I appreciate being able to find a place to stay on our travel date. Plans changed at the last minute and even though we arrived after hours, we were greeted by a nice gentlemen who led us to our site and made sure everything worked as it should. Great service.

Sherry & Eric were awesome hosts. This KOA is very well kept. The bath/shower areas are the best I’ve ever seen in any RV park I’ve ever stayed in. Given the opportunity, I would definitely stay again.

Kind, friendly. Accommodating and flexible when possble. We brought up a park concern. They responded quickly to evaluate. Quiet, respectful place. Clean and well kept. Saturday breakfast was a surprise to us; cost was great. Churro waffles were the kids' favorite. Biscuits and gravy were mine. Good options for the kids - play ground, RC track, picnic park. We'll be back.

The campground was very clean and quiet. The washrooms were also kept very clean. I look forward to staying at the PASCO/TRI-CITIES KOA again.

The people was so nice and the checking in was easy and the breakfast was awesome we had a good time for one night Susan the employer that lives there was so helpful that lives there. It's so sweet thank you again

We are becoming frequent fliers here as it is next door to where we purchased our RV. With maintenance, upgrades to be done, this KOA is very convenient for us, and the staff is extremely welcoming!

Two of the bathrooms in the shower house could not provide hot water. My husband and I had to wait until the showers on the other side of the building were open to shower. I suggest adding a second tankless water heater to allow all four showers to have hot water. Shower house is clean and well taken care of. I wish the freeway noise wasn’t so loud. Off leash area has no grass.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

Hello. We do have 2 tankless water heaters for those four restrooms. The water issue was fixed within a few minutes of your call to us. A battery needed replaced. Unfortunately our park park is right off the freeway so yes it can be noisy.

This is the nicest KOA park we’ve stayed at. Each space was roomy, some of the spaces had nice chairs and other amenities, the restroom/shower building was great. My only slight complaint was the temperature of the pool; a little TOO cool given it being indoors.

I love the easy accessibility and tidyness of this KOA. Seems they are always making improvements. The visibility and friendliness of the KOA staff is also a huge plus.

Stayed while my dad was in thebhospital then at the Avalon Rehabilitation center. The staff was very accommodating to our needs of having robsrayvfir an extended time. Very friendly staff.

everything was great site was a bit small for my truck and trailer, only mark down i was inclined to make, especially for a local holiday weekend. Was quieter than I expected next to Interstate, but was great overall, would stay there and recommend it for travelers to the Tri-Cities. Well maintained and staff was helpful as needed.

Love this campground. They’ve updated with a huge area with fancy spots. Restrooms/showers are really nice and clean. Glad to see the bathrooms now have a sharps containers for those he need to safely dispose of needles (diabetes, etc). As always, kind and helpful staff. Pool’s really small, but not an issue for us, kids still had fun. Great job KOA, we love you.

Tent camping, just passing thru. Staff excellent! Curious about inside tent water leakage from above in middle of night from top of tent...maybe from neighbor sprinkler?? Otherwise, great. Clean and thoughtful amenities.

"Rooms" are individual RV sites. This RV park is one of the very best RV parks we've patronized. The sites were spacious and the restrooms all had showers and were luxuriously large and clean as were their laundry facilities. We didn't require much interaction with the staff, but they were friendly and professional.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
