Everyone was helpful, pleasant and so professional. We needed shade and got it! And the new facilities are beautiful! We enjoyed our stay and the ease of getting to various exploring options from it .

Liked the park but was disappointed with the premium pad on the end of the row. No privacy whatsoever. Didn’t use the patio because of high traffic, dogs and the full timers violating rules. Spend a few bucks and install a fence.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

In the near future I would like to put in fences on those sites. It would be a great addition for the site. We hope you will be back to our campground soon.

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Plenty of room for 30 ft travel trailer and vehicle in spaces. Space between your neighbors.

They accommodated our request for a pull-thru to allow for our car to stay hooked up. The park was so very clean and well shaded.

Nice stop. Make sure you request to stay in the new side.. the old side is full timers and very tight spots.

a tent stay. the tent lots were quite a contrived. perfectly manicured however. they were just slapped in the middle of a million RVs. the RVs looked quite content to be 8 ft from each other. the facility was fine. it had a 0.0 unique charm. and was in fact literally next to the highway. the pool is clean, but was inside for some strange reason. having said all that, I would stay again.

Hi Bradford, Journey KOA's are very close to the hwy's and can be noisier than other times. In the future we plan to upgrade our tent sites with more privacy fencing and grass. We're open all year so everyone can enjoy the pool year round. We hope to see you in the future.

This is , in my humble opinion, the best KOA we’ve stayed at! Great location, well built and designed, with spacious slots, and well maintained campgrounds! Don’t pass this one up if you’re in the area!

We’re in town for family so didn’t get to spend much time in the campground but the pool and hot tub are nice The sites layout is pretty good with more than enough room

Easy, breezy stay at KOA in Pasco. We enjoyed the hot tub and had a very nice pull-through spot in the campground. I just wish they had a little more green area, especially a nice fenced dog park but would still stay there again.

One of the nicest KOAs we’ve ever stayed at. Well maintained. So neat and clean. Wide trailer spaces so you are not on top of one another. On our regular trips from Scottsdale, AZ to Anacortes, WA and back to visit family, we will definitely return.

The ladies at the counter were very helpful and friendly. We had problems with our RV and they were very understanding and helped with extending our stay until the tow truck was available. Great staff!

Exceptionally clean and organized RV sites; very close together, very efficient layout. If privacy is your thing, this isn't the RV Park for you. It IS exceptionally clean, very organized and well-kept. We were late, only stayed 1 night and appreciated the efficiency of the sites. We heard the highway noise all night. Use your white noise machines or earbuds!

Have stayed here several times over the past three years and always found it to be super place stay.... Great staff and the extras are easy to use .... Number 1 for us.

Campsite was beautiful and well kept. I had an incident at the pool where the door to the men’s room shut with such force I couldn’t get through the door fast enough. The bottom of the door was curled up, rusted metal and put a 1” + long gash on my heel. Filled out a report and neither of the two people I talked to even apologized. I thought the lack of empathy was distasteful.

Very neat and tidy campground. This has been our second stay, love the KOA and the surrounding wine immersion experience.

"Rooms" are individual RV sites. This RV park is one of the very best RV parks we've patronized. The sites were spacious and the restrooms all had showers and were luxuriously large and clean as were their laundry facilities. We didn't require much interaction with the staff, but they were friendly and professional.

Pretty easy on/off freeway. Long enough pull thru to not unhook. Nice grass in sites. KOA is always too expensive for an overnight. Wish the pricing was based on whether you're using amenities.
