Friendly professional staff. Bathroom and showers were clean. Nice playground and other areas. Far more long term residents than expected for a journey site. Lots of road noise. OK place for overnight stay.

The stay would have been nice except for when I was no guided to my site I took the widest possible swing in only to clear the corner on my blind side with the KOA helper helping guide me. Then I heard what I though were tree branches hitting the side of the coach but later found out it was a large boulder that damaged the lower side of my RV. The person guiding me should have pointed it out.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hi Jon, I went over to your site after this happened. My maintenance person guided you correctly, then at the end you cut the corner too sharp and hit the boulders that are in the grass area protecting the water main turnoffs. There was no evidence of fiberglass on the ground.

We absolutely love it here. I only gave 4 stars because it would be nice to have a little more room in between trailers, even on the new side. However it’s a great place to stay. We go every year on Mother’s Day weekend.

I stayed in a very nice part of the park, for the one night I was there. Most of the park appears to be full timers/extended stay by the decks/skirting around many of the RV's there. Overall, it appears to be a very nice park, well kept, and large sites on the west end of the park.

Site was long enough for my trailer and parking for my truck. The new side still has little shade, but the young trees are growing quickly and soon should provide shading during the summers.

We liked the bathroom facilities in the newside of the park. It's great to have your own little bathroom and the showers were big, just like you were home. Hot tub and pool also were very nice. Second stay and I'm sure we will be back!

Wonderful stay in a deluxe pull thru patio site in the new section. Definitely worth the money and will stay there again next time we are in the area. Also really nice campground. Good, clean facilities and friendly staff. Thank you!

Great time! Facilities were awesome! Spent most of our time at the pool and hot tub and walking around. Loved the gas fire pit! It made things so easy. And the free gas was nice!

This was my first visit here and it was great. Campground is well maintained, and the staff here are very helpful. Whenever I have to spend time in the Tri-Cities I will be staying here. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!

Nice park including a fire pit and grill. Surprisingy, there was a lot of street noise starting about 4 am -- enough to disturb our sleep. And, what was very difficult was the smell outdoors starting about 5:30 am for about an hour. It was a VERY strong sewer type smell and when I asked about it I was told it was probably related to a large Tyson chicken processing plant about a mile away.

Hi there, we are glad you stay was great. Unfortunately there is a potato plant and feedlot in Tri-Cities and if the wind is blowing hard in the right direction all of Tri-Cities can get some smell from it.

I really enjoyed my stay here two weekends in a row BUT during my second weekend I had to suddenly leave for home a day early, left a message early AM with the office. I was hoping for at least a small credit back but I guess they strictly follow the KOA cancellation policy which is the loss of my entire one night stay ($78). I do have to say the office staff was very friendly at the front desk!

The newer side of the park is very nice with large grassy sites. Great accommodations for our short stay. Would definitely return in the future.

This was a great stay. Some reviews complained about the freeway noise, but it wasn’t too bad at all. Clean campsites, the staff was amazing (even emptied garbage for us from the campsite!). The campsite is a great location to Red Mountain wineries. Bathrooms were super clean. WiFi was great to have. We will be back.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
