Our second stay here. We had to stay in the original park this time and there was a huge difference in the quality of our stay. The surrounding full time residences smoked so much Marijuana we were unable to sit outside. Inside our rv took on the smell of it as well. My husband who is on oxygen struggled with it. We will not return even though the staff are amazing.

Hi Cindy. I'm am truly sorry for this experience. We try not to put anyone on that side of the park, but only if we are completely full in the new section. All though it is legal in Washington State for marijuana, I only allow them to smoke in their own RV's, not outside due to the smell. Thank you

We got in late and they were able to get us in without a reservation. They were also very helpful on getting us set up. Very friendly people.

Only 4 tent sites. They are shined on by every headlight that comes in the park. They charged me more money when I arrived even though I booked on the phone with all my info. Closed at 5:30 on a Saturday so bring your own ice. Full of full timers. Park was super clean. Multiple clean showers. Pool was nice

Hi Donald. When you booked your site it was for 3 people. We charge $5.00 per adult for every extra adult after 2. The price was correct. One of my groundskeepers would have gotten you ice. They are very attentive to afterhours guests. Hope to see you soon.

Absolutely one of the nicest campgrounds I've ever stayed at! From the moment you drive in, you can tell this KOA is a cut above. Thank you for your attention to every little detail. It was a breath of fresh air to us full-time RVers!

Friendly staff and great amenities. The bathrooms/showers were very clean and private. They also served a great breakfast for everyone. My only complaint is that the highway is pretty noisy and it was difficult to sleep, as we have a hybrid camper.

Stayed overnight, very clean park. We walked down to the dog park and kids area which is a beautiful grassy area. Lots of room for kids to run. It did seem like there were a lot of long termers there but everything was very clean. Would definitely stay again.

This KOA is immaculate! From the RV sites to the bathrooms, everything is neat, clean, and perfectly maintained. I even saw an employee kick a piece of gravel off the pavement. This kind of caring about little details indicates that the owners have built a healthy organization.

Very clean, the campsites have green grass and some have wonderful patios with tables and chairs, a fire pit and bbq. Close to the freeway for convenience. I would recommend this KOA.

Property is quiet and well taken care of. They were busy and had a lot of guests but 90% were long term. Everyone was polite and we had an enjoyable stay. We will stay here again when traveling through the area.

We have stayed at Tri Cities KOA several times as a one-night stop enroute to vacation destinations. They provide easy and convenient check in and check out. It's a great mid-trip stop for us as it's halfway to most of our summer vacation destinations. We received a bonus during our last stay, a wonderful free breakfast!

Clean and well maintained. Washrooms were nice. Would have enjoyed an outdoor pool area but that is just a preference. Staff was friendly and helpful, would definitely stay again.

We were only there one night. Everything was very nice, but we didn’t require much. Went to the office about 6 PM or so to see what they had in their store but it was closed. That was disappointing. I didn’t see the office hours in the brochure they gave us but it was posted on the door. We will be back in a couple days on our return trip. Thank you.

Park is beautiful w/ great amenities. However the site I was given was very sloped. Staff allowed me to check two other sites that were available for my stay, they were no better. Site was full bubble off front to back, 1/2 bubble R to L. I've never had both front tires 3-4" off the ground before! Camper next to me said his was very sloped too. Staff insisted 'NEW' sites were level. I have pics.

By far the most update, well kept grounds we have visited. It is a very large camp but the individual room shower/toilets and lot size were a best feature! We only stayed one night so didn’t get to enjoy it all. But would 100%recommend a stay in yhis KOA

I visit about every two weeks. I stayed in the new section the last two visits and took advantage of both the bath house and laundromat. They were clean, well maintained and accessible. I also have rented a storage facility from KOA to support my stays. All in all, a very good experience.

Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Lots of washers and dryers and open 24/7. 2 dog parks and playgrounds. Very clean. Indoor pool and hot tub. Can’t believe it is a Journey!

For some reason, someone occupied our site but lucky enough there was a better site available. The management asked us to just occupy the new site. Bathroom and shower are clean. Swimming pool is a bit on smaller size but it's enough if other people would take turn, just stay there for hours...LOL

The site was a little unlevel on the left side. We stayed two nights in the older side of the park. Everyone was nice and friendly. All of the staff we dealt with were very nice. Nice dog park. Decent restrooms and showers. Overall it was good. If in the area again we would stay there.

Our stay was short, but very nice. This is by far one of the cleanest well kept KOA’s we have stayed at. The amenities are great! They are very clean and the grounds are well kept. The staff were very friendly and helpful!

Nice large pull-thru site of gravel base and grass. Trees were planted but not full grown so minimal shade in the area we were in. Pleasant staff. We would return if in this area again.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
