The WiFi worked, unlike Billings. The pool was open as advertised, unlike Billings. There was a hot tub....unlike Billings. I'm not sure what denotes "journey" vs "holiday" but it was nice to relax in a hot tub after a long drive. This koa needs more of a playground structure for the kids...there wasn't one at all.

Easy check in and great amenities. All of the staff was very friendly.

Hi Sidney. The main amenity people do like is the indoor pool & hot tub since they a open year round. We are looking into adding a few more games out in the park are for everyone to enjoy as well.

If I could I would give them neg 0. At first this was an awesome KOA, it’s beautiful, spacious. Then I’m a travel nurse I work nights. I got woke up to a lawnmower outside my trailer, when I opened it there maintenance guy was moving my stuff. He then proceeded to mow which he ran over my son’s necklace he got from his passing uncle the manager was rude and even told us to leave.

We had a great time with our grandkids. The dog was very welcomed. Staff was accommodating when we requested another spot. WE LOVED THE SECOND SPOT with the patio, bbq, propane fire pit, umbrella & table, with lots of grass for the kids to play. Pool was a great activity because the smokey days changed our plans. Thank you!

This park is clean and quiet for being situated near the highway. Bathroom and showers were modern and clean. Laundry facilities have new equipment. Had a truck repair for which we needed an extra night. Staff super Weenjoyed our 5 night stay. We will come back

Very nice place. Great people to deal with. Clean and manicured. K9 area was small.

Hi Frank, we have two dog parks here. The large one is on the East end of the park. My staff and I all love dogs. I usually go out to the guests vehicles and play with each dog when I can. We hope to see you next time you are traveling this way.

New section is laid out well with wide, flat spaces. Well landscaped and new bathroom/houses. Close to everything including two major RV sales and service centers.

Hi Phil, the new section is absolutely beautiful. It was designed to be spacious for the bigger rigs nowdays. Being centrally located in the Tri-Cities area you can get anywhere with-in 10-15 minutes. Hope to see you in the future.

It is a lovely campground. Main sticking point for us - they do not take cash - the legal tender of our country (one more step towards cashless society where the gov't controls everything. You can't even give your grandkids a couple of bucks to buy their own ice cream, candy or souvenirs. All amenities we used or viewed were in excellent condition (laundry, bathrooms, dog park, playground, etc.).

Called the day of and was able to get what we wanted. Checked in the next day since we arrived after hours and they already checked us in for that night. We will come back and looking good especially with the expansion.

We had a great welcome and a large, level full hookup pull through site. While the campground is very well maintained we found the road noise much too loud.

Everything is great about the KOA except it's located right near a highway. That's the only drawback otherwise it's run very well and it has all the amenities.

It's nice and clean and a good place to stay if you need to park in town but its not really camping so to speak. Pool could be open later since it is indoors, not sure why it closes at 8PM.

We were there just one night and it served our purpose. We we were traveling back from Montana to the Portland area so this was a great location and easy to get to. The space was adaquet for our large Class A motorcoach and we enjoyed our evening. The office staff was friendly and helpful. The space was spacious and had a picnic table.

Perfect for us visiting son who lives in Richland.site was very small and challenging back in but we made it work. Sorry to hear pricing went up after our booking, the price we paid was a proper value for the site. Park staff were excellent and always helpful.

It was definitely overpriced. Did not care for the set up of the entire park. It was more like a mobile home park. There was nothing special, quaint nor unique. The RV park was very well manicured and the bathrooms were clean. The staff were very helpful when needed and professional.

It was a lovely spot. Swimming pool was excellent. The bath rooms needed attention more often. For that many people around us the shower door shouldn’t Be locked. Only two doors unlocked.???

We had a great stay. We were visiting Pasco to see family and the KOA was centrally located for many activities we did. The park and pool were a hit with the kids who safely rode their scooters around the park.
