were small & not very private. However, those tent sites are longer there. We have moved them and they will have the privacy fencing around them along with a propane firepit, gas BBQ with room 40 feet of green grass. I hope that you will return to see them.

rr cleaning in evening very inconvenient. Showers/ stalls disappointing considering previous stay at koa by same owner.

We stayed over night on our way south for several years in a row but the staff even remembered us. Unlike last year they have made excellent improvements to the wifi. Sites are long and level. Great for any length of stay

Clean indoor pool and spa, tidy campsites, clean restrooms including showers, strong water pressure, multiple kid play areas, a fun RC track and crawling area. Staff were very nice. The only drawback for us was the highway and in town traffic noise.

The visit exceeded expectations. The grounds, restrooms, and pool area were very clean. Staff were all so nice and helped get our spot near our friends. The patio spot was lovely! We will be back every year!

"Rooms" are individual RV sites. This RV park is one of the very best RV parks we've patronized. The sites were spacious and the restrooms all had showers and were luxuriously large and clean as were their laundry facilities. We didn't require much interaction with the staff, but they were friendly and professional.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
